It would be interesting since common shares do not have voting rights.

I could not find anything on Ameritrade or Vanguard.

It seems that someone up in Michigan is reading them, the corporate registration was updated after I posted the expiration here (Could just be a timing or some other issue; however).

The lack if information is disappointing.

Also, not part of the old posting, Kathy has obviously had advice on releasing information to investors. I doubt that she would have posted that AFTC was likely to get a contract, if this were not the case. Anything can happen, however.

I bought at .85 and now down to .70.

A chain with hundreds of outlets and a market cap of $1.21 million?

Also, other investors will willing to lend $18 million.

It would seem to be that there is some value here, provided management can initiate a successful turn-around.

It seems to me that there is a voting class of stock which was held by the President of AFTC, and then there is a non-voting common class which are the shares that are trading.

It seems encouraging that AFTC may be able to obtain contracts outside of the government, and they are selling some products, though not a lot. It would be interesting to know what kind of products sold in the first quarter of the year.

For anyone who is not from the Upper-Midwest, wages there are very low, so the salaries are not a surprise to me and appear to be an asset to AFTC.

Coordinating our questions, messages, etc. would save a lot of time for the people in Michigan.

Some regular posting on the Website, so we do not have to contact the company, would be welcome. Even if it was just the financial statements without any significant news would be welcome. Whatever it is, it is.

And to mention a reference from another post, our shares are not voting shares.

Actually, there were some posts as to how many shareholders, etc.

I was not really advocating doing anything except mentioning that shareholders have achieved results, particularly in bankruptcy proceedings, after acting as an organized group. It does not seem that our efforts would improve the products of the company or find new customers.

AFTC seems to be a company that is working hard and is still being funded by the primary shareholder. The only real improvement that I could see would be more regular releases of information on website, so information is equally available to all. Having this information available on a regular basis would seem to reduce inquires to the company as well as speculation among the investing public.

As far as shareholders, years ago I created a free email address and used boards like this one in order to organize shareholders for a company in bankruptcy.

We never went beyond this but at least 70 shareholders responded.

Something like this as well as utilizing other boards, Craigslist, etc., might be able to coordinate many of the shareholders.

With a non-reporting company like AFTC, I am not sure how else the shareholders would be located without resorting to something that would be very expensive and time consuming.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
