SEC CHILL? Uh, what? The SEC does one thing if they expect FRAUD in any way, shape, or form, They suspend trading...Right now. On the spot. So your shares are registered. Guaranteed. Fraudway selling My securities act must register shares bought, and the agreement bought under...This keeps you from buying shares at .25 and the shares are trading at 1.00 and you start dumping (fraudways charges)

Hypervigilant - I think your dead on. Fraudway Capitol is in big trouble with the SEC. They bilked 100's of stocks.

My digging into them and the case shows nothing done wrong on BORKs end. In fact, that is where the attorney letter comes in stating no wrong doing by BORK. And BORK has not been charged in any matter.

O.K. Bork got the shaft as others did, the complaint of FRAUD by SEC is The Fraudway Capitol would get shares from a company at a big discount...With strings..."Like you can not sell for 2 years". Guess what Fraudway did? Sold the shares at higher values before the term of agreement.

There is no doubt this is the case at BORK. In fact, Fraudway has insurance. and BORK should join the party in damages. I am sure they could prove it.

What? You can buy and sell anything you want anytime with settled funds (dry powder). Unsettled funds three day hold (wet powder). This is just what I am talking about. Why make such a statement? Go to your introduction class at local broker/dealer. In the meantime try to remember this. Never sell into weakness.

My phone rang, Why would I sell 8600 at a loss? Because of the spread, .20 at times. I would sell above the asking price. .10, then buy it back. raising the share price. It only took 16K shares both ways to reverse the trend. I swear I watched this guy OWN the bid and ask. PLAY SMART.

Today. Your share price almost closed at $1.20 and change. Please be aware when look into a level 1-4 play and there is nothing on the bid it is time for a short to short. This seems to be the case today.

I burnt up 8600 good shares at a 25%loss and purchased 9100 at a higher price. Thus loosing capitol today. A disaster was countered with buying the shorts weakness. Yes, this was done to protect my capitol. BUT, This could have gone Rouge ugly. Please play smart tomorrow. This event could return.
