Yep, seems like it’s significant, the concern of course would be that it’s insiders reacting to unreleased negative info, but more likely nervousness causing more nervousness , and a Friday afternoon
Thank you , will read more in depth tonight, was trying to see if there was any correlation with today’s rather large pps drop
Can you give us your take on this in layman’s terms? Thank you
Jesuslovzu, extremely well written analysis, thank you
While I’m not in total agreement on all points, the logic is sound and well communicated.
Thanks for your read on SNPWs chances
Source?
Well said. Everyone blames shorts as if they are all shady, know nothing investors.
Sometimes there's legitimate reasons to short...( although Ive never done it)
In SNPW's case, looks like theyve been right for the past 2-1/2 months. Hopefully they'll be wrong soon.
I did notice that their same logo was on the back of a solar panel installers van in Florida last month .
At first I thought “ wow, they’re doing installations” ?
The van it was on had nothing to do with SNPW though , just a random local installer using the exact same logo
So their logo is apparently “ store bought “also.
Doesn’t mean much , but whoever theyre using as a web developer is apparently picking things out of a stock catalogue as opposed to creating unique content
Thanks, tough situation for sure.
48 years investing , invested in only a handful of otc stocks , and all after careful dd.
Apparently I’m not careful enough as all but 1 or 2 have been train wrecks because it seems you can’t hold on to otc stocks ....something or someone seems to always drive them into the ground , regardless of how “ promising” they are , or what’s on the “ horizon” .
Holding also , because I figure I should at least be consistent in my handling , but this is a tough one to take .
Combination of a late filing , the associated “stop” sign on OTC and AG letter was all it took.
The market is not patient or tolerant.
Long here, but getting tired boss.... those of us who weren’t in sub penny are getting pounded into submission by the mis-steps , DEM issues and the market in general .
Not all Nicks fault, but poorly handled prs and substance lacking Tweets haven’t helped .
My opinions
While I agree with some of what you say , and can see and respect a contrarian view amongst the hoopla, I have to disagree with the “no business plan” statement.
I think Foote has presented a pretty elegant and detailed plan going forward. Whether they can execute on 1 or more of their verticals remains to be seen. But thus far theyve done almost exactly what they’ve said they were going to do , and have been transparent about it. Yesterday’s conference call did not make me feel worse about their progress.
I’m not a fan of Sharpe, I find him pretty abrasive and pompous , but I know he has his fans and ultimately I believe his motives align with most of the shareholders.
Good find, had not seen that. And a credible source as well.
Well said. The silence is a bit dis-quieting , but the feeling here is decidedly positive.
Probably the most accurate post here today.
Thank you for this excellent, insightful post. Extremely well written , and makes an excellent case for SNPWs future.
Thanks again
Love the play on words Rock, " (in) activity" ! Perfect.
I'll add another ........"any (incarcerated) activity"....sorry , too easy
Great post, and from this morning's decline, I'd say you're spot on. Yesterdays decent but incomplete news pps bump immediately wiped right back off the slate.
The details about the Chase deal are significant as they could be the catalyst for other national advertisers to sign onto their solar bus stops and refuse containers.
Anxious to see the particulars for that inked contract, and hopeful they provide clarity on that deals as an added bonus.
Keeping a slow but steady pipeline of positive, meaningful prs will provide upward momentum and minimize the inevitable declines in pps between news cycles
Great call! Spot on
New Tweet, apparently an “ inked” deal with Chase for their advertising division
Thank you , added one of my own ... anybody thinking that this newspaper wrote a hit piece on SNPW should consider doing the same
And 2012, and 2013 , and 2014.... and , snd, and
I just did both a test buy and sell on Schwab and had no issues with either.
For those of you trading thru TD Ameritrade I would guess this is a momentary or temporary glitch based on the ticker change to TSNPD this morning.
Its not a big conspiracy, and while upsetting, should correct quickly. Also calling TD Ameritrade or any other brokerage youre having difficulty in trading should allow you to trade manually with the phone call.
Great thoughts... and it dovetails with the statement last week of “ no dilution” .
Without allowing my mind to race forward , this idea definitely has some merit . Surprised if true though, that that word hasn’t gotten out and caused a significant unexplained pps price spike .
As always Rock, your posts are spot on.
Excellent post, well said.
Tha bank angle is a hood one , hasn’t fully appreciated that. Banks are notoriously skittish with start ups, and the fact they extended does speak to their confidence in SPNW going forward.
Thanks for sharing that
I've been an Amazon seller for 12 years and I can tell you that it takes awhile to get rolling there....but when it happens, it really, really happens.
Starting there and using them to fulfill the orders was a very smart move.
I'm also a seller on WalMart.com and that would be a smart 2nd move .
Running out of stock is something that Greene Concepts will figure out, because being out of stock is of course a temporary kiss of death on Amazon . Once you run out and then re-stock it might take a little while to get Amazon to promote and push /promote your listings again. Amazon does not like gaps in inventory where you're out of stock, but rewards sellers who always have stock.
So the goal here is to make sure you almost never run out in the future so that the continuity is there.......which brings more and more sales in snowball fashion.
Theyre doing a good job, but learning along the way as all start ups do.
For what it’s worth, this morning I signed up my business on the HUMBL Merchant site .
I’m US based so I was curious what type of response I would get .
Received an immediate email from merchants@humblpay.com confirming they’d received my submission as a merchant and advising they “ will email with further details prior to HUMBL launching in your country”
Well said.
There is a Comment section at the bottom of the newspaper article where you can post a reply to it.
Several of the comments were against the plant, so I posted one for it, reminding residents of exacty what you just said....that this is a much safer, cleaner alternative that they are rejeting, as opposed to landfills filled with this stuff.
Maybe a few of us here could post a few more positive SNPW comments there.
Always good talking to you Rock
HI Titan,
Long time since we've chatted, but you've got a great memory! ....
For those who are newer here, here's my recollection of that incident:
I did a bunch of legwork to get John Bourque and his team a spot in front of an electric industry symposium of decision makers held a few years back in order to put his Kryron wire in front of dozens of major electric companies executives and engineers. It took months to arrange and set up, and I even offered to fly there to North Carolina to introduce him to the group.
At this time I was as hopeful for Bourque's success as anyone . I was a major shareholder, had gone thru the arrests, the stock run up , the Chinese heat sink hoopla , the whole she bang.
This meeting, which he originally asked for , could have potentially been a game changer for Bourque ( assuming of course he actually DID possess a revolutionary metal to increase wire efficiency). This symposiums express purpose was to identify promising start up technologies and then fund them to fruition. They had dozens of successful comapnies incubated using this indutry group.
At the last minute Mr Bourque bailed, leaving me to call the board and let them know with less than a day's notice...and this was after multiple calls and emails to get him to respond at all. It made me and my sister, a director / engineeer with a major midwest electric company look like fools. He told me later that he "forgot" about the meeting and was pursuing gold and jewel mines in South America that day. I emailed him messages and reminders on multiple occasions, mind you.
I wish only good luck to anyone trying to engage or work with this company or its "CEO"
Great find . This appears to be a brand new development, correct?
We saw that happening most of the day Friday , a no news day but a gradually rising price for almost the entire day . Nothing dramatic , but kind of a quiet , “in the know” type accumulation. Feels like the calm before the storm, but that’s more emotion than substance based.
Long holding , patient for the build out to begin this spring / summer 2021
Thanks Mike, I had a similar impression based on the chart link you posted. Wanted to make sure I wasn’t mis interpreting .
That would make more sense, and be more beneficial than unloading all in 1 pr.
I would assume Nick knows this and would release appropriately
What's your interpretation of this ?
Not to argue, but the approximate current Market cap is $6.27 Billion, not $70 billion as stated in a previous post. ( 5.485 billion shares x $1.38)
May still be considered stratospheric, but wanted to make sure we're discussing the correct numbers .
I looked at the SNPW Twitter acct at 4:16 pm, and there's no new tweets.
Last tweet was at about midnight lat night...Nick posted an article about the market for disposing / recycling obsolete solar panels . Unless I missed it, nothing new since.
