Let's hope he can generate some orders!
Now that is a mouthful Mark Mathews:
"From stand-alone solar energy systems to the integration of solar and/or wind energy with our patent-pending Power on Demand peak demand shaving system, we believe that our capabilities to create and implement a wide range of customer-specific renewable-based energy saving solutions for residential, commercial and military applications differentiates Arista Power and will lead to more successes going forward."
My investment is hoping you're right!
Taking a hit in pay....and price:

Show me the money! ...........(orders) PLEASE....
LAUNCH some orders please!
Finally...getting some respect!
The Company has just filed Form 8-K showing their “Presentation” to certain investors of the Company, potential investors of the Company and other third parties.
They are projecting revenues to go from $2.1M in 2012 to $74.8M in 2015. This certainly is a compelling motivation to invest.
Naturally the “Presentation” contains statements intended as “forward-looking statements” that is subject to the cautionary awareness for liability purposes.
Management appears confident that these orders will bear fruition.
Presentation can be found:

PHASE 2 AWARDED ----- confirmation that Arista Power and the US Army are capable of a long-term relationship which is profitable and beneficial to both.
Way-to-go ASPW
Another article Pentagon related:

The company just stated that it has SUCCESSFULLY completed Phase One.
Original contract states: Under Phase One of the REDUCE program, Arista Power will deliver a demonstration of the system in approximately 3 to 6 months at CERDEC. The program has a Phase Two option for CERDEC to provide additional funding for continued development upon the successful completion of Phase One.
You're right Chas126 if one reads between the lines. The operative word here is SUCCESSFUL, which Arista has accomplished! It does sounds like Phase Two is imminent.
Could these announcements be the prelude to the Phase 2 contract? It certainly appears that way.
Phase Two contract....
Now that would make me a very satisfied shareholder!
YouTUBE advertisement only?
Absence of news is deafening!

This company has a great future with this outstanding management.
They've been fulfilling all the requirements for the company to be a huge success. Their actions have been methodical.
Each day my confidence increases.
Go ASPW
Sorry merle1283, but I too can’t figure that one out. However the Rochester Business Journal article can be found:
www.rbj.net/section.asp?PageID=859
Unfortunately you have to sign up for free newsletters to view the entire article.
Let me quote an excerpt from the article from one of Arista’s largest shareholders:
“In my nearly 40 years in the investment business, having been involved in virtually all phases of the stock market, corporate finance, journalism and market analysis, I have never seen a company and a stock with such a compelling opportunity for explosive growth as Arista Power,” LaLoggia said.
All this publicity and alliances certainly make for a persuasive investment. This company is the real thing.
Go ASPW
Helios partnership picked up in "pv magazine", a monthly trade publication since 2008.

This appears to be a methodical strategy by a management anticipating significant orders.
In the article William Schmitz, CEO of Arista Power said: "I came here to create valuable products that can be sold profitably in large quantities to large customers, like Fortune 500 companies, or the military, or other government agencies. And my expectation is that we will be announcing many of these types of deals as the year goes on."
Well stated go4win. Arista definitely needs national publicity.
But the operative word here is “moderate”. Let’s hope that’s the case.
“There is no other system like ours” said William Schmitz, CEO of Arista.
International Business Times reports FBI purchase and expectation that Arista MRPS “will meet the needs…”
Arista is finally receiving recognition that it has the products and the management to be a leader in the clean energy era. This has to be the prelude to Arista becoming a Fortune 500 company.

----------------------------------------------------------
Hey merle1283... Not only International Business Times likes us, but apparently the FBI and the Army too.
I don’t know how we got on this Topix web site located in
Palo Alto, Calif but they reference the article found in the International Business Times.

National recognition is finally spreading.
Another GREAT article on Arista Power Inc. found in
the "International Business Times".

Are we finally getting the recognition that Arista Power deserves?
Response from ASPW? This company appears to have their ducks in a row with government agencies smelling, nibbling and buying.
We can't get a response from investors.
What am I missing?
News just came out about their attendance at the July 14 San Diego conference. ASPW game plan looks extremely promising.
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/arista-power-to-present-at-storage-week-2011-conference-in-san-diego-california-124183699.html
"The reports of ASPW death are greatly exaggerated"
Just the barn.
I searched Google for competing Power on Demand services and the only company to appear is Arista Power. There is no competing product.
It's sometimes the simplest of ideas are the ones most successful. It just needs a company capable of its promotion, execution and management smart enough to know they have the winning hand.
I'm betting that Arista Power is that company.
Absolutely!!
With the administration pushing "green" and offering tax break incentives for doing so, a Fortune 500 company would have nothing to lose and much to gain --- both financially and environmentally.
They would get instant tax breaks (both Federal and State) plus the expectation of energy savings while appearing environmentally friendly to the public.
Why wait for outside/independent certification when the only numbers of interest are the savings "they" encounter from "their" installs. Their individual savings would determine future contract renewals for their world wide locations.
The proof is in the pudding...their pudding!
This must be the calm before the celebration !!!!
I was at the meeting. I got the impression there were more Power on Demand contracts imminent. And yes, they appeared extremely optimistic about the Army's forthcoming contracts.
Of course one doesn't make the announcement until the dotted line is signed.
THIS IS THE BOARD where we should all express our knowledge, outlook, hopes, suggestions and yes, frustrations.
MOVE TO THE NEW BOARD so that we can ALL communicate our thoughts and insights methodically.
Out with the old and in with the new! Arista Power is here to stay.
I agree with you Merle.
Apparently other investors also agree per today's action.
Finally, a light at the end of the tunnel...and it's NOT a train.
Extremely impressed with the professionalism shown at the meeting yesterday. I've been to many shareholder meetings over my 50 years of investing with this ranking right up there with the big boys.
All shareholder questions and concerns were answered without hesitation. Management portrayed a team that was at the top of their game with success as their ultimate goal.
I'm old enough to know bulletin board stocks are high risk; but I left that meeting feeling a lot more comfortable with my investment.
