Discovery of Solar Cell Fabrics @ Penn State:

Could be going lower if big news doesn't happen soon.

November 21 :
Natcore hold period expires:
4 Million shares?
What's going to happen when our day to day volume is so low?
My trading shares are gone, just holding my core.
I will wait and see what shakes after the hold period is up.
GLTA.
There is a gap to fill on the weekly chart. .85 cents
http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?chart=NXT.V,uu[800,a]waclyyay[pb40!f][vc60][iue6,12,9!lj[$spx]]
If the S&P 500 pulls back 5-7 % and Natcore's deals or
sales don't happen soon then we pull back on market sentiment,
probably filling lower gaps.
I believe we will see some deals and sales in Q4.
GLTA.
looks like we go to the 50 DMA.

In this crappy market thats what happens.
The shares out are low compared to the ave. co.
Ask yourself - is the technology and all the advancements
Natcore has had lately worth ?
There is a fight for shares of this company and everyone
wants in cheap.
Buy and hold is the way for this one.
If you have to trade then make sure you have your core position
that you keep for the future which looks bright.
Just reloaded here.
Great action.
Get in the way of this monster in the making and get run over.
Thats the way I see it in real time.
It dips a bit and some sell and bang big money scoops every
share up.
This will slice through the highs like butter.
Thats the way its looking.
GLTA.
Small financing.
And a low shares outstanding makes this exlposive.
I will wait and see what happens @ 1.25 and then 1.50.
If we break up then 2.75 - 3.00 is in the cards.
Good luck traders.
What is the technology worth?
500M - 2B.
If they get sales and then industry wide adoption of the tech
I dont think this company will last.
It will get taken out buy a megacap with billions.
Anyway the action is great and dont forget to keep your core
position for a possible takeout or bidding war.
GLTA.
Teq:
Got it from stockhouse.
You got that right.
Provini and the Natcore team will deliver.
This company is for real folks so don't procrastinate.
Nobody knows what is really going on behind the curtain
as things change on a daily basis.
This is the problem with investing, you hope you buy into
something real and roll the dice.
If it works out then bang you make large,if not you lose.
I for one am confident in the tech and the team and will hang
in till Natcore reaches maximum profit.
Look at the golden cross where the 50-day
crosses the 200-day.

This is bullish.
Vankent:
Sounds like you sold some and want in lower.
This game of musical chairs of selling and buying
back in lower will end soon.
I played that game but have stopped and I'm in hold
mode from here.
I do not want to be out or without a full position
when Natcore takes off to higher levels.
Wach out for surprise news.
@ elichen
The volume on the TSX Venture is way higher than the OTC
US market.
Anyone naked shorting is a fool especially with the low float.
There is no short interest at the moment.
People are starting to find out and learn about Natcore and
like what they see and hear, hense the upward movement we are
getting and will continue to get going forward.
Good action and drop to the 20 day moving average
on this market driven pullback.

We should test the highs for starters.
Then a little pullback and off to the races again.
A new closing high above .85 cents(Can.) for this year would validate your double top breakout and $1 target and beyond.
This is starting to look interesting as many are looking at
this one.
I'm glad I got into Natcore in the begining and have no doubts
that Chuck and his team will deliver.
Just wait till the news comes out and we will have a runaway
bull, if the news is what I think it will be.
GLTA.
With this kinda of action maybe we are going to get a news release
that we are part of the huge MX Mega Watt deal.
News must be comming or the the stock is way undervalued?
Are you kidding bud?
There are many countries with no infrastructure that are planning
huge megawatt solar projects which have been mentioned here on this board.
I think solar has bottomed and is going to come back in a big
way going forward from here.
Man,if Natcore gets in on a deal like that I can only imagine what
it can do for the share price.
I'm thinking if black silicon wafers is the best way then why
wouldn't the Indians adopt the newest tech from NTCXF.
We have a great chance here and Chuck is smart enough to execute
and make us all rich.
GLTA.
Is this what your refering to?
http://tinyurl.com/7fpby3s
Natcore will need a few hundred million in sales to reach your
100$+ share value.
It is possible but the solar industry will have to adopt
Natcore tech.
If that happpens then all the other industry's(semiconductors, medical, special materials ect.) will want in and then NTCXF will be a big Nasdaq highflyer.
All Natcore shareholders want this and thats why we have invested
in this very promising technology company as the proof has been
demonstraded, now all we need are the orders and up,up we go.
This is great news!
I know were in a crappy market but NXT will
deliver and when sales come in you'll see the stock
go parabolic.
Why wait and pay more later when you can steal this now
for cheap.
Isn't that what smart money does?
Buy low, sell high.
"We are currently designing the production model with two tool companies as we speak."
So why design a production model unless one of those large solar
companies is requesting one?
Maybe they want to see a production model in action before they jump in with both feet.
GLTA.
Kodak should use that money to get the R2R going.
Logically it's the only thing that will save them.
I really think it's going to happen or a bigger company
will buy Kodak and then make solar happen.
So get er done or parish.
"It's tough to hang in there when you hear a lot of promises but little action. However this technology really can make a huge difference to solar energy; and make the owners very rich. A little luck might be needed (contracts, financing etc) but if/when it happens we should all be very happy."
Well put kungfu1.
Natcore close to 2009 lows.
Gap filled(weekly).
There has been so much tech progress and developements
since 2009.
The stock is undervalued and a buy here.
If you believe in C.Provini and the great team he has
then there is no worry here as this will come together.
I'd rather make deals with large partners with cash than any
banksters any day.
Any profits I make from stocks goes right into Gold,Silver,
land and anything of value.
Cash will soon become worthless as all central banks are
printing 24/7.
"capitalists"
Anytime you have to deal with that ilk they attach all kinds
of conditions to any deals for money, like warrants, free shares
and a low entry.
Chuck isn't going to give anything away @ shareholders expense.
We have what we have and parties will pay up before someone else
does.
Things are in the works and patience will win sooner than anyone thinks.
If we have anything to do with this which is highly probable
then up we go.
http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/02/23/serbia-solar-idUSL5E8DN8IZ20120223
Must call Chuck.
What's everyone waiting for?
News coming, just around the corner.
Be patient.
Just In from Chuck:
January 25, 2012
Last week I sent a letter confirming that Kodak’s Chapter 11 filing will have no material effect on Natcore operationally or financially.
After re-reading the letter, I felt I did not do a very good job of reminding everyone of the positive things we will be doing in Rochester. After all, Kodak has invested $200 million in Eastman Business Park. We, along with other Business Park tenants, will be beneficiaries of that investment.
Here are a few of the good things happening for us in Rochester:
With our AR-Box™ anti-reflective coating tool now fully operational, our R&D Center can further refine our Liquid Phase Deposition (LPD) process.
We plan to use LPD to pursue the development of low-cost flexible roll-to-roll solar cells, as per our joint development agreement with Kodak.
We plan to accelerate our work on high-efficiency tandem solar cells.
We plan to use our license from the National Renewal Energy Laboratory (NREL) to develop and commercialize high-output black silicon solar cells.
We plan to leverage Kodak’s vast technical experience in multilayer roll-to-roll coatings.
We plan to access the resources of Kodak’s chemical division to help define our LPD process.
You have heard our mantra: to make solar energy cost-competitive with conventional energy, we must double its efficiency and halve its cost. As you see, we are working on multiple fronts to reach that goal.
Additionally, next month, we are hosting three groups at our Rochester facility to continue discussions about structuring and financing potential ventures for the Natcore and Kodak/Natcore applications. These groups include:
One of the largest solar cell manufacturers in China
The largest solar panel manufacturer in Italy
One of the largest energy companies in India
We are very confident that these meetings will benefit Natcore. They may also help Kodak find alternative businesses as they restructure and move forward. We are pleased to have the opportunity to use our unique technologies to perhaps help this American icon pull through this difficult period in Kodak’s corporate history.
Just in from Chuck:
I thought I would bring you up to date on a few things that are happening to rapidly move our technology to commercialization.
The first area is in regards to launching sales of our AR-Box™ equipment. As you know, we had our initial machine shipped to our lab in Rochester, and I’m pleased to announce that we have now integrated its operation into our clean room facilities. We are already using this AR-Box to optimize our anti-reflective coatings to meet the individual requirements of the first four potential buyers of the system.
Just as important, we have worked with Microtech to encapsulate and protect the intelligent functions of our tool. Roughly 20% of an AR-Box is comprised of software and measuring devices that are unique to our intellectual property and process. We have, in essence, put this high-value “brain” into a sealed black box that, if tampered with, will eliminate the programs. This allows us to ship the black box to China or wherever we choose to have the other 80% built around this core. The 80%, in essence, are pumps, pipes and hardware that are not unique to our technology.
We have spent time and money developing this initial machine ourselves because we wanted to ensure its quality and, equally significant, our ability to protect our intellectual property. We are now designing and pricing the actual machines that would be put into production lines, and are speaking with other equipment manufacturers who have shown an interest in integrating our process into their tools and distribution systems.
Since subsequent chemical sales are such an important part of our business model, we are also investigating how we might integrate this function internally and not have it outsourced to other chemical factories. The actual mixing process is something that is not terribly esoteric and we could do ourselves, dramatically increasing profit margins on chemical sales.
With respect to black silicon, we have engaged a research center at Arizona State University to put junctions in wafers at varying depths so we can determine the optimum pore and junction depths for black silicon cells. With the upgrades to our lab, we have the capability to perform etching and passivation ourselves, and merely engage the University to turn our wafers into solar cells. We have sent the first batch to Arizona last week and should see the results shortly.
In summary, our current programs to advance the AR-Box and our black silicon technology are putting us on the fast track towards sales and commercialization. We are very pleased with our progress in these areas, but I want to assure you that we are not stopping there. Without distracting from our near-term focus on sales and revenue, we are also in advanced discussions with potential industry partners and making very real advancements toward quantum-dot tandem solar cells.
Obviously, I am limited in what I can discuss in these areas until there is news to report. But stay tuned.
In closing, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. We would be happy to brag about our successes and our exciting goals.
Best Regards,
