Entertainment. Glad it helped you though.
Thank you. That's what we've all been telling you all along. Now that you have written it correctly, look up next to the ticker symbol and see who's name is next to it. Thanks for clearing up that only one company can control the ticker. You're awesome. Go SOUP.
Docket 260 dated June 15, 2018
No objections to Karsons petition for relief of stay.
The SEC, FINRA, OTC, and Soupman Inc.(soupq) all disagree so by all means please elaborate on your findings. One issue I would hope you would go into great detail about is that if Soupman Inc is a private company, why are they not demanding their name to be removed from the ticker and this board.
The investor kit is aimed at accredited investors and you must meet that criteria to get the kit.
I see two very important things in the offering of that kit. For one, Gallant is gearing up for something and the other is that they are and intend to continue to run Soupman Inc as a publicly traded company when the q falls off. Enjoy your SOUP.
Well Bruce I gotta admit when it comes to dd millions pretty much has the upper hand on all of us.
Still trading Bb. Soupman inc chapter 11 case closed Nov 2 Bb. Look up at the heading Bb. Soupman inc is the name next to the ticker symbol Bb. It takes quite a few of those months you speak of when things get as screwed up as old management had it Bb. Hang in there and you will get a chance to make some real money. Go soupq (soup)
Post the contract then. Let us be the judge of what you say. Finra doesn't have it listed in the bankruptcy list anymore either. The OTC removed that statement as well. POST THIS SO CALLED CONTRACT!!!!!!
"probably waiting for GBIs approval" sure makes it sound like they have control of the ticker. I agree that they do. Oh, and there is no such thing as GBI shares for anyone to load up on, just Soupman inc shares.
Just not quite enough pulse for some sort of statement or SEC reporting.
A "rumor" on a penny stock message board. LMAO
So there you have it. Y'all ganged up on the lines of bull and all you got out of it was some extra volume with another green close. Keep talking.
Don't know what to tell you there Spumoni. It's the stock market. I don't know what you expect to happen. We are all supposed to know that going in. From what I've read, if you're thick skinned enough to wait on it you could very well own the stock of a lifetime.
Also, it doesn't show up on the finra bankruptcy list and right after the sale of assets in the soup liquidation llc case the OTC dropped the bankruptcy warning after the stop sign and changed the warning to relate to the non disclosure agreement. It is pretty simple just as you say but I am looking forward to whatever baseless negative comment some will come up with to show how ridiculous they are.
These fools want people to believe that this ticker will be cancelled yet it has never even been haulted. Times up on that by the way. If was ever gonna be halted it would have been long ago. Time for a new excuse nay Sayers. Oh, and you better cover and quick.
Meanwhile I sure am enjoying watching the mad dash to cover those "owned" shares. I guess you're too busy doing that to come up with something other than your word to back up your never ending negativity.
You can't burst a bubbl
I don't know Money. I've been looking forward to next week for quite a while. Remember the April 30 deadline for government objections. Monday is 2 business weeks past and Wednesday is 2 calendar weeks past. May not mean squat but I sure do get a warm fuzzy feeling about it.
Twenty dollars worth is unacceptable. I want all you have.
Great, then I guess this is you're way of saying goodbye. Maybe now I can get a decent order to fill if a real one comes around.
No but the guys that screwed everything up causing us to have to wait like this certainly did huh.
You do realize that Soup Liquidation LLC isn't, never has been, and after their chapter 7 walking papers, never will be a publicly traded company. No ticker to go with the name like Soupman Inc (SOUPQ).
Not necessarily. When I sold I vowed to prove I could make my money back on other penny stocks. Took me eight months but I pulled it off. Sounds like a long time but I held glec for nearly ten years with the result of, well you know. I really do wish all of you the best of equal luck in some fashion or another.
No news is the news. This ticker was abandoned years ago.
Bids up every day but little volume. hmm
Even harder to load up on this stock. Tried it. Didn't fill. Put yours out there but please hurry.
Nope. Next to no one selling. Go figure.
Don't sweat it Millions242. The people you we're aiming your post at know it was just a typo and don't think twice about it. The extensive information you post here is greatly appreciated. Go soupq
I can't find any mention of chapter 7 bankruptcy or Soup Liquidation LLC mentioned anywhere on that website you referenced. Please explain.
We have two entities under discussion. soupman inc. and Soup Liquidation LLC. Only one can own the active ticker. Look at the top of this page. It says Soupman inc. (soupq).
Nobody bought the LIQUIDATED shell because the only thing liquidated was what was left over after they sold the ticker and anything else worth having. Take notice, my opinion gives good reason for me to stick around. Your opinion, well, we are all still trying to figure that out.
Wow, I see there is bids higher than the pps yet there is zero volume.
Oh, we didn't know it was a double standard here. Anyway, back to the captgor post #21514. Myself, if I actually believed any of your bull was true I would have moved on long ago. Maybe you should ask yourself why you can't seem to part with a stock that you think doesn't even exist.
Great, show us something from them specifically stating that.
That's actually a good point and I'm glad you brought it up.
First off I am aware of the hypocrisy in me saying that it may not be updated. That's not meant as an excuse at all. I think you may have opened the right can of worms here.
About a month ago I got a private message from a friend telling me pretty much the same as captgor posted. He didn't send me pictures but the issue in the conversation was that Gallants name was on it as well.
I can't get verification for the board myself due to reasons out of my friend and my control but if if call real loud on captgor maybe he can put all this to rest for us.
So far the only information on that subject that has been put out by the company is the ticker symbol on the packageing. Have you got something specifically saying that because that ticker symbol is pretty specific itself.
If there is anyone that wonders about the connection between the soupq or even the soup ticker and soup liquidation llc just type soup liquidation llc in the search box or finra, OTC, or the sec's web page and see. Now try it with Soupman inc.
If anyone out there has a problem with the dollar volume in yesterday's trading, may I suggest asking your boss for a raise.
Go soupq
Relax, it's ok. They already removed the bankruptcy warning. I'm sure it will meet your approval shortly after the 30th provided the government doesn't object to anything. Meanwhile I guess you should be getting yourself fitted for those new Nikes you're gonna need to chance this baby. Go soupq
Yep. Two trades us pretty sad. You know we are golen when not even you can scare more than two people into giving up their shares huh. Go soupq
It's to be expected. This is the normal process of our legal system. Why do you think it should be any different in Soupmans case? Go soupq
I just can't decide which one I like the most or why it matters so can we just keep the both of them. Go soupq
