Skip, look up "form 24f-2" on investopedia.com. Basically it's a form that calculates how much a company owes the SEC for registration fees.
I'm with you. From the 10-k, they are adding a carton machine which hopefully opens doors to some more frozen food shelf space. Those wrappers they have now are fine for starters, and they need a wrapper machine anyway to package the pizza cones and emps before cartoning. Hopefully cartoned, finished product gets revenue going
In my opinion he has to be loyal to investors. Why? Because he is the majority share holder. He has dumped over $750,000 of his own money into the company, so those shares of his are the only way he gets that large of an amount back in his pocket. That being said, the company will have to make progress and volume/price will have to climb in order for him to be able to sell his shares to make all of his money back
So you think that they aren't reporting all of their revenues? You think the pizza cones and emps are more successful than they are reporting?
I agree about the packaging. The 10-k mentioned carton packaging coming. The sooner the better.
I wonder if something is up. Some hundreds of thousands of shares have been popping up on the level II bid this morning
What distributors have dropped the products?
Yeah, same here. My level II shows 10k bid/62.4k ask. Scottrade seems to be adding some extra zeroes this morning though for some reason. Weird
PR out. Coremark customers buying cones and empanadas at the coremark vendor show
Cnoz up again today!
Cnoz up again today
If you are referring to a 4th quarter 10-q filing, please look up the 10-q form on the SEC website and read paragraph A1.
Huh? What are you talking about?
Thanks Tickerjoe. I also agree with Mitch about his current PR stance. He has said from the beginning that he doesnt want this stock to be a day-trading stock. I'm glad the management has that stance as I am one of the longs here. Thanks for the info. Looking forward to the future!
Awesome! Any updates? How did the facility look?
CNOZ looking good today! Seems one buyer is very confident!
Whoa! Someone is buying! Wonder if PR is coming soon
I agree as well. We have already gone over this a while back. The post is extremely misleading and also fails to mention that the shares were provided by a private party, not Cono. Cono cannot control what shareholders do with their shares.
Their products are currently being sold in select Shoprite grocery stores in the New Jersey area. Both in the hot food and frozen sections. This has been documented with pictures and by customers on this forum.
Remember tho, the shares Vick mentioned were shares paid to TCA as a fee on top of shares given to them for financing. So they are selling shares that they paid nothing for; all profit for them.
Arb, see Vicks post. I think this is just TCA selling off remaining shares. I dont think there is any manipulation going on today, just TCA cashing out. Hopefully that's all of their shares.
Yeah, I think that's exactly what's happening.
Correct, still sunrise securities at .025. I wonder if Cono pulled more financing from the money that is available to them; this type of sell off happened the last time they did.
Correction *wouldnt be surprised if this closes at .03; I've seen this happen before
It's sunrise securities. Someone is unloaded all of their shares. It's stuck at .021, with who knows how many 10k sell orders. After .021, the ask is at .03. Would be surprised if this closes at .03.
Bid and ask keep rising. Somebody's been buying. I wonder if news is around the corner
Looks like MSU's website development is progressing. Pizza cones up on the main page!
http://www.msufoods.ca/
Agreed!
I wouldn't call it bogus, just looks like they are still working on it. I've been checking every week or so and it keep setting updated with new stuff.
Very nice!
Not sure what you mean. The website has progressed from where it was. He said the website wouldn't change until the brand was launched. They launched the brand, and now the website is being updated. Just like he said
Msufoods.ca is Aliments MSU Foods website. They are working on it. A development company developing...gasp!!!
That is not MSU food's website
Thanks for the clarification. Lots of random misinformation being posted here recently.
Thanks mepete. I concluded the same thing.
Take some pics at the facility of you go!
This in a completely incorrect and misleading statement. That information you posted is available in multiple places and you falsely added up 2,500,000 over and over again. When in fact, 2,500,000 is the TOTAL number of shares in the history of CNOZ that were used for paid promotions. In addition to your false and misleading math, you have no proof that Cono provided these shares. The fact is an unknown entity provided the shares, which could be anyone. Cono has no control over what a public stockholder does with his shares. Please stop wasting everyone's time with this nonsense.

There are videos of it running on YouTube from a while back. Watch the video and make some guesses. You could also just look up the machine capacity online.
