I expect it to be a sale to Future World which is another Sam company and that probably means in exchange for stock or something like that. $0 revenues.
These seems very strange to me. So how does this conversation go on whether to partner? Like this?
Sam wearing FWDG hat, "Hey Infrax, we want to partner with you on this." Sam takes off FWDG hat and puts on IFXY hat. Then says, "That's great, we would love to do that as well. Do you have any money to finance this operation?" Sam removes IFXY hat and places FWDG hat back on. "No we don't have any money." Sam with IFXY hat again, "That's ok, we don't either. And we don't have any customers!"
Letter from the governor of Florida posted on Facebook. Curious how this is anything other then fluff.

Doing a little digging into our CEO, I ran across this. Wonderful. A person that is highly respected I'm sure.

They probably didn't have enough money to pay their bill to their Internet provider.
I'm not sure how many times I've heard, "Month X will be huge and right around the corner." Lets just face it. Anything on this stock is a long time away. We have little to no sales. Until THAT changes, we will be sitting and waiting. Not that I don't think it eventually will. But if another person says, "its right around the corner" I think I will scream.
Probably because they filed for bankruptcy and the stock will be worth nothing soon.
Yep, its over. All shares are gone along with your money if you invested. Now a privately held company.
So does this mean we can still buy shares and those share will count towards the dividend?
Yes of course. That information was pulled directly out of posting on this website.

You all know this is coming right?
Based upon the estimated value of the Company's assets and forecasted costs and operating losses during the Chapter 11 process, the Company does not expect to generate proceeds sufficient to satisfy all of the Company's pre-existing obligations to its creditors. Accordingly, unless the Company realizes greater-than-expected value from the sales process, the Company expects that no distributions will be made to holders of common stock and the common stock will be extinguished upon confirmation of the Chapter 11 plan.
There is no new stock symbol yet as they have not completed the bankruptcy. Everything that is trading right now, is due to be canceled.
I got out and got out fast on the day of the announcement for $.03. The announcement indicates all common stock will be cancelled. How much more clear can it be. The guy that talked about the company surviving the year, oh yes, the company will survive. But after this stock is $0 out and new stock is issued. It's bankruptcy people. There is NO question as to what is going to happen to the stock. Its already been STATED.
Just be glad there are crazy people out there to buy it from us that want out. I'm glad someone bought mine. Even at a loss. Better than $0.
What a bunch of crap. All the big money players get to keep their money, while all the small investors are screwed. Typical BS.
Just added 2000 shares at $.10. Really hoping for a turnaround here. My original investment is off substantially. I believe they are doing the right things. Its just a matter of whether the will actually catch on. Any ideas out there on the completion of the acquisition of Southern Power & Controls. Seems their revenue alone should send this stock up.
What are the odds of this thing hitting $1 or more and getting listed on a real exchange. That can't do anything but help?
Most definitely...
