I hear your question. I believe the product description may help. However, I believe there would be patents and trade secrets with the specifics. Biometrics is currently being used on our borders. The question you are asking is probing "security" and most likely would not be available since to release it in the way you are seemingly wanting would be counterproductive. This is marijuana, afterall...I am thinking somethings are not going to be available, however that does not mean they do not exist and they are not disqualifying when considering investing or trading in this arena.

Shearin is the chief operating officer for Tranzbyte, a company that owns American Green. American Green is the manufacturer of a vending machine called the ZaZZZ, which starts by verifying a person's age through their driver's license.
"They would swipe their driver's license at which point multiple cameras would allow us to use some advanced biometrics to make absolutely certain that the person who swiped the card is the owner of that card," Shearin said.

Through Medical Marijuana, Inc.'s ownership and leadership, Dixie Botanicals™ is further evolving its hemp cannabidiol (CBD) oil product line development for expanded national and global distribution.
"Moving the well-known and well-respected brand, Dixie Botanicals, from Denver, Colorado – what is viewed by many as the 'epicenter' of the national recreational and medical cannabis movement – to San Diego, California, should make it abundantly clear to the public that the hemp cannabidiol variety of cannabis can be enjoyed freely across state lines," states Michelle Sides, Chief Operating Officer of Medical Marijuana, Inc.
Sides continues, "Dixie Botanicals' consumers have come to expect raw ingredients and finished products of the highest quality. Then why did you post it if it was so obvious? You simply yet again exposed the company to harm for no reason. The act is the reveal. This is why I rarely post.
Love, Hugs and Kisses,
Captain Obvious...over and out.
PS.
The sad thing about these conversations are there are so many families out there needing these services and the hope of the few good companies is in the hands of this kind of post. The likes of established big companies like Phillip Morris and Big Pharmaceuticals love this kind of ignorance and will wait for the ignorant, financially illiterate, egocentric, self-serving market to hang its own hope.
Thank God, I live in a state where my child can have safe access. He got his through a Medbox machine and look at that debacle. When you have to pray daily for the life of one you love, your sneering response would soften.
Lol. ;)
The ability to do due diligence is a commitment to follow the news and ferret information regarding rumors. This is a follow up news item which may be PR that serves to begin to decipher the rumor mill. http://techcrunch.com/2015/01/08/new-funding-for-privateer-highlights-marijuanas-massive-market-in-the-u-s/
Then disclose in a credible if not verifiable way. I don't post often because I do not trade, I invest and go long. I am a mom who has a son who needed medical marijuana before he could get it legally. I am passionate about having this industry be legitimate and creating companies that will be able to weather the storm of big money which can hurt those hard working individuals putting their hard earned dollars behind their beliefs. There are a lot of snakes in this industry and integrity is called into question routinely. Slow steady growth that is sustainable is important, not only to me, but to all of us who believe in the industry. Rumors do not serve. Proper PR does.
IF he is an advisor, he has responsibilities in his languaging and public persona. He is in a regulated environment regarding this and IF he is an advisor, would most likely not take that kind of risk for his practice. Further, with the credentials and experience shown on the site, it would not be very likely that he is who he says he is. I have a little bit of experience in this area and so I simply call it like I see it.
Let me help you boys out. http://www.privateerholdings.com/press/

http://www.truthonpot.com/2013/07/17/scientists-finally-explain-how-acupuncture-works-and-its-related-to-marijuana/
TruthOnPot.com – Acupuncture has been around for thousands of years and so has medical marijuana. But the two haven’t been connected until now, thanks to a group of outside-the-box thinkers at a university in China.
Their findings, published online by the National Institutes of Health, show how electroacupuncture – an electrified version of traditional acupuncture used to treat pain – works by increasing activity of natural painkillers in the body called cannabinoids.
Explaining the thought process behind their study, the authors point to existing knowledge on cannabinoids – a group of molecules found in both cannabis and all vertebrate animals (including humans) – and their ability to fight pain by acting on specific receptors of the body:
“Previous studies show that cannabinoid CB1 receptors are related to pain relief.”
But the researchers also say they weren’t the first to discover that acupuncture causes an increase in the body’s cannabinoids:
“According to the latest reports in the American journal of Nature Neuroscience, acupuncture has been found to cause the human body to release some natural painkillers.”
The acupuncture points used in the rat study correspond with human acupoints
The acupuncture points used in the study correspond with human acupoints.
They were, however, the first to explain why. Using rat models of arthritis pain, the researchers found that repeated treatment with electroacupuncture resulted in an increase in cannabinoid receptors in a part of the brain called the striatum.
That’s where it gets complicated, because the striatum is also full of dopamine cells. Previous studies show that marijuana can increase dopamine as well and the current study seemed to confirm this. The researchers found that electroacupuncture also led to an increase in dopamine receptors, but whether dopamine played a part in pain relief was not clear.
Overall, the rats appeared to be in less pain after receiving acupuncture – a treatment that the authors say is endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO) for over 40 disorders. And if cannabinoids are the reason why acupuncture works for pain, then perhaps it’s time the WHO endorsed marijuana as well.
The study was conducted by researchers at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and funded by grants from the National Basic Research Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China , Shanghai Leading Academic Discipline Project, Shanghai Municipal Natural Science Foundation, and Shanghai Famous TCM academic research project.
Steven, I found this article. It is not spot on with mmj but you will get the idea.

That is because under current law they cannot claim otherwise... Hence the point of going through this miserable process. Dixie Elixirs can make the claim right now but MJNA cannot. Thank God we live in California and can get a mmj card for MEDICAL mjna. My son uses both edibles and smokes. He is 3-4 years beyond the mortality time frame and is now 22. Every day is a gift and I get to be hopeful no matter what is "official". $&%$% "official"... I was told he had a 10% survival rate past 18 or 19 when he was 6 years old. I have lived my life in the 10%. I don't hear anything else.
Tell that to my son...
Tell that to my son
Thank you.
My son who needs medical marijuana to survive thanks you for your vote against the success of this company. He wants to make sure that you became a millionaire and brag about it here on this board by shorting/voting against MJNA. You are awesome...wow. Some stocks should not be shorted...and most certainly one would not want to brag that they are shorting some stocks...this would be one of them.
I agree. The promise was made Feb 26, 2013 in the context of those 2 states.
http://www.cannabisnews.org/holder-promises-marijuana-verdict-coming-soon/2013/02/27/
Also designed for companies who are missing Attorney letters and other minor curable compliance things. This is not the first time this has happened to MJNA. Back a couple of summers they lost their entire banking ability and went Limited. They came back with a vengeance...this company will not be defeated..PERIOD.
Been here since 2009. One of the originals...therefore I can confidently say that you are NOT speaking "facts" as I have no doubts. Do not speak for me please.
That is NOT a fact...geez.
Dark Liquidity
Perhaps this is what you are thinking is happening. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_liquidity
Well, timing may be a factor. Perhaps the paperwork is sitting on someone's desk and they have not processed it. Short staffing may mean that the update is on its way. However, I agree that the info would seem to be updated in reverse...correct the Short page then update the Failure to Deliver. That would be logical, but nothing about the OTC and HESG has been logical. lol
I am off to my job...have a great day.
E
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/failuretodeliver.asp#axzz2NL6BHVSl
So how can they have corrected Failure to Deliver to "no?"
So you think "net out" there are still billions uncovered? Are you still thinking that they did not print enough certificates?
Well, I won't argue a cover up but I do not understand the link...I never did. Failure to Deliver, I understand. If there are no more failures...what does it matter? I may be sorry I asked that question, lol.
Eternalist/Neb (thanks for the reply post),
Now where does that leave the theory about covering shorts? They printed and delivered the shares. All that is left is a ridiculous amount of dilution and nothing but a reverse split to cure it. If this "runs" where is it going to? There is still no business model that is a money making adventure. I do see "progress" but I am still of the mindset that this is a shell...regardless of what management may say at this point. It does not pass the "duck test" yet. (if it looks like, walks like...)
I am ok with the lottery ticket idea but, to me, the premise in arguing one's position has changed. Fake shares and perhaps Cellar boxing or whatever you all called it is no longer the argument. Regardless of the new current status it is still under DTC chill. Many are still complaining about their inability to buy and sell at their direction.
I can understand long termers holding...some have held for nearly 4 years. Newbies, may not have developed that kind of patience or attachment.
Your thoughts?

Steven,
I can see that happening. I think MDBX will have some troubled water to tread though. They could be a test case for stock price manipulation for mmj stocks. VM needs to be very careful at pulling out funds. His situation is different from all other mmj stocks. He can end up affecting the entire sector. He has a very strong need to be right and that can be a problem. His company is not worth the share price and that is a concern.
EG
Steven,
So pps as a function of a multiple of earnings/share, what do you think the value would be after posting revenues like that? S&P is at 12 or 13x earnings/share. I think we should be worth a couple of bucks, don't you?
EG
