I will also be part of the LTUS committee. I am a long term shareholder holding 70,000+ shares.
I think a key goal would be to gain total transparency and fiduciary commitment to shareholders. As shareholders we must also act in the best interest of the long term goals of LTUS. We can't go in asking for immediate dividends and share repurchase programs. Anyone who has done ant DD knows that that is a fiscal impossibility.
Instead, we ask to be treated as owners. Please, stop telling us what you think we want to hear. (The construction of the facility in Beijing is prime example number one) Lay out the long term plans and the short term plans, then give us accurate, verifiable, progress reports.
Finally we need to ask for benchmarks that when reached management and shareholders alike are rewarded. Our ultimate goal is a fair valuation which will enrich us all.
Dr. Xing Shen is very responsive and Redchip is no longer an obstacle. Lets do this.
