Well stated!
You make no sense it's like I'm reading your posts and watching you eat your own foot. One post you are intentionally driving down the price, and the next you wouldn't intentionally assist in the process of others loosing money?? I don't follow this board daily, because none of you know anything more than the rest of us and most of the posts, including yours, are some emotional outcry, Seriously, hike up your skirt and either hold your position or move on and sell. To linger around and contradict yourself is useless.
I won't be that derogatory but I agree. The integrity of this company doesn't Concern me, Its listening to the chatter of a few of you trying to use fear tactics to get your cheap shares or pump the stock. Seriously take a hike!
What's to stop it is the fact that their was very high trading volume days around .004 to .005. You think all those share holders are going to eat that loss without first patiently waiting for a follow up to CC?
I just reviewed the report and do not see current issuing of stock or dilution at all. Your statement implies some dilution, so feel free to provide further detai.
Does anyone have updates in regard to AS, OS, and Float? This stock can't be under 8 million float based on the trading activity we saw end of last week?
And you are trying to say what from this cut and paste concerning Telefix communication's business description?
Verizon continues to establish business relationships with companies under their partnership program. Do yourself a favor and research. Perhaps the two links I posted will help you connect the dots along with going to Verizon's partnership program site. Right now you sound like a blabbering fool. Email the two gentleman from Verizon that I and many others emailed. They are very prompt in confirming Verizon's business relationship with Telefix. One thing I have very little tolerance for is someone who debates the legitimacy of something truthful because they don't want to research and be proven mistaken. I work hard for my money kid, I don't appreciate someone who hides behind their IHUB identity sabotaging a stock they know very little about. No one knows what hasn't been shared up until this point, but the CC will teach us more. In the meantime, there was enough information in the PR and DD available to understand what this partnership with Verizon most likely looks like. Verizon most likely isn't going to buy out Telefix, it's a contract under their partnership program in a needed vertical market!
Pumping? Where? Any paid pumping sites? I've been here a long time along with a good hand full of investors and suddenly you come along with blanket statements? Do you see the company putting PR after PR to artificially bloat the PPS? Have you done any research in regard to Verizon's partnership program? Keep it up and I'm going to call your babysitter! Like I said, show me you have some intellectual merits and present some reasoning behind your claims or opinions.
Good article (Citrix) explaining vertical markets. According to PR, Telefix will share in a business relationship with Verizon as a "Vertical Solution Provider."
IMO Telefix could have a shift in interest by many as an investor stock rather than a trader stock.

Coming from the 21 year old who is here to bash. You have any clue or substantial facts to back your weightless claims? Sure you could be right or you could be wrong but it's a waste of time to listen to someone who just throws out weightless claims. Share some DD, convince me you have some intellectual talents to offer. The world is full of mouths that need to flap.
I know it has been confirmed by many individuals but I also received confirmation from both Michael Stefanski and Kevin Tarrant that there is a business relationship between Verizon and Telefix Communications. If you read the PR, you can see that we were informed that Telefix will serve as a "Vertical Solution Provider". Although this link is dated, it may help fellow investors understand this relationship and help flush out some questions. I'm curious to investigate how other public companies grew financially after becoming "vertical solution providers."

Thank you.
Can someone post a level 2 screenshot of today's transactions?
Yea that's great. I personally have reservations when I hear about one individual potentially owning a 25 million share count of a stock with this float. One, there is the question of believability and two, if the information is legit there is a point during a run where you decide to unload, and that has an influence on sustainability of a climbing PPS. Lets see where your threshold is and if you have patience to see .10. Most importantly, this CC and any explanations about this relationship with Verizon are most important in regard to PPS. GLTU
The share structure has stayed the same for some time now and the float has been locked, I see this stock taking a nice run as word catches on and the company continues its course.
There is a bid in the .0005's that has been there for some time. "All or nothing" since the buyer isn't interested in 1 share sells.
Exactly, or they did and felt the need to keep that confidential.
Here is the thing that blows my mind. A few investors decided to post photos of the office occupied by employees. I inquired at the time if they had approached any of the personnel and asked to speak with someone regarding operations. The responses imo were rationalizations as to why they didn't (blah blah). This is a publicly traded company. I don't expect the company to discuss any non disclosure agreements but I would expect the company to be receptive to a visiting shareholder knowing the importance of those relationships in regard to keeping the doors open in the past and present. I tend to question the validity of any pictures providing proof of operations, especially with management's silence. If I was living in Texas, I personally would verbally introduce myself and address someone with my concerns as an investor. This company also doesn't return phone calls so common sense tells me to have little faith in the legitimacy of operations. I think there are some conversions in September? Perhaps they will break the silence then or we will see a pump. I'm hoping there is legitimate happenings but as you can see we are at a standstill. No one is selling and no one is buying at the ask.
Like I previously stated, this company's management needs to provide adequate information showing the legitimacy of their day to day operations as far as contracts. If this is provided, we may see a successful rally due to confidence from existing investors and new investors. IMO, all that we see now is "6 degrees of separation" possibilities, such as the recent facebook posts concerning cellular companies. Any rally now is a self injected pump from shareholders IMO.
I appreciate your response but I'm still puzzled by the fact that someone wouldn't walk Into the office in addition to taking photographs and inquire if there is a contact person to speak with (as a shareholders). Obviously, the question would have to be addressed in some manner and at least it establishes an opportunity for some sort of communication with personnel. What's so difficult about inquiring if they are open for business figuring they have an office in a public building or perhaps asking about their operations?
I haven't read all the messages leading to this post but what amazes me is the fact that a select few of you have the ability to actually visit the office and as far as I know no one has taken the opportunity to talk to a single person in the office. You must be kidding me using words like "shady". This isnt a personal attack against you but I can't understand how you can also invest hard earned money, at least mine is, and not feel that your entitled to walk into an office, introduce yourself as a shareholder, essentially part of the financial glue that pays their salaries, and not ask if you could speak to someone In regard to the operations of the company. This isn't asking for insider information this is using logic and understanding that a publically traded company is exactly that, public. Knowing whether or not the company is a legit company is not insider information in fact all these companies are suppose to be operating as legit companies and not share selling operations.
Mr. Wright
I'm a concerned investor in UTRM. Within the past several months I have witnessed a substantial loss within my investment. As an individual who comes from a producing and media background I'm aware of the nature of programming and the intricacies involved. As an investor, my primary concern is seeing a rise in price per share again to recoup my initial investment so that long term investment potentials can be evaluated. I have an important question that I would like to present. I will also share any answers with fellow investors. I appreciate any dialogue you are willing to share with shareholders.
Can you discuss if UTRM has sent or can consider sending a production crew to Denver Colorado for the 1st Annual Cannabis Investor Conference? This would definitely be programming material for Pot Network's launch in 6 days and also an opportunity to provide some free advertising for Cannabis related companies who attend this Conference. I'm sure the companies would consider advertising space following the personal meet and greet and being included in any segments concerning the Conference. An inside look at this conference and the attending companies would definitely be news worthy material for Pot Network's launch.
Thank you for your time!
Sincerely,
xxxx
Beachbum, I try to follow this board to the best that time allows so if I missed something please let me know. You went to the office and provided pictures on a few occasions from my understanding. Did you attempt to talk to someone? As a shareholder with the type of investment that you hold, I wouldn't see any reservations in addressing one of the personnel with concerns and questions concerning the status of the company. If they were not personally able to address the questions they should have someone they can refer you too. This is a publicly traded company and they have a certain level of responsibility to the shareholders which secure the welfare of their job positions. I have personally called the company and never received a call back and I'm sure they didn't know the nature of my call so I could be a potential customer. My opinion.
I have 4.2 million
Look at your posts tonight on this board alone???????? What did you do a 180 and get lost
No offense but you are hurting the shareholders who already existed and those that invested on Friday based upon the WoldPack recommendation. You guys want to hold a level of integrity amongst your followers then the recommendation needs to remain solid from Friday to Monday. Your opening the door for shorters!!
Found the board this evening and became a follower!
VFIN fake wall on the sell?
Which ones do you think they are currently investing in?
Thanks for the link!
dog turd cannon, As I mentioned in my previous post I was not necessarily questioning your character but challenging you to the fact that I had reached out to you in regard to this stock both publicly and privately following your recommendation. I was a bit perplexed with the fact that you recommended the stock with a potential 1000% to 1500% gain. I bought the stock along with a few others who were acting upon your recommendation. You were asked about the stock following your recommendation and you seemed to retract what I thought was a mid term recommendation stating your recommendation was based upon short term technicals that you would have to review again. That's all that was stated. I personally still own 1/2 of my original shares and I'm thankful for the recommendation. I personally didn't like what I was seeing and felt 1/2 the position was adequate. The stock still has a distance to go to achieve those 1000% - 1500% gains but its still a solid recommendation regardless. Once again thanks and I will forward you a ticker to take a look at in return.
Well in an ideal scenario that all sounds great but in many instances going to the source isn't as easy as said. I can tell you that I called Henry Jan several times a few weeks ago to discuss a few questions I had that relate back to AEGY and I never received a phone call back and the receptionist were friendly but struck me as being pretty uninformed in regard to the company they were employed by.
I don't see any problem with constructive skepticism and I think there are many valid questions that seem to be over passed on this board.
What reward are people expecting because I'm also a shareholder here and these projections based upon the current known dilution seem ridiculous? The rewards seem more substantiated for the shareholders who most likely will start purchasing at much lower pps. You have to remember there are many people here who have bought at much higher pps.
Vuk,
Now I'm trying to understand you? I'm also a long and feel a name change is necessary sooner than later. I don't see any reason why a name change is going to interfere with the beta testing of pharmajanes. A name change is something that is going to attract investors to the stock but I don't see it as a means of attracting customers to pharmajanes.
What I'm saying is it is logical and worth while to pursue this road of DD. There is absolutely no way, IMO, that dispensaries in the initial San Fernando Valley region would not know of pharmajanes, especially as they start to roll out to new areas within California. It would only make sense that you would be establishing company contact with dispensaries if you are planning on building a long term relationship?
Once again, individual investors on this ihub board have stated that they have placed orders thru pharmajanes and that those orders were filled and delivered. Their claims were proofed by photos which they provided. If I was to call all the dispensaries in the San Fernando Valley and ask them if they heard of pharmajanes, then shouldn't I find a few who are currently being utilized by pharmajanes?
