So the hundreds and maybe thousands of investors that have been slaughtered by ill finances should have known better?
All I been seeing is pumping press releases with no ill wind warnings. Show me or should I say us, just one press release that warns investors to beware of the ongoing dilution pollution other than the usual sec filings?
To early? Thank you for the humour.

Does not much matter as they will still be diluting shares to pay for operating expenses. No matter whatever is projected presently. If it does not offset the operating expenses. The shareholders will continue to lose.
Pump and promises!
Somebody better come up with real money. Not shareholder pollution.
Does it matter?
"Certain members of our Board, their affiliates and our executive officers, as stockholders, control our company.
The members of our Board, our executive officers, and Dr. Santilli collectively beneficially own approximately 1.82% of our outstanding common stock (with the inclusion of outstanding options). As a result of this ownership, they have the ability to significantly influence all matters requiring approval by stockholders of our company, including the election of directors. Dr. Santilli and his spouse Carla Santilli, together with their children, Ermanno Santilli, our Chief Executive Officer, and Luisa Ingargiola, a Director (the “Santilli Family”), beneficially maintain voting control over 100% of our outstanding 1,000,000 shares of Series A preferred stock, which entitles the Santilli Family to voting rights in the aggregate of 100,000,000,000 votes. As a result, the Santilli Family has the ability to significantly influence all matters requiring approval by stockholders of our company. This concentration of ownership also may have the effect of delaying or preventing a change in control of our company that may be favored by other stockholders. This could prevent transactions in which stockholders might otherwise receive a premium for their shares over current market prices."

Basically the company needs 5 million dollars a year on my estimate. All depends on funding demands. Maybe less and or whatever?
So at least there is a feel to where things are at. A 5 million dollar yearly revenue received would be just above net profit break even levels.
Unfortunately the stock looks like a printing press gone mad in regards to paying compensation and benefits in my opinion.
VirnetX Holding Corp (VHC). Been a while since I posted on VHC.
It produced some wonderful swings for a great while. I posted I sold off my final swing trade of many trades. Then VHC had peaked thereafter and waned until the verdict. The award of a 1/2 billion dollars from Apple to VHC began another collapse of the VHC share price. Now even with more litigation between the companies. The share price continues to decline rapidly. Must be a load of shorts in the know? I do know it seems ridiculous the share price is down 30% and continuing after the award from the court. Almost ludicrous.
WATCHING!

I think that is what a lot of people are believing. Oh well! I have no way to respond by private messenger. Not that I would have anything to add or say anyhow. I myself also had many alternative thoughts.

Bitcoin Plunges; Bank of America Says Crypto Bubble Is Popping.
Investing.com Investing.com• April 10, 2018
Investing.com – Prices of Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies fell on Tuesday, while a report by Bank of America gathered some attention as it called crypto the greatest bubble in history.
Bitcoin was trading at $6,770.0 by 10:30PM ET (02:30GMT) on the Bitfinex exchange, down 5.2% over the previous 24 hours.
Ethereum, the world’s second largest cryptocurrency by market cap, was down 3.1% at $398.48 on the Bitfinex exchange.
Ripple’s XRP token fell 4.4% to $0.48432 on the Poloniex exchange.
Meanwhile, Litecoin lost 6.0% to $114.53
A report by Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) was in focus on Tuesday, as the second biggest US bank called Bitcoin “the greatest bubble in history”, and that it is popping.
The virtual currency is following the trend of the other massive asset-price bubbles in history, analysts lead by Chief Investment Strategist Michael Hartnett wrote in a note. Bitcoin has fallen more than 65% since peaking in December at $19,511.
In February, Bank of America warned in its annual filing with the SEC that it could face “substantial” costs as it deals with digital coins, and included warnings about the technology among the “risk factors” for investors for the first time.
“The widespread adoption of new technologies, including internet services, cryptocurrencies and payment systems, could require substantial expenditures to modify or adapt our existing products and services,” the bank said.
The document also said cryptocurrencies could make it more difficult for the bank to comply with regulations by impairing its ability to track the movement of customer funds

If you want to trade full-time for a living you have to be prepared for changes in these markets at all times."

The Global M1 money supply is $24 Trillion dollars. Based on the supply of gold of 33,000 metric tons. To cover the total $24 trillion dollars, gold would need to be at $20,662.50 an ounce.

PGNX: Several weeks ago it went down into the $5's where I was a buyer. PGNX has been basing well around the $7.15 area since that time (important). Until this Friday it did dip below $7. Prior to dropping to this level it went to $8.30 area. I did not take profits. I expected a FDA decision, not a delay, even though it is on the fast track (disappointment). Somewhere in the $6's would not be a bad bet in my opinion. I would again emphasize using pocket change as Rawnoc use to term it. You might want to buy in thirds averaging down or up (BuzzOnDaBeach preference). I did not third average as I had a better opportunity some weeks back and I chose two fills 50/50 instead of one (my preference for small fills at the time).
I would set a buy at $6.75 and work from there. Risk is not as bad, as many of these bio tech stocks who are all about one product. https://www.progenics.com/ I do not readily see it running down into the pink sheets at this time on bad news.
Time: "U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that the Agency will extend its review of the New Drug Application (NDA) for AZEDRA® (iobenguane I 131) by three months to July 30, 2018."
I emphasize caution as always, when playing with bio-fire crackers.
Playing with pocket change it is a lot easier on the nerves. Pigs get fed, Hogs get slaughtered. Light play with a light reward. Lunch money.
I trust this answers your question and a little more.
You must understand lovethatgreen suffers from Coprophobia.
.......being full of it.
PGNX pocket change play. The delayed news from the FDA had no mention of efficacy or safety concerns. It is already on the fast track program.
Progenics Pharmaceuticals Announces Three-Month Extension of PDUFA Date for AZEDRA® (iobenguane I 131)
"The extension is the result of the submission of additional Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) information by Progenics, which required additional time for FDA review. The standard three-month extension is not related to the efficacy or safety data of AZEDRA.
https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=77014971
Note to traders:
Patience is affordable with the time delay to find a good dip. In my opinion.

I like your attitude.
Your just so jealous!
Good to hear from you.
Filing that NT 10-k was just so lame.
I remember you being his thorn for a while. As I think back, as slow as it is. Unfortunately some of it is coming back and it hurts. lol
I think he appreciated you being his daily asshole. Being categorized, he then knew how to avoid you. lol! Though he never banned you.
I forgot all about Raging Bull board. I do not think we mingled so much on that board. I stayed completely away from JBI. Never made one comment of this board about JBI. Never owned any JBI shares either. I think that kept me out of trouble on this board. It was way to controversial and I had received a good dose of education earned prior to that. Some people made out very well on JBI. While others did not. I do remember Raw and Brigg taking a lot of abuse off the message boards for their involvement. Promo is part of the small cap game. It is not going away. It is a business with numerous promoters.
Well I think I will give you a member mark 236.
I remember when we first come in contact through the Abel Labs Yahoo message board. Six years the company fudged records, 1999 through 2005.
I had no idea, but one day everything came to a stop. Luckily I was holding free shares. Luckily I was able to sell the remaining shares promptly. Education earned I call it looking back. https://www.fiercepharma.com/regulatory/fda-disbars-4-quality-control-execs-from-defunct-able-laboratories
Then sometime either in between Able Labs. Raw introduced me to the Investorshub. Unfortunately I have forgotten a lot when later on myself
I took on a sickness and lost many of my energies and memories for a time being. More education earned.
Education earned provided some very spectacular winners, luckily there was a way to offset some of my earned education of some not so spectacular winners (write offs). Many companies I got fooled by unfortunately, but then it was my decision to invest. All in all most things worked out after a long period of earning education. One of Rawnoc's best was to distinguish real credibility. He was a reader of Peter Lynch and would urge for others to read Lynch writings.
Thank you for responding.
Did she happen to say how he died? Really appreciate you responding.
Why no obituary?

Why I hang out on this board? I guess because this stock was a regular swing trader. No matter what the company politics with financing are all about. I do not feel like I make a very good moderator for someone who has lost a major interest due to certain activities. So I think I will watch from the sidelines as a regular. I do not want to pretend to mislead anyone, especially the way the stock has been trading.
So I am removing myself as moderator regardless. I will keep the board on follow and watch from the sidelines.
My best to all. My best to the company also.
Very shocked Rawnoc has passed. I just have a hard time believing it. I have not found an obituary confirming William Friedman death. For any differences we had. We sure had some great laughs, besides him being a valuable instructor no matter what others might say. Con man some say or not he was actually great during his time. He knew the small stock game. I just do not feel he has really passed on.
Well even though we did not hang for a while on this board. I read many of his posts an picks on the board. Even though it seems like Mike dominated the board the past several months.
If true! Rest in peace William.
No reason for me to be hanging out as moderator. I know little about PALDF.
I have not kept up on the reading for sometime now. Nor have I even owned any shares for a very long time. So I am going to bow out of the moderator position.
My best to all.
