My condolences SoonerX to you and your family.
GBM and brain cancers are such a horrible disease and with immunotherapies advancing so quickly, I believe we are getting to the potential for long tail survival and potential cure without all the toxicities of other cancer drugs. The government regulatory agencies need to shorten the cycle of approval for new treatments that are safe and efficacious against these diseases.
Thanks for sharing.
Well said and so simple to understand!
Well said!
Flip, I wholeheartedly agree with this post!
Interesting view of where we are with NWBO

Very well said!!!
Thanks for the clarification! I guess the way I read the post it looked like the last two presenters were no longer in those time slots.
Look forward to Dr Bosch as maybe we get an update on Direct patients and survival from last presentation.
GLTA patients and NWBO longs!
Smokey, did you notice he is also taking the two slots for the other presenters that were after NWBO as I noted below in Rising Sun's post #96680?
Wow that is a big schedule change and very interesting point. Thanks for sharing!
If Woodford is as good and legendary fund manager as reported and he invested well over $100M+ into a small company and his investment is showing a significant loss, he would be on a plane and meet with NWBO management/BOD on what is going on with operations and the investigation. I know I would have not waited over a year and not have any answers from company. I would also be having a quarterly call with NWBO.
He cannot be that careless with his investors money and not have answers from company management, I find that hard to believe from a guy of his reputation. I would be fuming with him if I got the answers he just gave! JMO
Very well said Kabunushi!
Found this interesting today and similar to NWBO's manipulation! CTIX's CEO comes out swinging today!
If accurate almost 73% of NWBO shares with institutional investors and insiders.
Interesting point....Someone should email Timothy Cloughesy at UCLA if in fact possible that they could channel Phase III patients who progress could be enrolled in the DCVax-L Optivo trial at UCLA Jonnson Cancer Comprehensive Cancer Center?
Great post cannonblack!
ex, I think your off on how long HE has been in play as it is coming up on 3 years in March....
NW Bio Announces Two German Approvals: "Hospital Exemption" for Early Access Program with DCVax-L and Eligibility of DCVax-L for Reimbursement
DCVax-L Is First Product of Its Kind to Receive Hospital Exemption from German Regulator

Very well stated Dok and agree with you 100% on this post!
BRAIN CANCER
New Hampshire family plans bucket list for 9-year-old with terminal brain tumor
Brain cancers are horrible and this is why I want and pray for DCVax approval as there are just too many stories like this that are so heartbreaking. God bless little 9 year old Ciara and family!

Pretty pathetic CEO Maza does not communicate at all with shareholders and provide any operations update is a disgrace. I sent him an email from the contact form on the ILNS web site about 2 weeks ago and no response. I can definitely say he is not overwhelmed with inquiries that he cannot respond.
I am sure everyone has written this off like I have!
Yes something brewing possibly as it hit $.4499 today.
Thoughts anyone?
On Woodford's latest blog out today, I like your red highlights specifically
No I spoke to him briefly but it was before 6:00PM EST and he was on a conference call and said he will call me back. I left him a VM yesterday letting him know he was very busy but to call me at his earliest convenience.
I have communicated with him via email but he will call me when time permits as I am sure they are very busy right now. I will let you know after I speak with him.
Smokey21, great caption of this paragraph from the Cancer Moonshot program and with NWBO's SAB memeber Mac Cheever on the CM board with FDA's Richard Padzur is another great sign. I get the feeling there are some active discussions happening with NWBO and regulators lining up everything for a major announcement. This is just speculation on my part and IMO only!
We need the Phase III results and I agree this opens up a lot of opportunities including NWBO market cap goes up exponentially!
Great post RK and well said a novice could understand it!
BigBioBoom, just to make sure you are aware DCVax was priced at $37k a year with a strong EBITA by Linda Powers 3-4 years ago. I do not find that expensive for potential cancer immunotherapy that can significantly extend survival well beyond standard of care which I believe we will see when this Phase III reaches its endpoints and update is provided. It is a lot less costly than many current treatments approved today IMHO.
Something happening today 3 x 10 day average out of the gate this morning?
Any insight on this?
TC you have always been a straight shooter on this board and appreciate your posts! Great find on the new combo trial at UCLA too!
highway, I hope you are right on two weeks from tomorrow but not until end of June! We need news and I think we will get it soon IMHO. I have a call into Les and I caught him on his cell Friday around 530PM EST on a conference call and he said he was going to be awhile would call me back this week.
GLTA patients, families and NWBO longs!
I believe we are seeing strong indications of this happening with yesterday's Opdivo trail with DCVax at UCLA, the Ketruda trial that will be starting in Germany with DCVax for colon cancer.
We need to knockout punch from NWBO on Phase III trial reaching endpoints plus other catalysts regarding combo trials and would be great to see upfront payments to partner all with success trail data leading the way.
That is just wonderful news for her and her family! Thanks for the update!
The close could be interesting here and JDheart looks like he might be right!
Not sure Truthfan but I just put NCT03014804 in search and this trial is showing?
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03014804?term=NCT03014804&rank=1
Timothy Cloughesy, Director of UCLA's Neuro Oncology Program is the Principal Investigator of this DCVax trial with Opdivo
http://www.neurooncology.ucla.edu/AboutUs/OurTeam/TimothyCloughesy.aspx
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03014804?term=dcvax&rank=7
from clinical trial site:
Purpose
This phase II trial studies the side effects of dendritic cell-autologous lung tumor vaccine and nivolumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with glioblastoma that has come back. Vaccines made from a person's tumor cells may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving dendritic cell-autologous lung tumor vaccine and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with glioblastoma.
Flip, hope if NWBO PR's this soon we have some form of partnership/royalties deal with upfront money! This would provide instant shot to finances and PPS depending upon the structure of the deal!
Nice find TC! This is very encouraging news! Do we get a PR on this soon is the question? With BMS aligned in this trial is very telling to me they see benefit of this approach with DCVax. I like this also has National Cancer Institute as Sponsor and Collaborator as well.

Thanks for sharing Northernway as I have my accounts with Fidelity as well. I will call them and ask them to confirm what you have found from your phone call.
Senti, I was going on prior comments made a few years ago by Linda Powers when talking about cost of DCVax and very strong EBITA on $37k per year for 3 year supply of DCVax .
I would expect the pricing may be higher in today's markets but that has not been presented since she presented it in an interview.
Yes I read it the same way as you noted in your post!
