Brets Manor house for sale "contingent". Price 225k. After back taxes most likely break even or slight loss.
https://www.rocketmortgage.com/learn/contingent
There appears to be some back and forth between Ant (Fagan) and the Faros. Nothing yet determined by the court on the motion to dismiss. When there is nothing to update there is nothing for ant to pass on.
Anyone know where we stand in the NJ court? Seems mighty quiet as of late.
Worse case the complaint gets dismissed (doubt it}, 2. we get our investment back, 3rd ant is successful and the patents live to get further developed and we begin a new journey. It might be a forced bankruptcy and then we can take a write off. I think there is enough from over the years that the complaint moves forward and the fate of management is to be determined. imo
No new information to be found on the status of ants complaint or anything new showing on the pacermonitor. Haven't heard from ant on the board in a month. Checking daily. Have to assume things just moving slowly.
Tomorrow should be the defining day to determine if ants complaint moves forward or not. Wouldn't be surprised if there is another delay for more information. Hope that doesn't happen but the justice system has a tendency to delay, delay and delay. imo
As of today it's still set for 8/19/24. FYI Brets Manor home for sale has dropped the price again to 225k. IMO getting close to what he has in it. I think it was purchased in 2009 for 175k and 225k would still be selling at a loss. No one wants to buy an empty shell. IMO. A developer might buy it for around 180k and finish it off to make it salable IMO. I believe over 14k still due in back taxes.
Fagan vs Barnhiser ? Noticed the court case shows Fagan vs barnhiser not Fagan vs barnhizer. Name misspelled.
So who is being sued? Appears everything is filed against "barnhiser". I find it hard to believe they couldn't get the right party named sued. Will this error have any impact?
Omar: Good point of how they are fighting to hang on to the patents. We know they can't raise the cash to move forward so they may be positioning for a piece of ants new company.
If the loss write off is of the utmost importance to you consider contacting your broker and put up your shares for sale. Who knows how long the current litigation will take or how soon your shares may take to liquidate. I just might buy them.
I'd want to talk to all the revolving door hires to include Jim Rodger and Hank if they are able and willing to speak. Just guessing Rodgers got screwed the most.
Ant: Keep up the pressure. Was Bret ever served and if not do you believe a default judgement will be rendered against him?
Omar: What concerns me is the word "typically". I'm guessing they will say this is/was not a typical situation leading to further delays. Does anyone know if Bret ever got served?
Looks like the wheels of justice do turn slow. Seems motion to dismiss and reply now have until 8/19/24. Source pacer monitor. Don't be surprised if something is filed to extend a decision even further. Just look how long it took to settle a simple eviction.
Omar: The 10k plus accounting fees is only reflective of a much larger problem. The whole operation was mismanaged. When you can't pay the rent nothing more needs said. Opinion.
exploremore: You can't without financials. Everybody bitched when the pink rules changed. The truth is the changes only protect investors, Funny how the co doors closed because the co wouldn't or couldn't comply. If you can't generate the 10k plus accounting fees you should never be a public co. Opinion.
I understand your being skeptical. I'm trying to find the post whether from this board or on another. More recently a poster was told the co owes him 2mil. If he put 2mil in a co/product going nowhere he got what he deserved. 2Mil would have financed a comfortable retirement. How can anyone believe anything that came out of his mouth? I guess when you're a narcissist you can rationalize anything. Opinion.
Omar: I don't believe it was in an update. There was a posting by one of bret's lackeys. I remember it being brought up several times. If I find it I'll reference the posting but not sure if I can go back that far. I'm sure someone else knows what I'm talking about but may not want to admit it. It may have been on the other board.
Does anyone recall in what year Bret lent the co the 100K? Everyone was thrilled stating it showed his faith in the co. Just trying to understand if this was at the same time the co was being sued by Novak for 100k in wages and stock. The two things may have been related or maybe not. What was the 100k used for if anyone knows? I think the Novak case ended in 2016.
Just some Nanologix ligation history:

July 5th filing. Faro's submitted a motion to dismiss. The court to now review the motion. No timeline on how long the process will take. No one should be surprised by the filing.
Omar: "It's July 5".
The day isn't over yet. I'm sure we'll hear from ant after review and when appropriate.
Jon Jon: Pretty sure the original application was filed in 2021. Since then they amended it and now that needs reviewed. You can follow the history on Espacenet patent search. Search rapid viral assay.
Has NNLX been shut down on the Yahoo message board?
DP: If anyone here acts like their life depended on this stock they are way over invested. Like any gamble, no one should invest more than they can afford to lose.
DP: Perhaps and just perhaps ant was intrigued with the info on the web site, reviewed the patents, had others do the same and came to the conclusion that although not complete there is something there. With the right access to capital and an experienced team, it's worth the risk to prove it works one way or the other. Somewhere along the way someone in addition to ant saw something in the patents. Opinion
"Holy Cow!"
New info: New due date for Faro's to answer has been extended to 7/5/24. Source: pacer monitor 6/21/24
Well yesterday was the deadline for the Faro's to respond. Assuming they responded by the end of that day, several things may be happening. Private discussions between Ant and Faro's are going on, the court is reviewing the response, The court has decide to move this forward or dismiss the complaint. Perhaps an update before the weekend. No indication Bret has ever been served. The next shoe to drop may be a default judgement against Bret. Opinion
DP: Wishing nothing but the best for Bret during his recovery. That being said, this has everything to do with possibly advancing the N Assay and RVA. Bret realizes he is no longer capable of advancing his vision. One would think he would want to see someone bring his vision to completion. He will always be recognized as a co inventor. What better legacy than knowing his work was able to be completed. I find it hard to believe he would rather have the work end than see it move forward. "Live long and prosper". Opinion.
Price drop. Poland Oh home first offered at 399900 then to 349000 and now 294900.
Appears that every 30 days the price gets reduced.
Omar: Bret and Faro don't have to overtly claim the patents are theirs. They just have to prove they don't belong to Nanologix, the co does not exist. Thus by default they go to the inventors. Misleading statements is a whole different thing. Opinion.
It's not complicated. It doesn't matter who invented it, what matters is who owns and controls it. Numerous PR's/updates speak of Nanologix N Assay and RVA. Bret and Faro might argue the co never existed when invented so how can the co own it. That argument opens the door to fraud/deception. Opinion
Does anyone know or want to venture a guess what ever happened to all the equipment and office furniture in the former nanologix rental. Was it sold off, pocketed or left for the landlord to dispose of. Something had to happen to it. It might not of had much value but an asset of the co none the less.
Omar: No one thinks Bret is stupid. He knew or should have known that accounting to provide financials is not free. I believe a 1st year law student would blow a hole in any defense.
