RockQQ, looking back at some of your posts, I was wondering where you think this is going now.. given we closed today on high volume at around 500,000 shares and .30, are we headed for a new low and then finally the true bounce up from there. Or given lack of any news from BORK itself on sales..etc.. or anything and just more of the same ol' rhetoric we have gotten for the last year of "great things to come" with the letter from JB on the webesite and recent posts. Are we headed down to the teens or lower? and no true upswing in sight. Unfortunately I am starting to wonder if Lazyeye is right with lower highs and lower lows..
Appreciate your insight RockQQ if you can provide any as you pretty much have been the only one with spot on information and analysis and amazingly accurate analysis over the last year (wish I had listened to you and where things were going and sold my position back in February at this point..) Investing in this stock has been a huge lessoned learned for me.. but painful on the ol' wallet.. At least I didn't invest more than I could afford to loose and no where near what others invested.. but looks like I am going to have to take a loan out of my TSP for the other 10% down on that house I plan to buy this summer... Oh well...
Sigh...
Hopefully the right decision by management to go with the far superior ATL site is sign they are learning from past mistakes and things will be moving forward from here! Also hopefully the query from the Dallas Police officer is a sign word is getting out about bourque industries, Kryron and their armor!
Great Job ATL, I am really glad things finally worked out, the whole website fiasco, really made me question my investment at one point.
Long and feeling a lot stronger about my position than in the past few weeks!
Question for Ol' Shorty boy... so when is this thing supposed to crash? It has actually gone up since you posted it was going to crash and burn.. from Friday it was briefly down to .090, but has since come back to .10 and was even at .105 today.. huh.. so someone is buying.. (although not much..) Doesn't look like .05 by the end of March like you predicted.. huh..
What are you basing your assumption on? How do you know they are not going to come out of bankruptcy, aren't they still in chapter 11, not something worse?
Anyone have any info or update from the bankruptcy proceedings?
Anyone have any idea why the price jumped back up to $.13 today?
Update from Facebook.. can't wait until the show comes out....
Bourque Industries, Inc.
"Discovery Channel interview with John... happening now."
Hello,
I found the below thread from M4carbine.net on some independent testing done since 2009. To bad they didn't use any .50 cal in the test, but it appears to be what is being discussed a side-by-side comparison of a bunch of different Level III certified plates since 2009. Maybe someone could contact them and see if they are doing any more testing and if a Bork plate can be thrown in for comparison.. or ask if any of those guys know of the Kryron plates. I think if you send the tester, plates he will test them...

unfortunately I am getting really busy at work and won't have much spare time the next 2 weeks..(only one day off the last two weeks and had to work the president's day holiday..)
Nice 17% bounce back up today with decent volume. Anyone have any insight as to what the rise today was related to, anything, or just a "bounce" after falling, although with that high of volume, maybe it is something else? RockQQ I hope your gut is right and we may soon see the end of the 8 month down turn..you have generally been right so far..
I was reviewing the facebook page and came across some interesting things. 1st, it appears all the negative posts on their wall and the whole fiasco with the web page has been removed? Maybe they are putting their best foot forward as they are expecting possibly more potential investors?
2nd, does anyone recall the below post and testing with dept. of Homeland security? Reviewing the below.. maybe there is more than just a leap of faith that the president's speech may have been referring to Bourque Industries? Does anyone have any information of gov't agencies testing armor from any other company out there? Also maybe this helps explain the change in the amount of info from the company the past 3 months as Doug pointed out??

"A quick note from the field on a VERY successful IED test with the Department of Homeland Security:
"On Wednesday November 2nd, Kryron Terminator armor panels were subjected to IED blast testing for the Department of Homeland Security. The tests utilized live IED's against all three types of Kryron Terminator panels: the Thinline, the In-Conjunction and the Fat Boy. Various types of devices were constructed using low explosive black powder to Binary, PETN Boosters and C-4 high explosives. All devices were made of steel pipe with end caps and had additional fragmentation added (nuts, bolts, screws and nails). The panels were set at standoff distances from less than 10 inches, to contact shots placing high explosive devices directly on the Kryron panels. Not one of the Kryron Terminator panels sustained any penetration from any fragmentation. Several of the panels were deformed and proprietary materials were melted from the blast over pressure and high heat but maintained sufficient structural integrity to defeat fragmentation."

This in conjuction with the testing at Ft. Bragg, and at Dugway,
I am really starting to like the odds that everything is going to turn out just fine, hopefully sooner than later!
What do you think ROCKQQ? Is today's intraday reversal a good sign even though we were still in the Red today. You are one of the few folks I trust on this board as you tell it like it is.. (and most of your analysis has rung true..) Although we all wish the big break you predicted a few months ago had endud up being north not south.. If Bourque is still silent.. and no news comes out still think we are headed for the .30's?
Was going to post the facebook update about the webpage then saw the posts below.
On another note.. ROCKQQ thanks for the great analysis once again.. although I hope you are wrong about this one.. (but am afraid you are probably right..) Not sure how much more of a drop I am willing to take before I get out, while I can get out with something. So much for taking $10K, and turning it into half of a down payment for a mortgage for a new house this summer, guess I will have to add PMI to the morgtage..Man this is rough...
Woh.. wait a minute.. How do we go from a random post (BOBEYE#8438) that I see as having nothing to do with Kryron and Bourque industries, about workers at a Humvee plant in detroit, to posts about JB and rehab and substance abuse and the workers at Bourque having clear heads? Did everyone miss Lazyeye's post #8440 with the article link...
(Quote from the article below..)
Seventeen workers from the Tower Defense and Aerospace plant in Detroit have reportedly been suspended after an undercover investigation showed them smoking what appeared to be marijuana during their lunch break.

Oh hey, meant no offense by the Day trader comment... I am fairly new to this game, and usually stay away from pink sheet stocks.. Also as a long without the ability to Day trade, appreciate you stepping in to keep the price from dropping.. Have a good night..
Max, So I am trying to figure out, are you a Market Maker, or do you have tie-ins to one? Or do you just have enough capital and decided that now Bourque is a good buy again and you are going to do all you can to protect what must be a large investment, ( I recall you bought and sold in the past) and are now doing everything you can to keep the shorts from driving the PPS down like from what I gather almost happened today. I gathered from yesterdays posts, you bought in yesterday? As yesterday you were trying (I take Jokingly, or maybe not) to get folks to sell so you could buy at $1.00. Thanks for keeping the price up today. I missed the opportunity to buy more BORK as I am not a day trader, and was at work and as a gov. employee, I am unable to trade from the office. And, yes some Gov. employees actually work, and don't day trade all day...
Oh and you should try a Mojito.. as it really is a minty-green adult beverage..
Sitting back enjoying a Minty-green Mojito.....Proposed replacement for the Minty green Kool-aid...especially after a day like today!
I am not as an experienced investor as most on this board, but I was doing some more research on any new info on BORK. I did come across the article below I have not seen on this site. Although a bit older, I think it (AGAIN) puts to rest (like other posts with other news articles) the questions about the product. I would like to ask the Negative posters, why would a site like this put out a post if BORK and KRYRON weren't for real? It does point out some of the challenges BORK will be facing, but also some of the benefits those that use the armor will be looking at.. like not having a 5 year expiration date. I sometimes have to wear body armor in my job and I will definitely be looking forward to having something lighter than the current ceramic plates available. I don't know if anyone else has ever had to wear those for hours on end.. I definitely am in awe of those that have to do it EVERYDAY!!!

GO BORK!!! (and I have mulitple reasons for his support not just an investment!)
Ha good question. Does anyone know what happened to this board? Did folks loose interest after the lateral movement of the last week? Does anyone have any updated info, or does the lack of posts show that everyone has lost interest or are just biding their time for news?
LDCFO's post is quite true. If you haven't already, take the time to see the documentary "An Inside Job" It makes you realize how messed up our financial system is and how much controll Big banks and investment firms have over our government. What happened to the anti-trust laws of the 1920's where we have gotten to the point where certain firms are "too big to fail"? Anyway off my soapbox.. you could probably start a whole seperate board on that discussion...
Hello.. 1st post to this board but have been following for about a week. (I got in at .70 though and hanging on (for now) and waiting for it to go back up. I Did some research on the auditing firm Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk, and I think Shengatech is serious about fixing their books..
I found the below quote from Reuters Special Report: Chinese Stock Scams are the Latest U.S. Import.”
“Drew Bernstein, the co-managing partner of Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk, a New York-based audit and accounting firm, said he sometimes has to go to extremes to get Chinese company officials to understand the ramifications of shoddy auditing and accounting.
Instead of bowing to the intransigent company chairmen or boards, he explains that if they don’t cooperate and own up to problems, he will be forced to tell the local authorities of alleged fraud, therefore making it a Chinese problem.
Switching the jurisdiction changes the calculus. Executives have been executed in China for fraud and corruption.”
So with that in mind, it does make me feel better that it seems MBP is a no BS auditing firm and SDTH hired them knowing (assuming here) that if they were commiting fraud, MBP would possibly report them (possibly resulting in the executives execution?) So they must be serious about fixing their problems. or a disgruntled employee hired MBP… …
