Can't Remember the last time I posted here, but does not look like much has changed. . . I do have a question about the BAM sale. . . I did buy a share for $30k and am thinking over the past few years that it is something that one could 'deduct' on our 1040 filing this year. With BORK shares virtually worthless, I would think it 'safe' to deduct the loss over the next decade. . . any thoughts are appreciated. . . Good to see Got Milk is still active along with a few other familiar 'names' . . . MerthyQ seems absent recently. . . happy HOLIDAYs to ALL
OUCH. . . seems as EVERBODY has JUMPED SHIP. Pumpers and Dumpers have stopped attempting to move the PPS ? or ?. . . Even the Milk Man is mostly absent. . . ugh! I DO have a question that some of us may need some actual facts, since tax season is HERE! There are some of us that are holders BAM share[s] . . . what sort of documentation do we need to 'deduct' those dollars as a loss on our Tax Return? Any other tax loss related info I am sure will be appreciated by MANY HERE.

As I looked through some of the 2022 Posts, I saw predictions of Bankruptcy to something of short of a 'miracle' BORK comeback. NEITHER happened as far as I am able to determine, if there is something I 'missed', anyone with some solid facts, please 'fill in' any missing details.
One or two thoughts did occur regarding a bankruptcy, whether or not they are accurate:
1] A bankruptcy could be a positive 'move' to protect some 'residual' value of some sort
2] Bankruptcy requires some monetary value to achieve
IF accurate there seems to be a circular problem in achieving bankruptcy. . . ?Bankruptcy in for BORK could/would 'protect' the Kryron 'formula/process'? ? Having no cash or funds Bankruptcy can not be achieved ?
If Bankruptcy is achieved, would the BAM shares become a zero sum 'item' OR are they independent on the BORK disposition in Bankruptcy? There seems to be MUCH LESS [aka zero] information/discussion regarding the BAM Shares issued.
I DO NOT believe this from any 'angle'. #1 JB does NOT have a clue or perception on how to go from one successful step to another from a management perspective, a production perspective, or any sales prospective, or product/production perspective. He has failed in ALL critical components for success. I visited BI and his crew dozens of times in both all his locations in AZ, four of them. I saw the product sample that was sent Pratt & Whitney. . . it was NOT close to any of their requirement and was not surprised that they rejected Kryron. . . When companies were making inquires as to production Quality Protocols, there were NONE. . .As a former Quality Control Manager in the aerospace industry, I offered my help/experience to fulfill that and was TOTALLY IGNORED.
Through ALL my visits, I never really could conclude that Kryron was real other than its capacity to stop a 50 bullet, which ought to been something that BORK should have been able to build a viable product to compete in that market arena. HOWEVER this was not possible, IMO due to an excessive cost of production. Hard for me to imagine, as the aluminum was sourced using aluminum soda and beer cans, and the carbon [nanotubes?] seemed to be derived from charcoal briquets used for BBQ's. . .
JB did have some very capable individuals working for him from time to time , but it seems JB NEVER follow many or any of their suggestions as I did chat with them on this topic.
Whatever that other component actually was/is, it pushed costs high enough to NOT ALLOW for enough production to be competitive in body armor market.
SO, NO, BORK and JB could NOT have be come a success story and as we know now. . . IT IS NOT a Success to this day and won't because of any patent infringement and to my knowledge, there NEVER has been buy out offer based on any patent.

WOW. . . two weeks since the previous post. . . day traders are leaving as interest wanes with little action and less interest from us 'old timers/believers' seems to be forecasting the 'end game' for BORK. I have NO IDEA what that will look like and really don't care, but am a bit curious as what the 'end game' for JB will be with regard to BORK.
My other thought is that even WITH proper marketing and 'average' quality management, would Kryron live up to the presumed 'hype'. ??????????????????
Had Kryron had really all its 'magical' properties for any of its presumed applications beyond armor vests, IE: electrical wire, heat sinks, battery plates and any of the other potential applications, would the current out come still bring us to this POINT. . .????
I think NOT, Tesla, or those involved with Space-X or Virgin would have latched on to BORK making JB an offer that he could NOT REFUSE. . . My opinion now rests that Kryron was/is a fraud, much like the Gold recovery scam that gave birth to the Kryron Myths.

As usual wise and LOGICAL words from a long-time investor. . .
I am always taken aback a bit when I read some of the posts here that keep predicting high expectations of 'huge' increases in the PPS despite the zeros following the decimal of the current PPS.
IMO this company will NEVER amount to much until the 'news' or can provide actual sales that provides at least 3 digits on the opposite side of the decimal point.
KZMike
This link/patent does NOT seem to have much of anything of consequence to ANY of 'US' that have been following JB/BI for these many years. . . if there is something of consequence for 'US', Please enlighten those/everyone of us that missed the point of the link you presented.

KZ Mike
PS The wife and I are in the NW of USA and are NOT missing the temps in AZ.
Good Info. . . Thanks helps me 'catch up'.
"Their [They are] looking to hire a new attorney". . . WHY?. . . did they fire the current or did the attorney leave as a result of a weak case?
I AM surprised at the lack of activity/posts here. . . OR maybe NOT. Have the pumpers seem to have lost their appetite in trading BORK shares???
This lull is a bit confusing as there has always been someone to give a positive view on even the most dower sequence of events. . .??? Maybe this lull is the predictor of the END? Not sure what the end would look like

KZMike
Several weeks ago, I went by the office/production building in the Phoenix area that I had visited previously. Not on purpose but was looking for a different address. I did a couple of drive bys and there was no activity, no Corvette, that JB usually drove in past years. . . Not able to know/figure out if the facility is used and no clues as to who/what is there. He could be living there as the two times I visited there, it could be used as living quarters along with a decent work area.
NONE of the positive chatter here means much of anything for those wanting to invest in a real company with real products and REAL Profits. Those here that are traders looking to make profits on trades only is a different matter altogether. Different values, differing methods to an end
Those here for the long haul for the most part are more curious as to what the end game will be. . . we ALL thought we were part of something great and were proud of our part in that 'end game' NOT SO MUCH anymore. . . curiosity is the only thing that gets me back to this board every month or so. Once the traders 'lose faith' in the analytics to steer them to a profit, they will move on to the next BORK.
Now THAT is what all us investors have been waiting for. . . right?? Gonna turn my BAM shares into. . . wait for it. . .
In ALL my visits to BORK over the first 8 years or so in Tucson and Phoenix [no visits since the return to Tucson] I became clear to me that the primary impediment to the success for us and B.I. and likely still is the "ISSUE" is TWO fold as I hope to explain. . .
1] The COST of materials and production is and has been excessive.
This may or may not be completely dependent on the materials needed
to produce Kyron for a) ballistic vests b) transmission wire
c) heat sinks or d) any of the other potential products that has
been bandied about over the year frame we have seen/endured these
years, making any of those products NOT price competitive in the
market place despite the perceived/apparent superior qualities of
those Kyron products. If this was NOT the case, it would have been
VERY easy to persuade someone or some entity in most any Government
to utilize these vastly superior products whether it be local or
Federal for protecting law enforcement officers to out military
personnel & equipment. The implications in agriculture for Kyron
products would be huge as well.
2] Having mentioned and understood the expected quality of the Kyron for
the use in the products mention one would expect that those sales
would be simple and easy sales despite cost of production and
materials. The second variable I learned came about when one of
'our' investors/stock holder, a highly respected retiree from Pratt &
Whitney, convinced his former employer to take a look at Kryron.
Pratt and Whitney said they would need a 'chunk' of Kyron to use for
assessment for any of the potential uses they 'envisioned'. As a
former Quality Assurance Manager in the air craft industry, I was
aware of the needs and implications for this sort of material[s] and
had on several occasions offered 'my help' to several of B.I.
managers. The 'chunk' of Kryon was unusable at Pratt and Whitney as
the surface and 'interior' of the 'chunk' was 'highly porous'
So in conclusion, the bottom line for any expectation of a reversal of fortune at/with B.I. is two fold. . . Kyron products are not price competitive and the production capability is totally lacking in capability and quality control. . . NO COMPANY within the USA or beyond our borders will NOT do business with any production capability does not include ISO or other production quality-standards that are needed in today's business environment.
It is a virtual IMPOSSIBILITY that this 'company' can rise like a PHOENIX given the current mix of people and 'thinking' at B.I.
EXACTLY!
GREAT POINTs Mike. . .
I certain DO, as I started and promoted that 'gimmick', when we ALL thought major profits from our investments, including BAM shares. . . in fact we DID drink the KOOLAID as our investments, including the BAM shares died, from that KOOLAID!
KZM
Hello from 'KZ' land. . .
I see very little has changed except a few new comers to the board and most of us early believers have dropped off of the board. Seems the newcomers are primarily interested in making $$$ from the usual up and down of the fractions of cent moves of BORK shares.
I am curious about the mechanics of their trading BORK shares after the 'update' passes with no update. . . seems they will move on to some other similar Bork Industries situation. ????
Good see posts from the few names 'we' all know.
Regards
KZMike
Well folks, it has been a while since posting here, so long in fact that I was pulled as a MOD for this blog. . . sold ALL my shares sometime ago. . . not sure what the loss will calculate out to though I'm past worrying about the $$$ down the tube LONG AGO. I am still holding a 'certificate' from the BAM fiasco as well, but wondering if it is even worth a frame to hang on the wall as a remembrance. . .???
Someone mentioned shares would see the 'James Bond numbers' again. . . that was a bit optimistic I see.
I am sorry to hear about the situation John II finds himself with 'Former Friend' JB. I enjoyed the couple of visit we had. . .
Guessing that I will stop by this blog from time to time out of curiosity.
KZMike
About the only sanity or common sense that I have read and see over the past 12-18 Months seems to come from RockQQ, Mikeg2, MerthyrQ, ATTLivn, n0gutsn0gl0ry, Bowser619, and Sircooper. . .
Collectively, for the most part, the balance of the comments don't seem to point to anything really positive regarding about what is hard 'evidence'. Just a lot of 'wishing' and re-hashing what JB/BORT has done wrong. It would seem that we ALL know what happened and the constant rehashing [for the 27,467 plus times] has NOT Changed the course of BI's fortunes over the past several years.
I liquidated portions of my holdings and invested in some reality and managed some 'nice' profits. . . wish I could liquidate the remainder?
The only other winners are those that have managed some profits from BI stock moves, which has not, and likely won't change anything, that history has not already told us.
Regards
KZMike
I remember seeing him on several occasions when making visits to Tucson to chat with you ATLLivin [good to see/hear from you. . . still in Tucson?]. . . a really nice person.
KZMike
Been watching the post and one from ROCKQQ got my interest regarding the BAM certificate. There has been quite a bit of back and forth discussion that seemingly/easily confused me especially with a chill in effect and needing someone to confirm the authenticity of the BAM Cert.
Basically the $30,000 BAM certificate is worthless until the chill "goes away" and then ????
KZMike
The Basalt thing is really old news. At some point about 5-6 years [+/-] ago there was some 'hype' about integrating basalt fibers in the Kyron mix . . . as usual nothing came of it. . . and faded away as everything else has.
KZM
Your assertion that Hunter would be could be 'involved' makes ZERO sense, from any perspective.
I see this is your first post here. . . and NEW? to this blog. WELCOME!
How do you come by this information, it there a court filing we can find or other source of this info.
KZMike
I happened to come across this info by happenstance earlier this AM: If this is old news I missed it as I don't pay much attention here. I left out the name of the Judge as that does not seem relevant for us.

JB, the proof will be what happens 'soon' as you have said so many time over the years and especially over the past several months. . . as you can see the reaction to YOU and my post a short time ago, your credibility is zero and much acrimony is evident in your investors. I agree with virtually every response made in this regard.
Your non-response to the critics here says that nothing will be changing what we all feel and know is the current truth in what is NOT happening at BI.
DO WHAT IS CORRECT and RESPOSIBLE and not be following the example of that fellow in Washington DC as you have been these past many years.
KZM
AND this buy out WILL include BAM shares/certificates
. . . as there is a process to convert them to BORK Shares? OR it could be wiser to hold on to those shares/certs until after the 'buy out' as they would/could be more valuable than the current PPS of BORK Shares
I am impressed that 'conversation' with 'us' on this forum has/is happening and is a positive step forward.
So the PPS is now down from its most recent 'highs', so one might wonder if it is time to BUY ? BUY ? BUY ? BUY as Cramer might shout if asked about B.I.
Regards,
KZM
I am thinking you have the 'answers' we have been look to see where this is "ALL GOING". Until this info I was thinking I should have not sold my shares several weeks ago when it was above this current level.
NOT to say that something could change for me though. . .
Thanks again to you and your family. . .

KZMike
By 9AM PDT 75 shares sold add a $7.50 commission and PPS cost is over $1, which CONFIRMS there is 'manipulation' of the PPS for a reason. . . a reason I don't know or have any idea what the 'end game' could be????
On the multiple occasions I met with/chatted with JB, I was offered a meal or some sort of snack/food, some 30% to 50% of those visits. . . NONE were what you suggest. Each time, JB was the 'chef' and the fare was enticing, though I declined on each occasion.
With regard to the listing of BORK on its current exchange, I would venture the opinion that it says something to the 'quality' [or not] of this particular exchange. 'They' likely are not intimidated by any SEC regs and are more interested in keeping the volume of trades as high as possible. . . ie: more revenue.
Regards,
KZMike
I suspected something like this being the case, and with ROCK's expertise in this arena, this is 'our reality'
KZMike
The cost to produce the ingredients or cost of the ingredients individually is what I believe is the issue. JB holds that info 'tight' and am not sure who at B.I. was privy to that info. . . maybe one or two at the most were aware of this issue over the years.
ALSO, JB's attitude was/is also part of the problem here. He offered me an 'investment opportunity' to help him out. I am not recalling the exact price per share on this but it was after he had moved to the Phoenix area and was something like this. At the time the price per share was two or three cents at the most, likely close to one cent. His offer was for me to 'invest' $10,000 at .10 cent for each share, and tried to tell me how good a deal this was. . . he seemed to believe that "WE" [investors] were stupid enough to belive this was a good deal. . ???
It may well be why there has NOT been an investor/buyer willing to pay the price. . . and am sure he is NOT Giving any details to any investor/buyer to make an informed choice. . .
I am not totally in agreement. While B.I. had their facility open in Tucson and then back in the Phoenix area after it closed, I made dozens of visits.
From visiting/talking/questioning, potential customers, and most, if not all the B.I. staff, I came away with the following and still believe it to be'factual', in the absence of any NEW facts or information.
> The Kyron material, is as good as advertised.
> Every employee I met and had discussions with were/are dedicated to make
the product/company successful.
> Virtually every potential customer I met, were enthusiastic and looked
forward to utilizing Kyron for their company/product.
> In all my discussions, I was never able to get a 'grasp' of the cost
'effectiveness' of the material for any given application
> In the last couple of decades, buyers of manufactured items have been
requiring ISO manufacturing/process certifications. . . as a former QA
manager capable of helping/offering to implement these protocols to
B.I. management over several years, ... there was zero interest to do
so.
My conclusions then and NOW remain are 1] Few if any companies will purchase manufactured goods with out some sort of ISO certification and 2] Kryron over the past decade and currently costs more to produce than the market will allow.
I do know that many of the body armor plates were sold for less than incurred manufacturing costs by B.I.
I also understand/was told that 'samples' sent to potential customers [Pratt & Whitney to name one] were substandard and unusable . . .
I do NOT know where this all goes moving forward with B.I. but unless something has CHANGED, nothing likely will change with the PPS in the future
EVERYTHING I have noted above can likely change or be improve, the only single item that I am not convinced is possible, is the cost 'efficiency' of Kryron itself. . . can another company improve or change this 'variable' ???
Thanks,
I did find some trading info and IMO this is NOTHING more than a few traders attempting to put a few dollars in their own pockets, and an'attempt' to manipulate PPS. . .especially so since there were so many small trades, anything under 100,000 makes no sense other wise.
KZMike
So a 'recap' on the last dozen trades is 'what'? I don't have the capacity to find/research the number of shares that were traded, but would guess that the % of shares traded was VERY SMALL and am wondering if just a few trades by [who - how many ????] has nearly double the price in the last 7-10 days??
KZMike
Is this recent 'up tick' in PPS due to this talk about 'new owernship'. . . about the only 'almost logical' option that make any sense ????
KZMike
So I keep seeing/hearing about this buy out of BI Shares. . . so could someone 'remind us All', WHO and WHAT Product plus the company/people associated with this 'transaction' that will make this happen and make us all forget about the losses incurred. . . ???
KZM
Thanks for saying that many of us were/are thinking. . . zero connection to what JB is or is not doing and the only connection to the PPS is hype/talk here perceived or more likely imagined
KZMike
GREAT to see you still 'following' this 'thread'. . . ALWAYS appreciated your expertise with stock pricing/activity/history.
Keep an 'eye out' for any interesting comparisons or insights that you may observe here.

Pretty Much the way I understood how the transition took place. Early on I took a trip to see the GPGI property. . . it clearly was a 'shell' literately and figuratively. The GPGI building was empty and the 'original' house adjacent to it was being used to store documents, etc and 'housed' a caretaker for the property, that had at one time been employed by JB and had worked in/with Kryron production in the VERY early days.
Mike
Color me confused! I have ZERO idea what is pushing the PPS up, but am willing to ride this 'train'. . .??
