Hey Guys,
new investor here could someone give me a quick summary of what this hearing means for the company and future pps?
Thanks
I'm aware of how the merger will work and What I think is a possibility is after the amnp shareholders reiceve CGFIA shares all CGFIA share holders (including former amnp shareholders) will reiceve amnp shares once or before the assets have been transferred from CGFIA to amnp, so CGFIA will be just a parent company and amnp will be the subsidiary that handles all the business.
Thoughts please?
Dean
CGFIA intends to make american sierra a wholly owned subsidiary of CGFIA. so here's what I think may happen after the merger is complete... CGFIA (the parent company) will transfer all of its assets into american sierra (the subsidiary) then all CGFIA shareholders will receive american sierra shares for their CGFIA shares.
I welcome everyone's input on this subject.
Dean
You are correct my apologies hinkydink. For some reason I read it as 1.3 grams per ton. Thank you for your correction. That's still about 3 million tonnes of ore from the mines is that possible?
Thanks,
Dean
Does CGFIA still own the same properties as they did when the email to grizz from guyer was written? the email from guyer to grizz was actually written January 14th 2011 not January 2012 which is what my previous post said.
Thanks,
Dean
Hi 567 and everyone else,
Greetings from England :) I hope you are well? I don't know if you remember but there was a email from guyer to grizz dated January 31st 2012 stating that he anticipated over 3 million ounces of gold in the mines (I know we still have king solomon assays to come) but based on recent assay results out (1.3 grams which equates to 0.04 ounces of AU per ton) this would mean that that millions of tones of ore (I calculated 90 million tones to get 3 million ounces of AU) is in those mines to get 3 million ounces of gold out, is that really possible???
I would welcome everybody's input on this and please correct me if I have made a mistake with my calculations.
Thanks,
Dean
Apologies if this may seem like a stupid question but I thought the assays came in at 1.3 ounces per ton which would be low according to hinkydink's chart and the same for silver too. Where do you get the number of 36 grams per ton and 40 grams per ton? I don't understand?
Thanks,
Dean
Hi cadreaminguy,
I agree fully that guyer must have a plan to solve the share structure problem and he knew that high amounts of dilution would be very possible so cgfia could pay the bills. In grizz's email from guyer dated sometime last year I believe he said (don't hold me to this) he could wait another year to get his desired pps which I think was around $1.68 per share (again don't hold me to that) if someone could dig out that post from grizz displaying guyer's email that would either confirm or what I'm saying. I had a look at the treasury stock link you added to your post and I think it perfectly fits cgfia's position. I honestly believe the permit and assay's ect. are already in motion of being complete and the objections aren't substantial enough to even worry me, hennis's objection is nothing but a joke and ms. powell's objection has already been addressed in the am-03. the only problem is the outstanding shares and if that gets sorted then this company can skyrocket!! this company's potential is incredible i really hope guyer has a master plan.
Dean
Don't know if people have already seen this.

Hi Digets, How do you know these adequacy issues are currently being taken care of? I know most of the issues are just clarifying statements and more detailed drawings but there a couple of issues on that list which may require permission from the DRMS (I may be wrong about that but some of those issues may need yet more paperwork. But I hope not) If you or anyone else knows what the exact procedure for these issues are please let me know. I really hope I'm wrong and there is not too much paperwork required to fix these issues.
Dean
I agree with what you've said and I read the Todd Hennis objection letter again and if you read the second paragraph where he is talking about how the U.S needs that mill to be open, what he actually done is help CGFIA's cause to get the permit and not help himself at all as the DRMS has rightly seen through his mind games and dismissed his objection. So if we get the permit we may even have to thank Todd Hennis for his input lol.
Dean
I've read that letter a few times and only just spotted that the DRMS don't consider Hennis as an objection. Good work dailybagel :) I really don't think we have anything to worry about with the other objections as these can be easily solved.
Dean
I agree with you that her objections are refutable but do you think her objection along with the BLM letter is enough to cause a problem to CGFIA's permit application. Do you or anybody else know if these objections were brought forward the last time CGFIA applied for the mill permit?
Dean
I agree she seems to be saying she wants the boundaries clearly marked out. This shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Dean
Hi everyone,
I think the next piece of news (hopefully sometime this week) will be the merger and then DTCC chill removal and possible uplist in April, just in time for the news we've all been waiting for... MILL PERMIT APPROVAL in May closely followed by assays and NI 43-101 uranium claims and then I wouldn't be surprised if the buyout rumours start circulating which would have even more upside for our PPS, not to mention CGFIA's assets being worth billions of dollars. the only problem I see is the number of outstanding shares there are but implementing a buyback as soon as revenue starts coming in will start to solve that problem and give us investors a further boost, the only other thing I think we will need is some financing but I'm sure Guyer has someone waiting in the wings to kick start CGFIA after the permit is granted. As far as PPS is concerned I've done the math and by my calculations PPS should be around $0.27. I know some people will be thinking how have I come up with those numbers? well.... expected assay results are 3,200,000 ounces of gold in the three mines (as stated in grizz's email from guyer about a year ago) x that by todays gold price ($1700 per ounce) which equals about 5.44 Billion and divide that by the number of outstanding shares there will be come May/June (I've projected 20 Billion OS) so 5.44 Billion divided by 20 Billion = 0.27. And I haven't even taken into account the value of the mill, value of other types of ore in the mines e.g. silver, copper ect, uranium claims and other acquisitions that CGFIA could be planning to add to their portfolio as we speak!! You would be a fool to turn your back on this opportunity. SO MUCH POTENTIAL HERE!!!!!!!
JMHO.

Can somebody tell me how many shares are left on the ask now? I don't have L2 :(
Thanks,
Dean
567, How do you know that they showed up at CGI and American Sierra??
Thanks,
Dean
The merger date with AMNP is fast approaching, if it goes through ok how long will it take for CGFIA to uplist? (assuming that is what they want to do) is there much paperwork involved or is it an easy process to uplist?
Thank you ficose that is very much appreciated :) if you can't find them don't worry about it I don't want you wasting too much of your time trying to find them for me.
Thanks,
Dean
Hi Ficose/Burkhard I have seen the video that ficose filmed of the mill but I have not seen the other pictures of the mill that you are talking about. could you please post the link again so I can have a look at the pictures.
Thanks,
Dean
Hi Grizz,
I've heard about an email that guyer sent you stating that the estimated amount of 3 million ounces of gold in the 3 mines. could you post that email on here so we can all see it as I think that email is a HUGE piece of DD.
Thanks,
Dean
I certainly hope your right about the 0.01 pps levels by Febuary. I definitely agree with you that Guyer has a plan but only time will tell if his plan works (fingers crossed it will). I don't post that often I like to be an observer but I would like to thank you and all the other posters on this board I've learnt so much in the few short months I've been a shareholder of CGFIA and been on this board.
Good Luck Everyone!!
Thanks,
Dean
I never looked at it like that many thanks for your wisdom. I have one more question for you, does it matter that the deal hasn't been finalised yet because what they entered into was a 'MOU' so the share price has to be the same as the price when they entered in to the 'MOU' and not the same price when they finalise the merger? Sorry if that is confusing I was struggling to put what I was thinking into words lol
Thanks,
Dean
Hi 567,
I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news but american sierra's stock price is dropping fast. currently 22% down today alone and the current share price is 0.0021 and if it carries on dropping and we stay at these pps levels then by febuary we will be at the same level. do you think that american sierra can rebound in time for the merger with CGFIA? would really like to hear your honest opinion on this matter.
Thanks,
Dean
If all goes well with CGFIA in 2012 and beyond then I definitely will be taking a trip to Colorado, I've never been to America before and I want to do a tour of U.S.A if CGFIA's PPS gets the levels it should be at, But I'm only 21 years old so I guess I have plenty of time for that. I'm jealous of you guys because I have to wait until Christmas to get my turkey :( Stay safe everyone and get your elasticated pants on ready for that turkey lol

Quote from today's 10k:
"Therefore during fiscal 2011, we developed a “dry stack” method of tailings disposal as part of a new permit amendment. We expect to submit this 3rd amendment to the Division no later than December 21, 2011"
At least we know when to expect the 3rd amendment and hopefully this christmas will be a great one for all of us. I live in England so we don't celebrate thanksgiving over here but I want to wish all my American brothers/sisters a very happy thanksgiving and I look forward to hearing from you all after the holidays.
Dean
Forgive me 567 if this is a stupid question as I don't have much trading experience but what does it mean if CGFIA is not on the list??
GL
Dean
Thanks HD for your input.
This is why I think the assays are so important, it will show we have proven reserves in our mines and if we get the permit (fingers crossed) that will be the icing on the cake for CGFIA and we will be prime for a potential buyout.

Dean.
Hi 567,
A couple of weeks ago there was lots of talk on this board about a potential buyout, If this were to happen do you think the company who would buy CGFIA would also buy back the diluted shares that CGFIA dumped?? I believe in this company 100% but the only real problem I see at the moment is the amount of outstanding shares CGFIA has.... Is there another solution to the problem? Even when CGFIA starts revenue and making a profit I think it will be a long time before they will be in a position to buy back the shares they diluted. Is a buyout the only real option to solve this problem??
Your opinion and anybody else's opinion would be greatly appreciated.

Dean.
Ok thanks, as soon as I get a reply I will post it here.

Hi Ficose,
Could you give me Guyer's email address please?

Does the reclamation of the tailing ponds have to be fully completed before CGFIA can submit AM-03???? If so then I read in this article that the work on the ponds will be completed in the spring so does this mean we will have to wait until the spring to get the permit???

I have just found this article on CGFIA it does give a bit more information than they gave in their PR. Some of you may have already seen this.

567,
Thanks for your reply, a lot of people seem to have lost faith around here and from reading your posts in the past you seem to have lots of knowledge on the CGFIA. Its good to see a calm input from you when things get a little crazy and I sense you may be doing that again in the next few days. Obviously you have some information and I understand why can't say what you know. Do you know when you can share your information with us?

Hi 567,
I'm not going to ask more details on what you know as you said " that's all I can say at the moment " but I have to ask how do you know this???

Good morning everyone, I know I may not get much of a response at this time but as I'm from England I have been awake for a while as it's almost 12 o clock here. The word "buyout" has been mentioned here a lot recently and if a buyout were to happen does anybody think the buyout company would buy back the shares that have been diluted????
