See, even YOU are HOPEFUL. That's a good omen. Go PEII.
I doubt we'll see these prices again. Whatever the short term swings maybe, it will only invite those who have an agenda. Truth be told, we will never see these prices again ever. I know I am still in the realm of speculation here. We shall see.
Approval of the S-1 will be the defining moment in PEII's history going forth.
But this is pure speculation on your part. No one knows the outcome of the S-1. If all businesses relied on speculation, no one would bet their money on it. PEII is more promising than many whose O/S is through the roof and pps way above average. Go PEII
PEII will go higher than 0.06 on its own without help of any deal.
I hope your prediction comes true. I will BUY MORE LIKE CRAZY.
NO! No! What's crazy is going out for a walk with your dog and finding 10 million in rare mint gold coins in a rusty can.
For once, just once, I may have to AGREE with your analysis.
Cakes, No, I am not kidding myself. This is why I am still here. I was expressing a sentiment perhaps held by the markets, not me, per se. I say, anything under .01 is a bargain with PEII. I wholeheartedly agree with your views made in that earlier post.
Cakes, everything you said is true except that, due to heavy dilution in the past months, the market is uncertain in which direction PEII will go. Will they release numbers or will they post more dilution in the ensuing weeks? This uncertainty is causing the pps to stall at one place.
Regardless of the uncertainty, only those will be rewarded, who risk this opportunity. There can't be a better time getting in. I don't think we shall see pps at these levels ever again. JMHO!
Oh yes, slight and not so subtle distinction. You beat me on this. :)
In other words, you simply described how penny stocks work. :)
lol - Hope not!
What's the current o/s and a/s for HYII? Can anyone shed light on it. The company website does not have this information from what I saw. Thanks for the info, if anyone knows it.
Call? What for? The trading for the last few days is just semantics before the big run up. Any one even with myopia can see it coming.
LOL - And a virus with no antidote. Hilarious!
LOL - Dumb people deserve dumb responses.
Why should Mod delete my comments? You bashers have all of a sudden turned sympathetic towards PEII's prospects. It's because your bashing efforts failed and the PPS didn't go any lower than the 52 week low and since your bashing began mostly with innuendo and speculation. So when you all finally figured it won't go any lower you accumulated enough and now dancing to a different tune.
It's one thing if you will feel truly ashamed of yourselves, and its entirely another when we all know you all are manipulators and a bunch of unsuccessfull ones at that.
Winds blowing in another direction. Why am I not surprised?
Is this really news? Seriously. SMH. SREH can do better than fluffing this garbage. Unbelievable.
One day soon, PEII has the potential to get past the dollar. This post 10707 be marked.
Yell o yell hell o hell lol - Your posts are sooo phunnae. It makes me laaaaaf. When PEI goes bust, I shall cry and curse myself for not listening to your wiseazz.
Sweetymom wants to know if you can 'invalidate'. LOL
Grail, after all the explaining you did, sweetmom will once again spin the same. - Invalidate Naz's facts.
You're not dealing with smart people here.
I can! But then, I'll have to keeeel you.
Sorry! Couldn't resist.
Hey Tesla, no winning against the buff oons. Leave them alone.
Thanks! That's all which matters. No further discussion necessary.
The burden of proof lies with Naz and you. What's posted is known by everyone. It's redundant.
Can you invalidate Naz's future prediction with facts?
Come on, don't give me a gibberish followup question. Here, for your limited understanding, one more time -
Can you invalidate Naz's future prediction with facts?
We are longs. Not pumpers. Few if any over here are pumping and encouraging others to buy.
OMFG is what it is. Have you had this experience where some corporation sends a canned response no matter what your specifics? With some people here, it is a similar case of major IQ deflation.
Well, whatever supporting data he has provided thus far, subjective or not is not unseen by other investors. He is not shining light on some unknown dirt and grime which we are unawares of.
It takes a lot to keep a fledgling business afloat. Try your hand at starting one.
I ask now, "Can you ask him first to prove his statements as facts?" - maybe then, I will attempt at your invalidation requests.
How does one invalidate lies and innuendo? Those with a vested interest in PEII can't just pull facts from the sky. They have to wait for the company to get results. It is not as simple as posting on a thread. Business execution and adjusting to market conditions takes a while.
Agree with your assessment. I can't be right all the time. Thanks!
Whatever you wrote about and for Naz was melodramatic at best. Going by your last sentence, yes, you're completely wrong about Naz. He is a manipulator trying to show his penny stock skills by posting excerpts of past pr's and ceo transcripts. That pig needs to be slaughtered. Porky has done nothing but assumed the mantle of a self proclaimed vigilante.
The only knowledgeable investor is the one who will allow sufficient time to elapse per management's announced time table of events, which is due within the next 2 months. Nothing anyone says before that carries any meaning.
Danny, all that is true, fine and dandy, but the truth remains that not all CEO's and management can be trusted. Some blatantly lie and some are career low ball criminals. All your due diligence can only go so far when it comes to the truthfulness of management in Pink and BB stocks. I spend 40% of my time on research, 40% on market sentiment and 10% on crossing my fingers, whichever delivers, I take it. :)
Far as PEII goes, the risk to reward ratio is highly favorable to those who are invested in it. Even the most stable companies on the big board have to deliver results for their shareholders every quarter. PEII is barely getting off the ground, the standards of scrutiny must be held with a different rule-set or we are not being honest with our investments. We all know why this company is listed where it is.
Next week and on looks pretty good. I am not concerned. PEII will deliver. Else why put money when one is a skeptic?
By the way, I have no sympathy for those cryin' over lost money. Get your acts together and become a smart trader. The market is not for whiners who don't accept responsibility for their actions regardless of the excuses thrown out to get acceptance of their circumstances. When anyone loses money, the market (not the stock you're invested in) is telling you how stupid you are. Plain and simple.
CHS1 - I don't know if you're pumping or getting anxious like a little kid waiting for balloons to fly. What are you smoking? I'd like to have some of that. :)
By next week, you will have minus 100. As of now you have zero credibility.
It all begins now.....
