Thank you.
What exactly do you look at and use frequently there. ?
TSNP vs FORW ?
I know theres been many thoughts on this here, but is there a concise answer to the following question?
For NEW money going into this space , do you prefer TSNP or FORW or both?
I'm quite long TSNP , and pretty familiar with all of the promise here.
Not as educated about the interplay with warrants etc with FORW, but understand the linkage between the 2
Thoughts appreciated.
Go HUMBL!
Curious, what site/ service / app do you like best to see the size and bid /ask of trades ?
Someone just did..... .115.
And Nick did a little late night tweet about the future need for solar panel recycling. Lotsa eyes
Don’t know , but guessing he’s getting laid right as bout now , and his brother in law is cutting his lawn , lol !
Absolutely could be.
Or it could be a single entity adding and re-adding more large blocks at a specific level. .
No way to know. But it does indicate that someone finds it compelling enough at 10 cents to buy 10 million shares in the last few days.
2- 5 million share buys is interesting. And ifI recall,at nearly the same price, right? Somebody is accumulating in a fairly large way at the 10 cent -ish mark.
Congrats !
Paypal currently trading at $263, or 327X TSNP at .93 cents
Sorry , still working on 2nd cup of coffe myself, good day to you as well.
Sorry, you're mis-interpreting, please read my post again.
I'm VERY long SNPW, the commnent was not negative, and my "position" was just explaining possible reasons for today's neutral Tweets and the inevitable nervous folks who might interpret and over react .
We're on the same side here JLU!
And the weak hands begin to emerge.....no idea why this morning's kind of anemic Tweet, but there could be a myriad of reasons.
My take is Nick probably overpromised and under-delivered with his pre-announcement of an announcement last week.... a common issue with penny CEO's , call it penny exuberance . Not always a bad thing.
Or else he felt the 8-K WAS the announcement .
Or possibly somethings still in the wind this week , and Nick likes to play with our emotions.
Who knows?
Bottom line, nothing's changed , and we might churn awhile longer. Hopeful in the future Nick just stays quiet until he really has something to provide, pre-announcements of anouncements just drive shareholders nuts.
Very good analysis JLU ....the SNPW PPS momentum at this point is event driven by pr's , news and tweets . Without them on a regular basis , the foot goes off the gas and volume drops.
All normal although we were all apparently looking for something said from Nick earlier in the week.
It'll happen, just not on the timetable we choose.
Long SNPW
Excellent post .
$15 million a year per facility is a good start for sure.....
Will have to agree to disagree TP.
In my 47 years of investing, I can tell you that OTC stocks may not trade on EPS ( as they rarely have any earnings) , but they most definitely do trade on "valuation" ....and the valuation evolves usually from some sort of future revenue or earnings forecast by the investor.... and these forecasts come from positive announcements of new developments .
Momentum usually (but of course not always) begins AFTER that mental or arithmetic valuation is computed by most investors .
I'm long and strong on SNPW, but my point is , at some time , there will need to be concrete developments with the accompanying increase in valuation .
I do believe this will happen, and then the inevitable momentum will continue..
JMHO
The story is compelling , and the valuation of approximately $130 million is not stratospheric (yet) .
Mr Nick will need to plant some news of real or projected revenue underneath this .13 in order to support it and maintain the current momentum .
I’m sure that’s on his weekly to do
list based on recent communications from him.
Strength without any real catalyst is good news. More than likely means buying by those who know more than we do ...maybe
CEO Campanella is not only posting , but actually replying to some posters and shareholder comments/ questions. Pretty refreshing , and I hope he continues to be communicative and transparent in these event filled weeks and months ahead .
Minor flaw/ note on the new website ...
His new director is listed as a guy named “ Randazzo” , but it’s mis- spelled on there as “ Randanzzo” in another place .
Sorry to be nit picky Nick, but might want to fix that when you can. People trying to look up his cred on Linked In won’t be able to find him .
Well said Rock
Another great post, you've outdone yourself ( again).
The licensing vs sale discussion , while probably a ways off , will be pivotal for this company ( and it's investors) going forward. And if handled improperly , could cost the company it's solvency.
I've actually been in this exact scenario, or very similar 8 years ago ( Bourque Industries, BORK, look em up)
They had ( and still have) a "better mousetrap" patented carbon nanotube metal called Kryron which had applications from ballistic armor to electrical transmission wire and everything in between that a suoer metal could be used for.
Pretty limitless opportunities.
I bought in at 20 cents , after a quick runup from below 1 cent ( sound familiar?) The company already had developed ballistic strike plates that could stop very high caliber bullet rounds. The US military was interested. Local law enforcemet agencies around the country were interested, Ihub was aflame with possibilities and the stock climbed to $1, then $2, then $4 . All in a couple months in the spring / early summer of 2011.
All the while they were flat broke , little revenue, pure startup , and using stock sales and private financing deals to stay afloat .
Investor calls for the arrogant , founder and rookie CEO to accept a rumoured licensing deal with a major player in the bulletproof vest arena, purportedy worth in the 100's of millions of dollars were ignored and in fact rejected out of hand .....this would have guaranteed the company's solvency while they pursued dozens of other applications.
It was not to be, CEO John Bourque defiantly and publicly denounced any suitors as "thieves trying to steal " his treasured invention.
The stock continued to climb and peaked at $5.90, a 100 bagger plus for alot of early investors. ( In 3 months time)
A lot of stuff happened , some criminal, some just CEO buffonery that is too long to get into here, but suffice it to say the company is now under 2 cents, and has been sub penny for most of the last 7 years, with no employees, no offices , no sales, and presumably no prospects.
A complete implosion.
And no, I didnt sell, because I was also "sure" this was gonna be the next 1000 bagger. I even bought some of their ballistic plates to outfit my sheriffs deputy son and son in law. Thats how much I believed. I wont go into what the losses were , but they were significant.
I'm assuming our CEO Nick is much smarter than that and will do what is reasonable and necessary to get this company off the ground , and it may well require some loss of control of the tech. So be it. . Like you, I'm not sure what is the " correct" answer, I only know from direct , painful experience what arrogance / shortsightedness will get you if you dont look at the long picture when you're at the start gate.
Licensing of some sort early on here, seems to be a reasonable , prudent avenue to explore to jump start the progression to success that appears to be entirely possible.
Sorry for the long post!
Excellent post, and definitely deeper than most I've seen .
I wasnt fully aware of the differences between SPNW's solar panels and those of others. My DDD wasnt apparently deep enough, ( as usual)
I'm assuming that this technology is proprietary , and they hold the patents , correct?
Thank you again for your well written , insightful posts. It makes the waiting for things toemerge easier to tolerate, and erases some of the inevitable doubts raised when the share price is struggling.
Hopefully we can see a nice continual rise in value as SPNW's synergies evolve and are noticed in the marketplace.
Thanks again
Good news , be sure to post on SNPWs Twitter page as well if possible. Lots of eyes there
Thanks for that graphic and link, somehow missed that.
So what's your take on this? ....if I'm reading right there's 52% average short interest in SPNW over the last 20 trading days.......
Which of course can go either way , a rise in share price would start to squeeze the shorts , which could cause another significant spike in price.
Continued uncertainty , or weak hands selling like the last 4 days , could cause things to rapidly go south ...
Thoughts?
Well said !
I’m going with .379, but I like your number better !
Seems to be the plan. Curious if there has been any other mention of other projected revenue streams ( electricity etc) for this plant ? I saw the $15 million annual revenue from med waste trash being dropped off.
Any clues as to what the total projected annual revenue from a plant this size could reasonably expect to generate?
Thank you.
Source?
Thank you , your posts were excellent yesterday and saved me lots of time. I should give you a few shares of SNPW! ( before it hits $1)
Some members of SNPWs yf board were looking for a place to listen to it, thought I’d check
Is there a link to an audio or video transcript of yesterday’s meeting?
The zoom links provided that I’ve clicked only say meeting is ended...
Any help appreciated
Thanks Tabby for all the detailed legwork today. Very concise and very appreciated !
Well said KZ . While I take full responsibility for my failed investment in BI and my gullibility to John Bourques irresponsible and dishonest behavior, I don’t intend to sit idly by and let him post more BS here or anywhere.
His previous pattern is to try snd let his past blow over and then try to dupe new, unknowing investors with his fantastical tales of impending success . To date , he has not followed thru with any credible success
New or prospective investors beware
Still waiting ....
You couldn’t afford to buy any of us a milkshake and fries at McDonalds , but that would taste better than all the bs you’ve fed all of us over the last 9 years. At least you’re good for a laugh these days. Good luck with your next con .
Good question milk, and the answer is most likely that JB simply doesn't want to be bothered with small orders, or because as mentioned here, the cost of production is simply not cost effective.
Or because JB is simply JB , and has no clue on how to manufacture, promote and sell a product. We've seen it time and time again over the last 7 years, the dude couldnt punch his way out of a paper bag if you gave him a pair of scissors.
I think your assessment is a fair one as to what happened here. Arrogance, stupidity and unbridled optimism all factored into what happened here. Ive also seen and witnessed Kryron's properties as they relate to armor, and I know the stuff works.....I know of LE officers , including 2 in my family who also witnessed demos who are still wearing plates...
The fact that JB didnt jump at a $600 million offer didnt seem completely stupid at the time, there was lots of interest and speculation on the wide application of Kryron across multie industries in 2011.
Of course a multitude of bungles in the last 5-6 years on JBs part , for whatever reason , torpedoed any chances of success.
A real product , in the wrong hands seems to be the storyline here. And I have invested significantly more than $100k.
Not mind boggling when you consider that for a very brief time in June 2011, the market capitalization of Bourque Industries was just north of $1 Billion (180 million shares x $5.90 a share on June 10, 2011).
I heard the rumors of a large buyout offer in 2011 as well, and I also believe it was from Ceradyne. These were rumors, but I heard them from multiple people.
This company is , and has been run by the largest group of moronic individuals Ive ever been blessed to be associated with. Which of course makes my judgment and trust in them look suspect.
Guilty as charged, to think now that I believed and trusted in the prospects and word of this company, and John Bourque in particular is hard to believe. Sleep well JB , your day is coming my friend.
