"Cannabis Distributer License Renewed"
Chuck is the one who emailed me about it yesterday late in the day. He emails me every now and then but isn't inclined to post here any longer.

I’m not sure they’ll make any press release regarding license renewal. It’s a huge problem with the State. Every Cannabis grower is in the same boat.
I’m guessing it will be operational in Q1 / 2022. Probably 7-8 months. But that’s just an estimate from a 44 year construction veteran. Huge, huge news.
Go to Ryan Lange’s Instagram feed. He’s got video of them clearing and grubbing the site.
I’m betting Mike has a formal Press Release scheduled for tomorrow. Sure hope he does anyway!
Really significant news. It needs to be handled that way.

Construction on Facility B commenced!!!
Huge News.
Damn. Almost bought back in yesterday but alas, held off too long. Nice move.
And for those keeping track, this is the third consecutive up day.
Five and a half times the normal daily volume and up significantly. And all on a day when CGC and ACB are red.
We will have our day in the sun many, many times in the near future.
If I had sold at $0.10, I'd really be upset.
I suspect that all reasonable investors knew all along that the bottle-neck was with the State of California, not with the applicants. Gee, whod-a-thunk that a governmental agency would be inefficient?
There is no way in the world that they won't work out a stop-gap resolution on this. Bureaucrats love tax receipts above all else.
Statistically that is correct. More than 90% of all gaps fill eventually. Personally however, I think it is a meaningless statistic. I think it's meaningless because one has to consider the ones that never fill.
Some gaps are justified and don't warrant filling. For instance, some companies are significantly undervalued to begin with and when the PPS catches up and brings them to a more fair valuation, those gaps don't necessarily fill.
Some companies experience a significant change in underlying fundamentals which cause a rapid increase in valuation. Those gaps don't normally fill either.
NGW fits BOTH of those scenarios.
But maybe my biggest quarrel with the whole "All gaps must fill" theory is that it is only quoted when the gap is up. I have never heard it espoused when a company gaps-down.
There are many, many examples of companies who have defied the "All gaps must fill" mantra.

Actually, he just emailed me today. He’s doing well and still holding all his shares. Just not posting here.
Back at it again today, trying to get the balance of my order filled.
There's half my limit order filled.
Another brick in the wall, Nam.
Next in line at $0.549
You're gonna need heavy duty shocks on that pick-up of yours!
Go get-em Cowboy.
The coming couple of years is going to be awesome.
Now how in the world did my order not fill? The low of the day is below my standing order so why didn't any of it fill?
Ughhh. Not the first time that has happened.
My limit order never hit yesterday Buhlz. So today, I'll try again. I've left the offer at the same price, but doubled the quantity I'm looking for.
We shall see.
To my knowledge, every single state prohibits transporting cannabis products across state lines.............but I'm not absolutely positive about that.
My order is sitting there at $0.549. Came within a breath of filling but no, maybe not today.
My limit order is in too. Fingers crossed.

If passed, it should help the entire sector.
“ I really can't understand what you guys are thinking. ”
What I’m thinking is that I’ve made a boat load of money off this stock. What are you thinking?
Me too, wineo. With every single share I’ve purchased with the mindset that it was a five to ten year investment.
I stand by my words.
“See you at a buck”.
This is gonna be great. Chance of a lifetime.
What?????
A successful businessman choosing not to live in Coalinga? Have you ever been to Coalinga? You’d choose not to live there too.
It’s a non-issue. Once the company becomes an MSO, the CEO can’t live in every state in which they have facilities. Like I said, it’s a non-issue.
NGW Just Tweeted:
“After a transformational 2020, our team’s focus for 2021 is threefold: expanding production capacity, continuing to improve operationally and hitting our financial targets."
There might be some upward movement when they actually start construction of Facility B, but for the most part, I think we'll bump along sideways until we near completion............and production at the new facility.
There's always the chance however that an existing facility will be acquired which would enable them to leap-frog production there, jumping ahead of Facility B.
Patience Grasshopper. Stocks go up and stocks go down. Focus on fundamentals and it helps ease the queasy feelings from a bumpy road. NGW has incredible fundamentals.
T.D. Ameritrade is now showing NXGWF has an EPS of $0.03/share.
Nice to be in the elite club of profitable cannabis companies.
Bingo, Buhlz. If there's one thing politicians............from either party, can't refuse it's tax revenues.
Just a matter of time before Cannabis is legal in all 50 states.
The once unthinkable is now becoming common place, even in the country's most conservative states. It is only a matter of time before Cannabis is legalized on a federal basis. There is virtually zero chance that the Feds will ever move against a "State's Rights" issue like legalized Cannabis. That being said, it makes little sense to keep spending the millions and millions of dollars required to enforce archaic Cannabis laws.

This is a standard disclaimer contained in every single financial statement issued for the past year. My accountants included the exact wording in my company's Y/E financial statements in spite of the fact that we had our best year ever.
Yes, Covid has impacted certain supply chain items. Lumber has tripled in price over the past year, as has steel. This will certainly impact the cost of the new facility but I doubt there will be any impact to ongoing operations.
The most important verbiage in the report.
"In April 2021, the Company secured all conditional use permits from the City of Coalinga (as previously announced on April 6, 2021) allowing it to move forward with obtaining the building permit for its 50,000 sq. ft. premium indoor cultivation facility (“Facility B”) that’s located adjacent to its current cultivation facility."
Ended up with 11,400 added today.
10,000 at $0.63
Another brick in the wall.
Amen, Stocks. Great post.
