Shouldn’t you focus your energy on contacting the “company” and asking them why they failed to file financials, provide shareholders with any sort of update regarding timelines and their previous press releases, or why their is a discrepancy between the press release and current authorized share count? Oh boy….wait is there a company representative to contact??? Lol
Tick tock BOOM.
Actually, I don’t bash this stock I provide a realistic perspective and only show up when your amateur dumb dumb pumping clown a$$ antics show up. You don’t have to worry about anyone sticking around….like I stated…..this will most likely be designated with a CE status and get demoted to the grey market in my opinion.
Think about it…..your insider group may loose out on dumping more shares but those stuck with their bags may get lucky with this turning into another custodial play down the line.
It’s called being a realist…..vs being the “pumper clown” of the board. Say bye bye to this ticker….In my opinion, it will be in the grey market. Investors can file complaints and should based on the share structure discrepancy alone.
Is the pumper back?
Exactly….I would essentially classify this as a “lie” to deceive shareholders and prevent a sell off at the announcement of the reverse split. There has been no updates from the company regarding an explanation to why the authorized share count was not affected, therefore the press release was deceiving. OTC markets has updated the share count on several occasions and on no occasions has the press release held true, therefore this is a prime candidate for a “caveat emptor” stamp and a destination for the grey market. In my opinion, the best case scenario for investors is this gets sent to the grey market and a few years down the line it becomes attractive for a custodial-ship again.
More dumb dumb Chinese web due diligence? Unfortunately….my guess is that this stock will receive a Caveat Emptor destination and be sent to the grey markets “soon” based on…..

Can anyone else see where the problem lies?
Back for another pump? This ticker has a yield sign attached to it and is nearly 60 days late on filings. Most can’t buy it. Garbage ticker in my opinion.
Nah….the $2 crew are playing the chart now. End of year sell off and buying will resume at the start of the year. 30% gains would stimulate selling again. This stock was a big disappointment for many. IMO
Great….oh I see….you have a personal vendetta from another board, but you’re going to come here, after no posting history, and pretend you have a clue about this ticker. Lol
If you want to see how “China” can be used as a prop to commit securities fraud…..take a look at the whole DOLV=JBZY scam.
Let’s see what happens here…..they may have gone silent for good reason…..
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/lr-25207
Did you buy?
It’s simple……go back to the daily trading volume when this was a custodianship and when the merger was revealed. Look at those dates. Come back to ihub and correlate those higher volume days with all the pumping posts by Marty and the crew. You'll see a direct correlation between the two. The pump period is what took this to .03 prior to the reverse split. Also notice all the encouraging posts to buy post split when the chart clearly shows this was descending backwards like all tickers tend to do after a reverse split. The encouragement was due to a need to liquidate shares. Remember all the nonsense called due diligence from the Chinese Web? That was part of the pump. You do realize some of the posters who present as retail shareholders may be working for insiders? IMO
“Tick Tock” is right……expert market.
Perhaps it’s best to keep your “opinions” clear as opinions” rather than trying to pass these “opinions” to the EGOC board as if they are facts and anyone not following the suggestions of these “opinions” will be missing out. You’re commentary often implied and in some instances outright stated that you and your cronies were more skilled at obtaining “due diligence” and that others on the board were either less skilled at obtaining “due diligence” or were too lazy to obtain the “due diligence” that was out there. Remember all the Chinese web “due diligence” which wasn’t confirmed by official filings by the company…..you know the type of content that can be made in a basement with a basic photoshop program? I’d say you took your commentary in a direction at times which also implied that you may be privy to information because you were somehow connected to the company. Maybe that was imposed on you, but I think you liked that implication and took an indirect run at it too….”soon, soon, soon”.
Here’s my “opinion” once again. I’d place a bet that your “opinions”, which were often a clear push or pump to buy, were probably financially detrimental to some investors here who are now bag holders at the current levels. I’d probably continue leveraging on that bet that your encouragement to buy was calculated so that you or someone else you’re affiliated with could sell.
Just my opinion.
You can try to soften and downgrade the nature of your posts by pussyfooting around about how you placed a disclaimer regarding your opinions, but if you’d like me to drudge through some old posts, we can once again take a look at your antics?
I have a better idea….let’s put it to rest and just answer a few questions. You’ve left the board because you’ve done what you needed to do or you’re embarrassed by your investment advice. I also have no empathy for your current victim stance because I know what a douche bag you were here and there seeking attention and posting about how you were getting a rise out of a few who opposed you and your view.
A BIG QUESTION which should shed some light on the situation…….How many instances did you buy shares and how many shares did you buy between the trading period of EGOC’s 52 week high of $2.01 and the current price level of .10?
A BIGGER QUESTION……how many shares did you sell during that same time period?
Yes I know blah blah….I don’t have to disclose that information.
Now you can keep calling my commentary “personal attacks” but let me remind you, in the United State, the First Amendment guarantees our right to free expression and free association….therefore my sentiments toward your behavior has been expressed. You most certainly didn’t mind defaming others….and you took it to the extent of essentially mocking the mental health field.
Time to pull up your big boy pants….you can’t dish it out and then run home crying because you can’t take it.
How convenient to state now…
That’s because you don’t know when the pump and dump occurred…..what do you think the catalyst is to bring a stock from $1.50 to .10 if their was minimal change in the share structure?
If the stock wasn’t trading at a fair market cap and the price was artificially inflated to reach those higher levels what would you call that?
Your time would be better spent contacting the company and encouraging them to file, but then again who is the company? Without a filing this ticker will most likely be suspended.
If anyone needs a reality check regarding this ticker and the share price…..go back to the EGOCD forum and look at that last trading price of $1.50. Come back to this forum and look at the current trading price. Remember when shares at that price were a steal and being encouraged to buy?
I think you can go back to the cheerleader’s posting history and separate fact from fiction…this wasn’t about being positive about a ticker rather it was about the continual encouragement to buy, the presentation of bogus due diligence, and the defamation toward anyone who challenged the Chinese web nonsense. Those who challenged the cheerleading were mocked and met with accusations of being crazy or not knowing how to perform due diligence. At the very least, your cheerleading ally may have been duped himself, but I have the opinion he was selling or his group was selling. He continually acted as if he had insider information, or was smarter than the next investor and privy to something no one else had with his “soon”. In my opinion you’re in denial.
Let’s face it….your investment is most likely worthless….this will soon be suspended for 10 days absent a filing. The SEC should and would as a precaution to investors….
In my opinion, the expert market is a good place for this ticker to land considering the absence of transparency from the company. No filings is seen by the SEC as potential deception to the shareholder. Would you state the SEC is being speculative without evidence when it suspends a ticker?
The point is quit condoning those that don’t like to play by the rules, those who choose to ignore regulatory practices, or those who think they can resort to anything to make a buck because they’ve rationalized that anything goes in the OTC and investors are responsible for their own decisions. Investors come in all shapes and size but they should at least be able to make educated guesses based on viable information and not deception. This is why company transparency is critical but many of the scam companies hire promoters to do their dirty work and create a narrative about the company that isn’t factual, but successfully sells shares.
Geez….is that so hard to understand?
And your thought process is indirectly part of the problem with the OTC and on these style of forums because you essentially condone the crooks and fraudulent happenings. Maybe you can look past your nuts and bolts and consider the multitude of victims who have fallen prey to these types of cheerleaders…..you know the one’s who have made such naive investment decisions that they lost everything…..or the young “adults” who have discovered these types of trading forums and ran into a cheerleader like the one we have here, invested what little they have, and afterwards couldn’t deal with the consequences.
Sorry bud, but I’m far from a rookie, that’s why I can spot a slithering snake in the grass.
I take it you would have a problem with Janice Shell too? We should just let these tickers go unchecked and unchallenged?
Your commentary is a reflection of blind spots so try seeing the forest through the trees.….and save the speech about how we are all accountable for our investment decisions. Your failing to realize these predators prey on the newbies…..that could be your kid, husband or wife, parents, nephew or niece….just saying.
It’s the internet age….unfortunately those investing are not all “adult minded investors” or accountable yet…..does that mean they should fall prey?
At the very least our resident cheerleader is irresponsible toward the financial well being of others, especially the green and naive.
I’m sure the cheerleader is well aware of who he’s sucking into buying.
I disagree with your opinion…..in my opinion you’ve missed the obvious. Anyone can offer opinions regarding a ticker based upon their due diligence, chart skills, intuitions, etc. These opinions can be supportive or skeptical toward the ticker. Let’s look at our resident cheerleader and pumper…..it’s when someone encourages others to buy (these $2/shares are a steal), despite there being no company news or official filings, that you know there is an agenda at work!
You can put your blinders on.
Once again, I find it ironic that very little is being mentioned about the company’s transparency….that the burden of proof isn’t in their court.
P.S. don’t you find it much more honest in this forum now that the cheerleader isn’t pumping?
After all, there hasn’t been any company updates. We should be talking about the failed filing of the quarterly financials……are they coming “soon” or is it COVID which has caused their delay?
By the way……whose opinions seem to be leaning in the right direction regarding this ticker? How much of that due diligence from China was most likely fraudulent? You do realize that all those encouraged buy points are now bag holding points? You realize that the company failed to file their last financials and failed to file an extension which will bring this ticker to the expert market?
I think you’re failing to see the difference between “sharing an opinion” and running a pump and dump. I can go back to numerous posts by our resident cheerleader and point out where having a difference of opinion was met with character defamation because it was oppositional to any sort of “pump” and encouragement to buy. In most cases, when there is no official company news and buying is being encouraged based on misleading “due diligence” or information being called “due diligence” that is simply speculation, someone or some group is selling. Are you potentially being naive and not realizing there are all types of schemes being ran here in the OTC and there are all types of hired hands? Personally, I’m not hired….I simply can see the red flags which supported my suspicions that this ticker was leaning toward similar scenarios which turned out to be Chinese scams…..IMO
Just my opinion of course but you sound like a goof ball playing victim now! First of all, I’m guessing that these “decent posters” you are referring to who were supposedly chased off of this ticker forum most likely are many of your multiple aliases or potentially boiler room cronies? No one is being chased or harassed, your BS is simply being pointed out and if you had legit intentions, your issue should be the company representatives or potential scammers behind this ticker as opposed to anyone here pointing out the obvious. Of course, if there are any logical thinkers on the board that blow up the “fantasy” you continually tried to sell….THEY must be the problem? Let’s look a bit further into your ridiculous post……once again you have a lot of nerve crying victim here as you continually mocked and tried to defame my intentions or character along with the character of others who disagreed with your BS pumping. You stated I along with others needed psychological help and are crazy. The only person who needs help here is you. How’s the $2 shares and $1 shares that you encouraged others to buy because they were a steal? Where’s all that photoshopped Chinese due diligence you use to post here? You’re a mouth full of hot air…..who pretends he has a following here or on the other fantasy board, but in actuality most of your posts reflect your inferiority complex….with the need to include such catch phrases as “no one”. Speak for yourself…my guess is “no one” with credible trading skills is listening to you here or there…hence the lack of volume. Ok…..Maybe you have a few naive sheeple along with your multiple aliases entertained by your antics, but that’s it. There is no threatening behavior Nartydick, you just can’t handle the harsh words because it blows your agenda of encouraging buying, I’m guessing you or your cronies were selling? The financials clearly show this is a shell and the absence of the current quarter filing…well you know that points to a much bigger problem. As far as me bashing this stock for 3 years….I don’t think so. I took a position and entertained the idea that a viable merger could produce profitable results, but the red flags were obvious and so were your pumping tactics. Go back to your fantasy forum and talk to yourself….in the meantime I’ll continue to make sure no one falls into unnecessary bag holding status here. If there was something worthy here….the company would have clearly filed or filed an extension.
Laughable
Let me guess….investors hangout is better because everyone is on the same fantasy?
No one is prophetic in the market unless you’re engaged in some sort of scam, scheme, or insider trading…..but what makes a trader or investor smart is someone who is willing to pay attention to what is evolving and being revealed and either buy/sell accordingly. The rest is stuck on stupid. Which would you consider yourself? You should be thanking me….but in my opinion you might be stuck on stupid.
I’ve already stated my position…..that’s not what is being challenged. The integrity of this ticker, despite the pumping, is what is being challenged along with the pumper trying to suck every dollar from you while he benefits along with his cronies.
Another dumb and insignificant point you are trying to make.
Now that is an even dumber post……you’re referencing a post from how long ago? Was this prior to an announcement of a R/S candidate and simply a custodial play at the time? Dude…..you really have to get your head out of your ass….naturally at one point in time many of us considered the possibilities of where this ticker could go with the right R/M candidate along with being ahead of the cusp as far as investors…but as time continued to display red flags investment/trading philosophies naturally had to change, of course unless you were following the continued encouragement to buy from Marty. How good are those shares bought at $2 or $1 looking now? Those were a steal remember? You holding on and missing the obvious delinquencies with this ticker and trying to point out some sort of fault toward me is pure amateur.

I think you should be careful….word on the street is SEC eyes on guys like you. Only the dumb and naive would fail to notice the financials are delinquent….expert market next. Where’s all that Chinese web due diligence you use to sling around here?
Now that’s funny green doggie…..it was you who offered your opinion….I simply countered. I haven’t seen a logical post come from you to date…..meanwhile Casper has provided you with more than enough to consider and further investigate, along with myself. You must be new at trading….
And here is my opinion…..that comment is stupidity and wishful thinking on your behalf. It amazes me that you let a guy like Marty come in here and pump the shit out of this terd, and you have no problem with that sleazy side of the coin? As long as someone can sell you a dollar and a dream right? Marty was a puppeteer who basically encouraged others to dip their hands into their pockets, pull out their cash$$, and bet on what has appeared to be a Chinese scam for an extensive period of time.

Here is the press release regarding both the authorized and common being subjected to the 1:250 split.
This ticker still reeks of BS…..
No problem Pat….just want to make sure you have your eyes open.
Yes you are correct….was thinking 30 days….
Now getting back to the point…..EGOC is transfer agent verified as of an update yesterday, but notice that the authorized share count still states 26 billion? That’s contradictory to the press release at the time of the reverse split. Red flag…..imagine what potentially can happen with those shares and regardless if someone wants to state it will be used to pay for merging assets….why isn’t their a correction to the original press release regarding the reverse merger applying to both the authorized and common share structure…..
As far as profile verified…..no this ticker is no longer profile verified and I provided an explanation of what that means.
