FYI-Shale Oil are Revived...Mobilestream Oil Announces a Request From Qcell OU Ltd. for a Qoute on a 5,000,000 Ton Per Year Oil Shale Production Plant in Estonia
WEST BERLIN, N.J., Aug 22, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Mobilestream Oil, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: MSRM) is pleased to announce that Qcell OU Ltd. of Estonia, has requested a quote from Mobilestream Oil for an oil shale production plant in Estonia to process 5,000,000 tons of oil shale per year. Representatives from Qcell OU Ltd. ( http://qcell.ee ) have confirmed that they will visit Mobilestream Oil's facility in West Berlin, New Jersey in mid September of 2006 to discuss the use of Mobilestream Oil's technology for the oil extraction operations in the countries of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
After negotiations and a period of study, a corresponding license agreement with Qcell, if granted, will give exclusive rights to act, install, operate and benefit from Mobilestream Oil's technology for oil shale production.
According to an article published in the August 2005 edition of World Oil magazine, entitled "Hopes for Shale Oil are Revived," Suncor Energy built a $250,000,000 dollar demonstration plant to develop the Stuart oil shale deposit, located near Gladston. However, it is believed that this facility only has the ability to process approximately 2,100,000 tons per year of oil shale.
Mobilestream Oil is confident that its quote for the Estonia facility should be significantly lower in cost than that of Suncor's production facility, all while processing 5,000,000 tons of oil shale per year, twice that of Suncor's facility.
About Mobilestream
Mobilestream Oil, Inc. is an innovative oil and natural gas exploration company focused on using our proprietary technologies for reverse polymerization and pyrolysis of materials and to maximize the output of under- utilized and non-producing oil wells in order to squeeze out every last ounce of production. Increasing prices continue to make primary and less conventional methods for extracting oil more cost-effective, and while Mobilestream Oil is relatively small compared to some of the larger players in the industry, our size is our advantage as we feel we can more quickly and effectively capitalize on expeditious opportunities. Using these same proprietary technologies, Mobilestream has successfully broken down tires into the tires' component parts, capturing for resale virtually all of the raw materials used to manufacture the tires.
This news release contains forward-looking statements regarding Mobilestream's business strategies and future plan of operations. FYI-Natural Gas High Priority for Incoming Mexican President; Houston Workshop to Discuss Issues, Alternatives
PrintE-mailDisable live quotesRSSDigg itDel.icio.usLast Update: 9:01 AM ET Aug 10, 2006
HOUSTON, TX, Aug 10, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Mexico appears ready to increase PEMEX's budget for oil and gas exploration and production. For many decades, the state-owned monopoly has been starved of capital as the federal government of Mexico has siphoned funds away from oilfield development and into social programs. As a result, Mexico's oil production has been declining, according to oil and gas major, BP.
Production of natural gas has also been virtually flat. The nation has had to import about one billion cubic feet daily from the United States for the past several years. In 2005 when average U.S. export prices climbed to $7.75 per million Btu, this cost Mexican consumers dearly. They are estimated to have spent more than $2.5 billion on U.S. natural gas imports.
For this reason, Mexico has instituted an aggressive LNG import policy. The country is building two LNG receiving terminals and signing long-term contracts for supply. The National Electricity Utility (CFE) has recently signed important contracts to import LNG and is planning more ambitious projects in the not-too-distant future.
Mexico, however, is believed to have huge untapped reserves of natural gas in the northern parts of the country. The Burgos basin has been identified as a source for significant reserves. The Lankahuasa and Kosni fields, offshore Veracruz, are also believed to have trillions of cubic feet of non-associated natural gas. In total, the nation is believed to have more than 50 trillion cubic feet of reserves, enough to supply 36 years of consumption at current levels.
So, how might a new Mexican president change PEMEX's policy towards oil and gas development? Will a Calderon administration be more aggressive than an Obrador administration? How might this affect demand for U.S. imports and LNG?
Sept. 27, Zeus Development Corporation is hosting a workshop to discuss these issues in light of the lingering questions over the July presidential elections. Among the speakers are Francisco Salazar, chairman of the Mexican Energy Regulatory Commission; Javier Humberto Estrada, director general, Analitica Energetica SC; Carlos Ayon, Gnostica, S.C.; and Luis Pinto, director, Council of the Americas.

There are oil wells all over the place in that county. That is what a friend of mine who is a travelling saleman in that area of Texas related to me sometime ago.
I don`t think Tom would try another attempt if he didn`t think he couldn`t bring one in on behalf of the company and its shareholders in that field since this was the first attempt to do so with PIP, etc, showing signs of a oil presence.
I`am wondering if drilling on a slant..vertically and or horizontally would be considered next time in this same field.
The cost maybe greater plus the risk in drilling a hole without a experienced operator onboard but if they hit pay dirt this way they could pay for this or any other dry holes in the future. Just a thought.
They could be dealing with the dolomite or whatever that might be in the way..
The MM`s aren`t getting my shares..even if it turns out a dry hole..I`am patiently long here.
They gush too..not all just flow. I don`t want to mislead you or others here on the board.
Ok lowman..Thanks! I hope others better understand the whole process in drilling for oil and gas.
A friend of mine that lives in Texas says that the area where the company is drilling has several miles of pockets of oil and gas deposits and or fields.
Also he said that the oil that was there was like seeing a cap taken off the well-head where the oil just flowed out..we will see if EDEX comes up with the same results during its drilling program in the county.
FYI-Fundamentals of Finding & Producing Oil & Gas in the Illinois Basin...This may apply in Texas too where EDEX is drilling..
Dolomite explained within this link..
http://www.maverickenergy.com/oilgas.htm
For my money invested here it is better than ERHE a Nigerian offshore play..no terrorists or insurgents to contend with where Tom is exploring/drilling...JMO.
FYI..In the Andarko basin I believe in Oklahoma where some years ago a company operating under the name called Kirby Exploration,
a spokesman related to me that the oil and or gas pay zones had to be drilled to thousands of feet below the surface in order to bring in a longer producing well at that time.
One of the investors at that time was James Garner a tv and movie Hollywood actor.
The pay zone(s) could come at anytime. NM is the Mother of All payzones. I think Tom will keep that one close to his chest until he wants to release the drilling results (info in a PR) to the world. JMHO.

The emergence of new technology and process innovations is enabling an explosion both in the range and feature content of new products offered to customers. To survive, let alone prosper in this highly competitive climate, automotive OEMs and suppliers need to manage the processes of technology development and innovation in an integrated manner within the context of a new business model of product development.
The role of suppliers in developing new technologies is growing. Suppliers are undertaking much of the basic research underlying these developments and working with the vehicle makers to bring their innovations to market.
The Automotive Technology Roadmap report provides insights into this new business model and the importance of emerging new technologies and products.
The introductory chapter presents some of the latest thinking on the subject of technology development and innovation, together with examples of industry best practice. This is distilled into a range of process improvements and tools that may be implemented by OEMs and suppliers aiming to improve both R&D effectiveness and financial performance.
The approach outlined challenges widely held modern myths of automotive R&D but, correctly planned and executed, enables technology portfolios to be developed and managed in a more strategic manner.
The remaining chapters provide an overview of the potential for change from new technologies right across the vehicle, embracing Body and Systems, Chassis, Powertrains and Transmissions.
It will be of interest to those involved in the industry across a broad range of function who need an understanding of the potential changes that are underway in the automotive industry - from the application of electronics as well as new materials, processes and concepts.
