So with this and a couple of your other posts - sounds like you know the dynamic duo of Coker and Madsen.
It does appear I am not the only one that was confused as to the who what when where and how of good ol' BDCM. Maybe someone will update the info now.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BDCM/company-info
A side comment about the unwind agreement between LocatI and BDCM - I think it is is odd that Keith Webb was mentioned in it since he is no where on any of the papers for BDCM but I do remember when this group started talking about BDCM they linked it to him but then that went away.
All very strange.
That is useful plus a quick search of the NV SOS. I assume it has been done and posted somewhere but I did not see it so I am posting again. Competitive Companies Inc in NV status is "default". There are two other companies under William Gray - both revoked. Also if you do a search on Ray Powers the other person listed - there are a bunch of companies - mostly revoked. Not sure it is the same Ray Powers but odds are (get the joke - NV co.) at least some of them are.
Competitive Companies Inc is not listed in the Texas SOS.
There is an "inactive" listing in PublicData for CCI in Wyoming that says "domesticated from local : Nevada" I assume it is the same company because the start date of Oct 22 2001 is the same. The Wyoming "branch" is delinquent in taxes. I will say that PD isn't always up to date with info.
That's what a quick tour produced for me.
Forgot to add the Registered Agent Henri R Hornby has 2 premanently revoked companies under his name and 1 revoked plus CCI in default.
Dead on about GTW.
I do find it weird that MDGC still lists GTW as a partner - either they don't know that GTW has closed down in TX and the people have moved to NV and filed bankruptcy or they are really slow at updating their site which says something all on it's own. Either one doesn't speak well.
And also don't forget that GTW "merged" with LocatI Globah Holdings -- all on that site. Not sure how they did that (in May - June 2011) and then filed bankruptcy (sept 2011) but it happened.
you would think they would want to get that information corrected on the FL listing. I see they have made many other corrections. BUT.. whatever, don't really care - just don't understand how "things don't match'
BUT which President?
Well if you go to the Florida Business site, he is still listed.
It was obvious that what deal wasn't working out?
The LocatI and BDCM or some other deal? I do know there was the unwind agreement so I guess that means it is done. I thought something more had to be done. I thought there was some kind of investigation going on per the filing I saw.
So, BDCM is now back to "itself" before the LocatI deal?
BDCM is no longer a GPS company but some other kind of company? It now buys hotels?
Jory is still listed as CEO in the Florida business records -- is that a mistake?
It's just all very confusing to me.
To the person that posted a PM to me.
I am not saying anything other than it is all weird. So many other announcements were made with this company but changing players isn't announced -- seems strange.
And I think it is strange that it was originally a GPS company with the "patent" they were so proud of and now it is in the hotel business -- just odd. But that's just me.
You say it is Ok -- Pinks don't have to announce changes... Interesting, I didn't know that. I guess I just like having all the facts.
Well, the mystery is solved. There are many new filings with TDEY as of Nov 30. It appears there was going to be some kind of merger between LocatI (which through research is a GPS company) and 3D Eye but it all went south.
The address is no longer the Nevada address but a FL address
Wouldn't there be an annoucement if it was sold? Seems like it to me.
As for me, you can depend on that. I never rely on what another person says about stock especially when I have done my own DD.
Anyone know why on the OTC site it shows NV as the address and not FL?
Where is the proof?
Think I found the news. BDCM is buying a hotel? I thought this company was going to be a GPS company - it was bought by LocatI.
And I also see this name Hernan Carazo Bermudez as President of BDCM - what happened to Dwight Jory? His name is still listed as President and CEO.
Does anyone know who is on the board of directors? I thought it was going to be announced but haven't seen that. I did see Robert Garner is on the board, per the announcement. Anyone know anyone else?
What news? I haven't seen any. Is the news that I don't see the reason for the pop in price.
Need help! Thanks!
As the other person said, looks like a P&D, also the company that was trading at $4 is not the same company trading now. Owned by different person and it is a different product. Read the "unwind agreement"
That certainly seems to be true. If any of you read the "unwind agreement" you saw that FINRA is looking into them.
I had been wondering why everything was so quite with this stock. I was going to ask but maybe some of you "in the know" already knew the "unwind agreement" was happening.
Very interesting reading. Wonder why this is really happening.
Guess that is why the stock went down, too. Appears there isn't any more company or am I wrong?
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BDCM/financials
In earlier post that I cannot find now, the subject was MDGC and the WYTEC patents. I believe someone said that MDGC owned them?
If it is helpful you can look up patents on the USPTO... I did..
It seems that others own the WYTEC patent. Granted I don't have the patent numbers but I looked it up under the assignor name.
Here's the link if anyone cares. A lot of good information.
http://assignments.uspto.gov/assignments/q?db=pat
Also if you type MEDIAG3 in the assignee name you will see there are some patents from ADML Holdings, through a merger.
I haven't read the patents because I really don't care. MDGC is not a viable company but like I have said before DD is fun. I like to dig.
Really good point... let's see... IBM has been around longer and makes money and has a product but other than that a very good comparison.
I agree 100%. So he was a vac salesman that wanted to be a neurosurgeon. Fascinating. Wonder what he wants to be when he grows up?
I guess I don't understand why people think this is a viable company but I am a "newbie". Maybe there is something wonderful that I can't see.
I stumbled on this board when doing research into GlobeTrack awhile back. GTW's "technology" is now being "used" by another company - BDCM even though it seems there really isn't any technology that they own.
It just seems to me a person that runs a company should pay his bills, keep his car registered and insurance up to date, at the very least. But Hey, that's just me.
All of this is fascinating. No, I am not a buyer of this company or of the other one. I will buy some ice cream with my money. It will be more satisfying.
Thanks for the info on John Lehne.
Yes, I did realize the SUV problem but I knew it had been talked about on this board before.
I had not seen the link to the Idaho court and since I was in research mode with Pacer, I had continued on. I was fascinated.
I did realize I did the link with the specific info for Val, I wanted to make it easy for people. I liked that Donna, his wife, has her share of cases.
Personally I think that MDGC and Globetrack Wireless should have stuck together. The players seem to be very similar. I just saw a bunch of new info on the Madsen Coker site. Pretty interesting stuff about the patent, the "technology" that MDGC was wanting to use when MDGC and GTW "did the deal". I also find it funny that GlobeTrack is still on the MDGC site as a partner. GTW appears to be a "dead" company. Very interesting how these people find each other.
Also saw that MediaG3 was "forfeited" in CA. Guess everyone on this board knows that.
Entity Name:MEDIAG3. INC.Entity Number:C3012276Date Filed:08/02/2007 Status:FORFEITED Jurisdiction:DELAWAREEntity Address:1531 N. CORMORANT PLACE #1Entity City, State, Zip:BOISE ID 83713Agent for Service of Process:C T CORPORATION SYSTEMAgent Address:818 W SEVENTH STAgent City, State, Zip:LOS ANGELES CA 90017
And I saw that William Yuan apparently was a past owner of MDGC. I did not understand that connection while doing the research on the case.
I have just found some other interesting information on the IDAHO site. If this is the correct Val Westergard he drives without a license, doesn't register his vehicles, speeds, parks on the sidewalk and doesn't wear his seatbelt. It appears his wife Donna does the same thing.
There are also other cases in their against them for not paying for tires and a collection agency after them.
Who is John Lehne with MDGC he is a defendant in a case that Michelle Montagne brought against them it was a small claims case.
https://www.idcourts.us/repository/partyResults.do
The link should open to the 19 cases then you can go into each case. Be sure to not miss a case that is sometimes within another case.
You can also search for Donna and find her cases - all small.
This is all assuming that this is the correct Val Reid Westergard.
Oh yes and he doesn't appear to own the house 4270 E Granger, just renting, I guess. If he is still at this address. The picture in the account does have his SUV in it.
Per PACER the last event was recorded on May 13 2011 which was a Motion for Summary Judgement for Adam Friedman Associates LLC
The Case was a Breach of Contract "the plaintiff filed its complaint in the instant action on or about July 14 2010", a complaint was served upon MediaG3 On Aug 5 2010
Their relationship started on or about March 1 2006 when MDGC requested Adam Friedman Assoc. "to provide Investor Relations and related services". There were 4 separate written agreements.
Invoices were submitted by the law office, the invoices were acknowledged, and the defendant did not dispute, object or protest them.
Partial payment was made and promises of payment were given. $101,590 is owed. (I would assume that when the summary judgment is issued it will include attorney fees)
The William Yuan case was filed on 8/2/2011 In Boise and a demand of $160,000 for a "diversity-breach of contract". Two summons have been issued the latest being 8/15/2011 to the San Jose Office. Per the summons "if you fail to respond, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint".
The Summons was the last activity listed.
Yes I posted The information about Equititrend on Sept 9 #55721. I was asking why doing business with a barred company was good.
New Question:
Anyone listen to the ZAYO call to hear if MDGC was mentioned?
Fantastic job on the SUV. I guess it did get sold for taxes, right?
Really, great job. Thanks for the laugh. I needed one today.
In an earlier post Equititrend was talked about and a link to the site. (Can't find the post now.) The address on the site and this address match. Obviously the name matches.
http://www.equititrend.com/contact.html
The company is Suspended - why would any business be done with it?
Asking you because you seem to on top of things.
The info came from the CA SOS.

Not sure I understood your statement but the site did have a lot of information (legal docs, etc) about Globetrack and other companies and individuals.
Sounded like you thought those guys were "ratting out" themselves
Great post. I have read over a lot of the posts and have a couple of questions - last year MDGC announced the agreement with GlobeTrack Wireless - what happened with that?
Did anyone know that GlobeTrack was bought by a new company called LocatI Global/Broadcast Marketing Group - (BDCM - found on this site.) But before that happened GTW had left the Texas area (GTW is "not in good standing" in Texas) and the two guys moved to Las Vegas where their friend Dwight Jory started another GPS company in Vegas, Locati Holding. Then Locati Holdings bought BDCM, who then bought GTW.
Does MDGC not do business with GTW anymore? What business did they do with GTW? It certainly seemed like it was going to be a "big deal".
I don't know anything about ZAYO - except they have had several names according to the Colorado SOS.
Yes that is the one. He withdrew his July/original letter of his confirming they were ok. Weird, when I first say the new letter the July letter was still there, now it isn't.
Wish BDCM/Jory would make a statement explaining what is going on.
Anyone notice that Frank Hariton, securities attorney, withdrew his letter on the OTC pinks site? Letter was posted on Aug 24, written on Aug. 15. His name is also off of the site.
any thoughts
OTC Site
Globetrack Wirless doesn't have any technology, they used CalAmp to produce the product they "sold", so CalAmp is the company with the technology/patents. And, of course, I am sure it has been notice that the GTW sites are no longer functioning and the phones are disconnected.
Am I missing something? There are no posts recently on BDCM?
What's going on?
I did see that a Form 15 was filed by Dwight Jory on June 16 2011. Tried to find out exactly what the Rule 12g-4a and Rule 12h-3b means but can only find that it means they don't have to file any more reports. Which doesn't seem good for investors. New to this kind of filing.
I really have done research but found nothing on the 12h-3b Seems it is the 12G that is saying they don't have to file reports.
Can anyone help?
