It was obvious that what deal wasn't working out?

The LocatI and BDCM or some other deal? I do know there was the unwind agreement so I guess that means it is done. I thought something more had to be done. I thought there was some kind of investigation going on per the filing I saw.

So, BDCM is now back to "itself" before the LocatI deal?

BDCM is no longer a GPS company but some other kind of company? It now buys hotels?

Jory is still listed as CEO in the Florida business records -- is that a mistake?

It's just all very confusing to me.
