No video for me
Nice to see the petition go over 500 and Ilene going to the meeting.
Well said and mostly thank you for taking the time and assuming leadership on this
Signed...like a champ!
I voted no to all compensation manners. Yes on others
Page 13 Footnote 7 Got o page 45
Reduction in non-operating deposits deposits of $220B also includes balances previously reported in commercial paper sweep accounts
This Is the one i was referring to yesterday!!! Very odd indeed. Why would it be sealed?
A couple of weeks ago there was a post about documents that were sealed between the 9th and the 23rd i believe. Does anybody remember that and why would they seal them or not make the transcripts available?
Well it seems to me that the assets are being contested somehow. JPM is saying that the FDIC R has them and if that is the case, then they should be part of escrow assets in my point of view
Here is the footnote
1WaMu Asset Acceptance Corp., as Securitizer, is filing this Form ABS-15G in respect of all mortgage-backed securities representing interests in pools of residential mortgage loans for which it acted as depositor and which are outstanding during the reporting period. On September 25, 2008, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (“JPMCB”) acquired the banking operations of Washington Mutual Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”). It is JPMCB’s position that certain of the repurchase obligations of Washington Mutual Bank remain with the FDIC receivership. Assets are reported herein in accordance with Rule 15Ga-1 regardless of the validity of the demand or defenses thereto, and nothing in this report shall constitute, or be deemed, a waiver of any rights, defenses, powers or privileges of any party relating to these assets.
Now when you go to the breakdown there are 16B of assets in disputed, rejected or other categories. I got lost there, anybody who can interpret???
My imagination is going wild right at this point in time. Where have those mortgages been all these years. How many are out there. My 60B dream for escrow Is looking more possible, it may be much more IMO
I would guess they belong to the owners of the assets, namely escrow holders imo
In my opinion it is just an unfinished process. Although it would make sense for them to distribute as it comes. I defer to the experts for their opinion
It is very clear from 2) that the assets were at At fdic-r and are not in jpm
There are some that will try and do that eventually. Should have released on time.....
Look at Judge Mary goooo
Well. At the end of the day it shows that the board is working whether we see it or not. There is a lot of money at stake here. For you to be beaten by Wells Fargo is nothing to be ashamed of, especially when you just went out out of bankruptcy
Sure looks like it bud.
This was all public except Footnote 1. Sounds to me like this is getting ready to burst wide open. Where are my unicorns?
Are escrow owners debtors? I dont think so. Please correct me if i am wrong
My account is showing about 1.5 cents per share of Wmih extra in cash, like distribution, but my history is not reflecting it. I have extra money and not sure where it came from. If its on escrows it is about .00269 per share. Anybody else having the issue. I have Ameritrade and it shows the money as positive before the open and my difference with todays loss is exactly the amount that i had positive int he morning
Anyone else?
Opening was at 2.80.
Lots of ifs buddy
How about the meeting is moved up to 428 and they know that they have a deal in hand. You got to get approved in Delaware, you got to get the members to approve The new officers, and get everything squared away. So the new officers come in with the deal already in their pockets and they square the deal on 515 but they can't announce it until the one you're closing of the P8 eight or the seven year anniversary of the bankruptcy. So Monday might be really interesting if this is the case
Sorry, it shows the trade made on 5/15. Was that the shareholders meeting date?
And it shows the trade made on 5/15? Dont have a premiunm account, was that t
How do you spell cover, is it C O V E R or is it H U R R Y. U P?
What is the difference, i have no clue
It was Boris. Twice in a row
Agree with all except the timing. 6-8 months is reasonable but WMIH all goes out the window in normalcy aspects
Thank you. Anybody that know?
Cant remember when Deutsche Bank had its court date. Was that yesterday?
Good find. I had not seen it
I said 40-60 B when the predictions were requested by someone about 3-6 months ago for a survey
It is going to be real ugly today for most stocks.....
You know I actually agree that it was a test run. They can't fully know that something of this magnitude will work until it is tested live and then results of shares allocated and cash distributed paired up to actual escrow owners. What if a couple of million shares did not go thru? This is the fail safe
I think the conclusion is very telling, when it discusses the mortgage repurchase obligations and yhe fact tha JPM did not acquire them
Got cash for fractional share in Td Ameritrade
TD Ameritrade shows only stock transaction for today. No cash pending nor any escrow changes
I can wait. Its a lotto ticket that will cash in, besides i dont have a choice. Neither do you if you think bout it
Im sorry. I missed something. Why is everyone talking about the end of July as a key date. I am not following . Please clarify
