because he knows it makes muppets like you get worked up and angry!
it says the meeting will be in lieu of the annual meeting.. You don't need a specific date!
Great info. After a conversation with a few leaders at KG I have come to the conclusion that the folks at KG are terrible at business, they are virtually clueless and it shows. There is little to no hope for them as a company and the only value will be selling to a big company. They have pretty good products that do well when in the hands of customers. But these guys have no clue how to make it happen. They seem content to sit around and sell a bit online and in the stores. They are making zero effort to make this a "Rockstar" type of success.
They have had multiple opportunities to add big deals but could not close the deal for what amounted to as pennies. There is a supply chain issue top to bottom that does not enable them to grow.
This is a pure play on a buyout - the company will not amount to anything!
Not if they go BK
What? You're joking right! Clearly you know nothing about this company! They have zero cash flow! Over 90% of the business being done currently is freebies or prepaids from the scam! There is virtually no new cash coming in.
The banks are all looking to recoup some money through liquidation. No bank will loan them any money.
The company has no real tangible assets - except coffee makers and some supplies. It rents/leases/coleases small spots for the stores.
There are only 3 scenarios at this point:
1) They try making a go of it on their own - it will require leadership changes and a pivot in business fast!! They may be able to do so because there is a huge brand awareness now - even if it is negative. There are over 10s millions app downloads. THat is a heck of a user base.
2) It gets bought up - again, that user base is massive now - the database and the app penetration is worth a buy.
3) Bankruptcy - if they can't get any funding (high likelihood), and no positive cash flow, they will have no choice!
Anyone have experience with what happens to shares of stock? It will be OTC - sponsored or unsponsored; Fees now; Can they choose to not even list OTC?
Yup...good video on ARWR Clay....my review was quite the same, but I think there will be some quick breakthroughs at each of the resistance marks.
There is just too much good going on with the company and the biotech community has taken note.
ARWR is doing all the right things as any followers may note. Not only are the technicals looking great, but the company are making all the right moves.
Price targets keep increasing and biotech leaders are taking notice.
However, in the first paragraph:
The accompanying interim financial statements have been prepared by the Company without audit. In the opinion
of management, all adjustments (which include only normal recurring adjustments) necessary to present fairly the
financial position, results of operations, and cash flows as of and for the period ended June 30, 2014, and for all
periods presented herein, have been made.
So they are saying everything needed to make an assessment is in this presentation.
Arrowhead Research (ARWR_) , a biopharmaceutical company, develops targeted RNAi therapeutics in the U.S. This stock closed up 4.5% to $14.50 in Monday's trading session.
Monday's Volume: 3.89 million
Three-Month Average Volume: 2.48 million
Volume % Change: 95%
From a technical perspective, ARWR ripped higher here right above its 200-day moving average of $13.32 with above-average volume. This strong spike to the upside on Monday is starting to push shares of ARWR within range of triggering a big breakout trade. That trade will hit if ARWR manages to take out Monday's intraday high of $15 to some more key overhead resistance at $15.73 with high volume.
Traders should now look for long-biased trades in ARWR as long as it's trending above its 200-day at $13.32 or above its 50-day at $12.92 and then once it sustains a move or close above those breakout levels with volume that hits near or above 2.48 million shares. If that breakout materializes soon, then ARWR will set up to re-test or possibly take out its next major overhead resistance levels at $18 to $20.
Decent is relative...but yes. Happy enough with the price.
and now down!
So I sold a bunch of shares at .002 a few weeks back. What do you guys think is a good point to jump back in? I was hoping for .0001, but with all the potential news...it doesn't seem like it is going back down...thoughts
Nice pop last couple of days. Even though earnings were not great...they were expected and no bad news. Actually, the news was more positive. I expect H2 to be very positive and set MZOR up for a great 2015 and beyond.
Not so hot. Only 4 units sold in Q2. Lot of additional expenses/costs incurred trying to get moving. I think much of this is baked in already as MZOR is way down today. Hopefully, there is not more of a hit.
There are lots of going on for H2 and potentially a lot more sales because of the great product.
From Larry R recent comments:
The Tesla $5 billion dollar Giga Factory announce will focus attention on miners supplying raw materials such as manganese and should allow us to raise money at higher prices this fall. I expect a lot of action in this area later this year.
barcharts.com??? Goes to a publishing company?
.net I am guessing?
Sounds like there is no hope?!
Sounds like AMY holders were screwed?!
Sounds like certain people knew ahead of time?!
Sounds like honest people were cheated?!
Sounds like it is going to get worse?!
Wow...I don't know what say....I have seen my share of good and bad investments, but this one takes the cake. Really bothered!
So is there any recourse investors have at this point?
Santinelli was selling in April at .40 in what appears to be knowledge of what the PFS would end up with...combined with the resignation...it sure begs the question.
There may already be complaints submitted to the securities commission.
Remember all: Please join tomorrow!!!
We are owed and explanation! And my understanding is there will be some provided tomorrow.!!!

Hard to think it can go lower, but hasn't that been said a few time lately?
It could go to zero when they fold up and leave!
At this point no choice but to stick it out...right?
3million sold, but 3million were bought too...right?
3 million volume???
How is it even possible? Who is buying? LOL
So the question is now what?
From every indication it looks like every shareholder has been lied to leading up to this?!
Is there any hope? Do SH have any recourse?
I may not be in the same boat as others, but any profit I had from before has disappeared and am now behind.
To me this seems more than simple risk and there was something wrong altogther?
Anyone heard any new news on the "field trip" out to Artillery?
I am going to Vegas at the end of the month...and am tempted to make a quick detour on the way.
SO back to the field trip...Is anyone planning on attending when dates are known?
Hopefully not in the dead of summer...ugh.
I am def. interested. I went out to Vegas for CES and couldn't take my eyes off AP as I passed...I kept telling my buddy we should pull off and go over to the area. :)
I had a block at .405 and it never got there!!! I was a little disappointed.
Field Trip! Pack a lunch and make a visit!
Big drop today...done nothing but fall like a rock.
I know you like it, but where does the bleeding end?
AONE does not look very good to me? What are you seeing that I don't see?
I don't see any real competitive edge. They lose money on sales. They consistently miss estimates.
OK....while I love those hear those words, what can you elaborate?
I have 106K shares with a CA of .074 so really hope you're right!!!!
Please elaborate?
Shane will be presenting at 10am on 9/12. The line up/competition at the time is decent...but I think Shane may command a little more attention at the conference.
Wow Century...you really brought it with those useful posts!
I can already feel the stock moving.
Please contribute something useful or go play in the freeway.
I sent a note to Nini about the webcast.
When/If she responds I will post whether they will webcast.
http://www.rodmanandrenshaw.com/conferences?id=163&link=confwebcasters
But it does say that the company has to sign up for the service. So Shane has to get setup if it is to be cast. They will be listed here if they are webcasting.
So Preston...in you opinion, how does this help CBBD?
This a a common sense/simple valuation comparison. I think it may be closer to 6x by the time it's all said and done. Anyways....you can do your own math and figure how undervalued PRPCF is!!!!!!!

That's a tough one...I would say it is close. But I have to go with PCY....the coal is guaranteed as much as you can guarantee! The metals still need to be drilled and continued success is necessary.
The NKL drill results that come out later will be key to how much further it will go. If they are positive, as I believe they will be, then I think I would change my answer.
In response to the 23 million shares:
It was a shift by an investor from a Investment account to a retirement account. This shows up as a sale.
