Interesting. Thanks.
RESN climbing back today.
This week's market analysis: After living off peanut butter and jelly for 3 1/2 months, this slice of pizza tastes like heaven. Still wondering if I'll ever afford filet mignon again.
Waiting on the report from the Magic 8 Ball. Due out next week.
LOL. The games continue.
I do agree about the low volume. This has been a slow bleed since the peak on February 8. I still question where all of this is headed and it certainly doesn't feel good seeing it daily. That said, here are the 6-month price charts for 4 stocks that many of us on this board have traded. If you look at the trend it's definitely consistent across the board. ATOM had the biggest loss, but they are all at least half off their February peaks.
Agreed. Strange stuff.
I agree, can't compare a start-up with the big tech players. Have to take the bad with the good. I was thinking it would be nice if when the NAZ falls 2% ATOM doesn't fall 10%, but the upside sure is nice when the inverse happens, which it does for that very reason...being a speculative start-up. Like this morning for example, up $1.
Lot's of mumbo jumbo in this article, so I'm not quite sure how to take it. Seems to say the summer could get better while at the same time being non-committal. I guess I shouldn't expect anything else from the experts. That said, I would hope a stock like ATOM could buck any continued negative trend if it indeed has the goods. That hasn't been the case so far this spring.

Yep. I went around my plan to buy when it starts climbing again, and too early of course.
I feel you. I have no spare powder at the moment.
"I'm still clueless". LOL, that makes two of us.
I'm not sure.
Last nights 60 Minutes did a piece on Intel and the chip shortage. They did a walk-through of the new Phoenix plant. I kept looking for the name "Atomera" printed on anything in the shop. LOL. That would have been awesome.
He's not just a dickhead sometimes, he's a deep state dickhead. Here are a few things he said that made me roll my eyes:
1) "We know money has to originate from and be generated by something of value" ...except when you print trillions to "stimulate".
2) "The landlord is real, and will always come calling" ...except when the government bans evictions and forces landlords to go bankrupt.
3) And of course, if there's no COVID or racist angle, it's got to be about the environment. "Save the planet, ban crypto"
16.69 fill for me.
Sounds good to me. The $400K was mentioned last quarter in the conference call, so no surprise there. Thanks.
LOL.
Two of those where mine. I played the R/S per the company's filings. If you had at least 100 shares they would give you 100 post split. So I bought 101 shares for about $2 in two different accounts. Sold both 100 lots today for $142 each. In other words, I turned $4 into $284 in two weeks. Golf and beer money. :)
Sure did, in two accounts. Turned $1.97 into $142.00 in both. :) LOL. Thanks again for the heads up. Turns out it WAS worth the gamble.
Word. RE: "...knowing they can rig it this way", reminds me of the classic Don Henley song, The End of the Innocence.
Interesting that we both got the same thing on the same day. Oh well. Thanks.
I had the same issue, plus I'm having other internet related issues. Question: do happen to use CenturyLink?
Nice.
RESN: Starter position (again) at 3.99.
I've tried to do the same, but after 3 flips I'd say I'm even. A lot of work for nothing. LOL
I'll check it out. Thanks.
LOL. Thanks for the heads up on it!
LOL, You got that right.
CONC/CONCD follow up: By the way, this one actually worked for me. I turned $0.02 into $3.50 (sold it today).
SAFO R/S Follow-up:
Schwab gave me the same BS you got from Vanguard, "...shares were rounded up on a participant level and not a beneficial level". So I asked them who makes the call to do that. They guy on the phone said it's most likely the company or their transfer agent and I should contact them to see if I can get more information. So I did just that and contacted the CEO. At least he replied, which I appreciate. I'm still not sure who made that call to "round up". CEO's response to me:
Dear Xxxxxx,
I hope all is well.
I have checked with our lawyer and our transfer agent (both ccd to this email) and no fractional shares were issued in cash.
I suggest you inquire as to why that occurred with your broker directly.
Have a great week ahead.
Best regards,
Dan
Question is, how long can they keep going like this?
I think today we'd all take half that. Looks like a rocky road in the foreseeable future.
I like that it's holding the gains from yesterday on this down day.
That sounds less reliable than my standard, "Everything has been going up for a week or so. I think we're over the hump."
RESN 4.80 (up 21%).
Anyone willing to go out on a limb and say this is the start of a tech reversal? LOL.
RESN: added a little at 3.92.
RESN. Starter at 4.05.
Ahh. I see DARE is a women’s health company. Maybe they can merge with OBSV.
Odd, FRX just did the same. I hope it means something since I bought yesterday.
