So the hundreds and maybe thousands of investors that have been slaughtered by ill finances should have known better?

All I been seeing is pumping press releases with no ill wind warnings. Show me or should I say us, just one press release that warns investors to beware of the ongoing dilution pollution other than the usual sec filings?
