Hey, PP. Long time no see... lol. I literally had not checked this stock out since 2012 as I had sold most of them long ago after the ongoing circus that I know we both railed about. Can't remember if it was Sport Wheels, Fake Drake Gold, or another holding that finally caused me to move on. I still have 12 shares for some reason... ??.
Anyway, just saying hi. I'm just now getting back to dabbling in the market after focusing on other things for a while. Any suggestions you might have I could look in to?
Thanks very much, Tony. All solid news. Cheers to you too!
For the first time in many moons I checked on a small IRA that had a few long suffering stocks I had no real reason to sell. Ballard was one of them. I was a believer in this company a few years ago, and decided just to hold a few shares to see what could happen. The technology made sense to me. I look today and see this up to $2.19 from .68 a year ago. I didn't really see anything on quick review other than small contracts to cause the jump - can anyone give me a very short explanation for the nice rise? Thanks, and good luck to everyone!
Somebody help me out here. I have not had time to do any real research on things, but is the PR saying that these six wells are expected to produce between one and five barrels of oil per day after they are all reconfigured and spruced up? Is that right? Minimum of six barrels per day, max of 30 barrels per day? I'm sure I'm missing something - maybe that's what they are treating or something? And they will produce more in the future? Before I tear into this, I'm sure someone can explain what this means other than what it says.
Surely the news isn't that these "working wells" will be pumping out six barrels of oil per day, right?
No, the thing is with this company, the old material works just fine. Some people have experience with the crap that gets recycled to produce new batches of funders for this shell. Refusing to consider information and warnings from people experienced with the people and business is just silly. Of course, some only care about themselves and hoping nothing comes out to keep their pennies from going up. Some prefer to work together for the good of all, and then build on those experiences and friendships.
When you see the same faces that lied in the past and were paid to do it come back with the same pump and dump plans, you know what you are dealing with. That is going on here. There's really no good reason to say negative things for years about a company unless you have been burned repeatedly and care about other investors not getting burned. There are reasons, but not good ones.
Good luck to all of you. But I will say that crowin definitely knows what he is talking about. Some are asking the appropriate questions and talking about important problems here. If you are hoping for a big payday here, good luck to you. What is happening here has happened many times over the years, and it looks exactly the same to me. I still hold shares - from the early days of this shell. I've been attacked repeatedly (by some still here with nothing to show for it). The reason I check back from time to time is to see if somehow magically something ever really happened, and to hopefully see some of the old pump and dumpers show up again to hook new prospects. The first (again) has not happened (again), and the second has.
Heya, Ace. If you ever find out where Clayton is hiding out (with all of our money), please PM me. That guy, along with his band of ZERO's deserve some serious adjusting.
Hi, Crunch. Hope all is well with you.
No doubt I know zip about this, just like the past few years. What I did know about the releases, cast of characters and their supporters here proved to be correct time and time again, which did nothing but prove that some here were scammers and others were happy to run cover for them - which hurt many investors in the process. For that, I think they/you deserve some ridicule. Hope is one thing - arguing in support of things you have no way of knowing about just to be a cheerleader for SP is weak at best. Being realistic is the only beneficial thing to do, IMO, and cheering when something actually is proven to be a good thing is also appropriate. Which, I don't remember ever seeing on this board - through the years, I might add.
I don't see anything wrong with an occasional jab now and then in good fun. I admire your tenacity here, if nothing else. With mistakes like this one, you have to laugh or it is pretty sad.
Good luck to you, carry on with the good fight.
You mean the boat hasn't shown up at the trailer park yet? Man, that's hard to believe. The only thing that still seems to be active here still (evidently) after not looking for a very long time, is a person or two still playing the old "shell" game.
Hey, maybe THIS time things will finally turn out right, eh? By the way (seriously) has anyone seen any reports about Clayton Smith's whereabouts, or Zero, or his band of shyster millionaire-club boys? I'd love to discuss a few things with ANY of those scumbags...
Cheers to all - hope your (real) investments are hanging in there.
Cheers, everyone. I decided to not watch things here or on my other high risk ventures for a long while, as nothing was going on for a long while. Can anyone give me the one paragraph update on what's been going on? Time to spend a little time with my morbid small percentage stake in penny stocks... thanks.

Is there a quick link to that? See nothing here, no references on IHub, looked back a few threads, found nothing. Thanks, if you get time... no big deal.
Hey, guys - I have to be honest, I haven't checked in on this for a LONG time. I had this nailed (as did some others) early and often, as a continuation scam from Clayton from the multiple shell businesses he had made money on through the years. I bought in long ago, a couple business shells before this, and have just made it my morbid hobby of sorts.
I suppose I should check into whatever it is that's happening here now, however, knowing fully well that there was nothing here to begin with will make me suspicious of anything moving forward. Is this new management recently? What exactly does this company supposedly do now? Any real assets?
And the big question: has the shiny new bulldozer arrived yet from overseas, to the home office at the trailer park in Oregon? (Sorry, that just never gets old, to this day...lol).
Good luck, everyone. Hope you're riding through the economic stuff ok.
Maybe Clayton and his band of sheisters is again trying to pump and dump this until Clayton can get rid of all of his shares. Has anyone seen him surface anywhere else - at least under that name? Is Zero still working for him? What are those guys pumping these days? I've been a little bored lately, might as well warn people about them for a while, if they have resurfaced. They've burned so many people over the last few years that them might be hiding and spending everyone's money for a while.
I had ridden it all the way down, and still thought there was hope here. Hopefully, it can continue this climb and get back to where it was. I'll probably sell it at that point, as I just haven't seen the accomplishments I was hoping to from this company. Much promise, but not much follow through, for my taste.
Who's business is it if Clayton is selling shares in a company when the only thing the company is, or has for sale, is shares of stock? It's the investors business, that's who. When management willfully misleads investors and offers shares of stock for sale with nothing to back it up, then it certainly is an issue for those investors. And, not only that, when Clayton gets other people to work for him, and pays them in shares of stock, and then they pump the company incessantly while maintaining a fake role as an investor relations person for a supposedly legitimate company, that makes it even worse. And makes it even more of an arguable issue for other investors.
It's not a difficult concept, really. And I don't think any of us will really know what Clayton did, or didn't do, when it comes to stock and this company. Because some of us have witnessed this long before whatever scam this one turned out to be. On second thought, this has been the same scam, just with different labeling, for a very long time now. But, that's quibbling, to be sure... lol.
Out of morbid curiosity, you said you had buy orders in for whatever price it was. Can you please detail exactly why you would spend money here? What would honestly lead anyone HONEST to purchase stock in this company after everything that has - or more importantly has NOT - gone on here? Could it be that you are completely full of something? I mean, the track record of the pumpers here is well documented, but you still seem to hang on. Is this one of those pain fetish deals? I dunno...
Maybe the reason for the new excitement in the company is that the big bulldozer has finally arrived from Europe at the Corporate Trailer Park Headquarters?!? Could that be it?!?
Mastercraft, how come you're buying more shares? I know you to be a pretty rational, fair guy from our discourse here, but for the life of me I cannot understand anyone buying this stock at this point for any reason. What am I missing? Good luck to you, whatever happens.
You never know? I know. Let me ask this question about speaking with management in regards to this company. Name one thing in the history of this company - including present management - that would prove that anything anyone has ever heard has resulted in any kind of meaningful appreciation of the share price? One that lasted more than say, a month or two (going back to the extreme pumping days of Clayton and his hired PR people?
The proof is here for all to see. The agenda is here for all to see. The performance of this company, current, and past management is here for all to see. The ongoing posts by you specifically, with the lack of content and details to back up anything of value related to this company is here for all to see.
EVERYTHING else is either based on faint hope of recovering lost dollars, or agenda driven misinformation to try to make money at the expense of others. Not in tandem with others, or working with others to make something positive happen. But individually being done to mislead others.
If you care to dispute this with anything factual - go for it. Otherwise, this remains the only truths to be witnessed here.
One possible way to look at the sales director moving on - is that he certainly wasn't all that successful, at least as far as taking this company to the next level. Perhaps this was part of the reason? I can't think it's all bad, personally, although I know nothing about it, really.
Exactly right. If someone had those kind of answers and either weren't afraid to divulge them or knew there weren't such answers, then they would simply answer the challenge. It would be in their best interest, of course, to help convince people there was actually a company with those details. The alternative, to ridicule others for asking, tells you all you need to know.
But, this is nothing new, and has been going on for a very long time here. There just are fewer people to deflect real questions now. There used to be a day when there were a few things that could be talked about, at least. NONE of which turned out to be real or true. And so it goes - now there really IS nothing to talk about, which explains the silence and ridicule.
sabre, I have some web skills, and marketing skills. Although extremely busy with baseball this time of year, I might be able to help something along. You can hit me up at chadman@hutchtel.net sometime if you like. I am a shareholder, although not considered a big one - just interested and would love to see this take off. Thanks, and good luck to you.
That's always been your story, and those you commiserated with to help Clayton sell shares along the way. "Do your own DD" is code for "There is no DD to be found" these days, and the "reported" DD by Investor Relations - or more accurately the Millionaires Club Chairman and his cohorts - essentially all proved to either be worthless at best, and outright falsifications at worst. People with no agendas could do all the DD they needed to do by watching the promises being made here which never came to fruition...watching the complete lack of follow through from "management and investor relations" is one of the easiest forms of DD that can be done.
You bristling at so many people here for so long should prove all you need to know for others looking in on this ridiculous story. My only questions is, how did you get stuck here keeping the light on, when the others flew the coop so long ago?
The sad thing is - if she did more work for the company, it would be FREElance. No money to be had, as far as I can tell.
Very happy to see the resurgence of late. This company - at least as long as I have had it on the radar - has always had dependable moves up and down, until the recent serious downturn. Nice to see such a strong, sustained move up - hope it continues...although I am considering selling some shares to know that I didn't have so much in losses comparatively. Anyone else out there?
Sounds like to me that a Web page displaying "Error Message" would be an appropriate representation of the business.
Yeah, this thing is really taking off. Apparently someone moved the light switch cover and flipped on the switch. If this continues to move, we'll have to buy some sporty new camo sport wheels for this train...
hehehe...
Fair enough, MC, I think you know I don't lump you in with some of the others here, one which still posts pretty regularly, that obviously takes things more personally, and I still think has ulterior motives for pumping the stock.
I do find it funny that every time I Do drop by to see if perhaps there will be some new believers that would take this somewhere so that I can quickly dump what shares I'm still stuck with, that I'm accused of posting negatives to try to stop a "rally". Interesting what accounts for a rally here...lol...but I digress...There have just been some really comical themes here, and I've been blasted for posting what to most would be common sense challenges to silly scenarios, and I do still have some fun with those - aka: the bulldozer lost at sea being delivered to the home office in the trailer part - that kind of thing.
Good luck to you.
With all due respect, MC, what would possibly make you think there is anything here - now and ever - that would be anything more than either fluff or complete fabrication? Believe me, I can understand why some would have thought things possible here a long time ago, but after being proven wrong repeatedly, why now? Other than blind hope, all things considered? Has anything tangible or verifiable been posted at any time recently that would be considered real or sensible?
Good luck to you.
Hey, isell...has the bulldozer arrived in the trailer park from Europe, yet? When was that due, again, was it four or six months ago? Man, can't wait for that part of the business to heat up!
Well, that must explain why this thing sits so low, right? If I only come around when it "starts to move?" Has it not moved in months? Wait...don't answer that question...no need...
Actually, as far as shareholders go, another thing that's missing is making some completely false statements intending to mislead prospects into buying stock - which at least created some immediate shareholder value for those lucky enough to catch those new fish proceeds. Clayton was great at that - and the only performance ever created with this ongoing shell game was thanks to that business model promoted by him and his minions (most of which now are "mysteriously" somewhere else).
It doesn't get much worse than a company that never really was a company that is now being led by someone who supposedly can't say anything because of what has happened in the past. What does that tell you about the future? He can't say anything, because there isn't - nor ever was - anything to say, if he is being truthfully a "nice guy."
Pretty sad when someone responsible for a precious metals-related company - a sector perfectly suited to attract investors in a bad market as a hedge against a bad economy - blames the economy on an inability to perform.
I swear, you just can't make this stuff up. Priceless!
Just thought I would drop in here, and say hi to those who still have this company bookmarked and have it in their portfolio. I am personally cleaning house and getting rid of several crap attempts, and only going above the proverbial mendoza line for the next few years - no penny stock at all, and just staying with what is sensible and defendable from an investing standpoint.
I thank all of you who helped me along the way, and wish you all the best. This company is a gleaming example of why you shouldn't even mess with this kind of thing (IMO), and I bought it hook, line and sinker.
I will look for some of you along the way, and know that some of you will be fine in the long run, because you are intelligent people and are survivors.
Thanks again for your words, and thoughts, and I wish you all the best.
Cheers - Chadman.
Is there actually someone who still puts money into this endeavor, at this point? Wow...just thought I would check in and say hi to the old-timers here.
Seriously, who here has anything tangible to add to the BS mix that has been prevalent here for a coupla years now?
Good luck to you guys who bought in to the BS for the past few years here. I think it's time someone REALLY turned up the heat on MP. I don;t have the time or the inclination, but seriously...this guy is making money STILL after all this time...
The other possibility - which of course is a probability - is that managament can't release anything specific, because there never is anything specific. Let alone signed, sealed and delivered.
The players change, the results remain the same. Or more accurately, the complete lack of results remain the same.
Unnamed assets. Might be coming. Working on things. Will tell more in the future if things work out. How many times do you need to see none of these things happen before you face facts? Seriously.
I see very little has changed on this board. The select few that continue to mislead others with either complete falsehoods, or by completely ignoring everything that has ever happened with this "company" and telling others to hold on and hope for the best are doing those people a real disservice. I see that some here who used to have hope are now dealing with reality.
Some, sadly, continue to keep the light on for someone.
There has not been one thing proven with this company other than their misleading PR statements are made merely to make money off of new believers in being a part of the next lucky mining hit. This company has supposedly been many things in it's history. Sadly, a Gold Resources Company is not one of them.
There is nothing attacking or personal in this post. It's simply reality. Good luck to all.
35% of value gone in one day, on huge volume. Hopefully, this was a few people, or large shareholders, securing some losses for tax purposes, and we can get the price moving back up, as it historically has. I remain surprised, considering the product this is, why it fared so poorly overall, during the downturn. Could it be that the price of oil and gas dropped so much, making this technology not as important.
I dunno. Still hopeful here, but it has to come back a lot to where I bought in, which was at a presumed good buying point.
Cheers to all in '09.
HI, guys, long time no talk to. I'm curious if anyone has seen anything from Clayton anywhere, as far as something new or different that he is a part of. I would definitely like anyone who sees anything like that to PM me, or let me know, if you could. I have been very busy with a new job setup that has made my life SO much better - working at home 2 days a week back to back, so I am much happier. I hope everyone is doing well, and will keep me posted on any of the "usual suspects" in this endeavor. Peace to all, and good luck.
My gosh...my sides still hurt from laughing at the e-mail regarding the projects Drake had "going". I don't spend much time looking here anymore, but I thought it worth a post to say that this continues to be the biggest joke - albeit a sad one - that I've witnessed in a long time. I'll have to check out the defending posts that are in conjunction with the newest management blog...those should be worth a few more laughs.
Hope all is well for you guys. Lord knows it probably is for Clayton and a few others.
