Well, I've had an order in for 50K at .009 for the last 45 minutes and etrade isn't filling it. I usually get my orders for that amount filled instantly.
Hmm... I wondered about that. I wondered why only 2 questions were asked. The conference was pointless then (if indeed they blocked questions). Thanks for sharing that.
One question... Did you sit in on the shareholder conference call? If so, did you ask any questions? If not, why not?
I see a lot of people here talking about him not communicating, but I only heard two questions during that conference call.
I'm also a shareholder here, a shareholder who has held on to my stock through the ups and downs... I would not vote him off Twitter, because I like having immediate access to him for clarification of things.
Thanks for pinning it!
I think it needs a sticky too. It's an interesting article and gives a little more insight into the business model. If they can implement their business plan, this has huge potential.
That potential is why I've gone long, It's going to take a lot of patience though. We are going to have our ups and downs, but as long as they keep showing progress (which they have!), I will hang in there and try to buy more on the dips. I'm either going to have a really nice long term capital gain or a tax write-off for the loss. LOL
I had to laugh, someone posted here, that these guys were living like kings.. did you notice in the article, it said they all live together! LOL I wondered how they were surviving on such low wages from the company! They have a vision/dream they're trying to fulfill and evidently, willing to sacrifice to make it a reality.
This goes hand and hand with a post I made earlier in the week. Having a good visual effects department on location at the studio is going to be a huge positive. For those of you who missed it, here's the post I made:
To the longs. I just watched a very interesting video on youtube titled "The Future of Visual Effects". It caught my eye, because the CEO of Prime Focus (Namit Malhotra) was on it. It's a short video, but interesting. The video starts out asking a question along the lines of "what's next for visual effects and the business".
The answer by Chris deFaria (produced Gravity)is very interesting and why I think Prime Focus providing not only equipment, but skills and supervision on location (at the studio) is going to be key. I think it will be another big reason Producers/Directors are going to want to come to this studio to make their movies.
I won't try to explain what he said, just watch it.. it's a very short video!
I'm not sure what kind of theater distribution it's going to get, but these days, films are making a high percentage of their overall revenues from streaming. So, I'm not going to get too concerned, if it isn't a total blockbuster at the theaters.
I love movies.. that's probably an understatement, I'm a movie addict.. but, I hardly ever go to a theater anymore. I have a beautiful big screen plasma and a roku. I just rent the movies through Amazon or On Demand. I rent a lot of movies on my Ipad when I'm traveling too.
From everything I've read, I can see all the pot heads/druggies wanting to get high and watch this movie! LOL LOL LOL It's going to have a cult following.
I think it's going to do very well...
Here's more of the article. To pick up where Conix post leaves off..Scroll down and look for the bolded "Reader, remember from now on when you see Bob think your own name!" It's actually interesting to read about costs in a normal production environment.

Thanks 408. here's the rest of the review and I like what he said on several fronts.

Richie, none of us are happy about what has taken place here (well, except for the shorters!).
However, we all knew dilution would come with this stock and we bought anyway. They've stressed in every filing that they would have to dilute. It takes money to make money.
I know the dilution the last couple of days has been really harsh, but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Manu is on a multi-country business trip. Let's see what he comes home with. That dilution might bring us something good.. I stress the word might! LOL
I sincerely hope you blow off all your steam tonight and then get over it. If I understand your posts, you weren't able to sell today.. maybe that's a good thing.
Either way, I wish you the best.
I've been reading through the posts and I have to laugh. Some of you guys are worse then a bunch of "catty" women! ROFL
Thanks artisang, I missed your posts from earlier this morning. Too many posts to go back and read through.
I e-mailed them about 30 minutes ago (I wanted it in writing).. I haven't heard anything back.
I know what it was as of April 1st.. Manu posted on twitter (on the 1st) that the I/O was 327,883,654 shares. You can find what the insiders hold in the last 10K.
Here's what doesn't make sense to me. Everyone is saying the dilution started today because the authorized of 5B became effective today. However, they had a previous authorized of 500M, which means they could have been dumping almost 170M between the 1st and today, but we didn't see it.
I still think today was from note holders and shorters. We saw some bashers show up last night before anything even started. Then people who panicked with the words dilution. The only other explanation could be some deal he's made the last couple of days while on his trip that required dollars.
Some of you people really need to change your mind set about CEOs on Twitter. Social Media is the future and I like having access. It's a way of life for the under forty.
One of the most successful CEO's I know, posts on Twitter all the time. He posts about his companies and he posts about where he is having breakfast. I wonder if his investors are complaining about him on twitter? I can tell you, I have had inside insight to this CEO and he could care less what people think. Which is one of the reasons he's accomplished a lot of things.. things that people said couldn't be done. He doesn't bow to anyone. Those are the type of CEOs I invest in.

Not all shorts, just a few. :)

LOL It's no freaking secret. He posted it on twitter with a picture! I doubt seriously he would do that if people were looking for him!
You crack me up!
ROFL.. you should do some dd before spilling out this crap. Manu is in Mumbai (India) right now on business.
I picked up some more the last hour too. I thought about waiting until tomorrow (in case it goes lower), but I have a lot of meetings and was worried I would miss it before it bounces back or before they release the technology PR. HA
I'm guessing the selling was more converted stock from the notes and I think we might have had a couple of shorters jumping on the band wagon.
As bad as I hate to see us go back down, I was thankful to pick up more cheap shares. If you are long, this is another buying opportunity.
A lot of Penny stocks have been performing really bad this week, so I don't think a lot of people have been able to pull profits from other trades to drop here. LOL
They will... I will...
Yes, I sold last week (as soon as I read the footnotes on their NT10K and the 8K). I'm glad I did, I still got out with a minor profit.
I will continue to watch this one, because it moves nicely. I just don't think they're going to make a real profit as long as the visa issues continue. They've had that issue for quite a while. Evidently the lobbyist (Ben Barnes Group) they paid, hasn't made any headway with the US Department of Labor.
Thank you, good to know!
I have a question about the chart. I understand the RSI and Candlesticks. I know the RSI pointing back up is a positive. I want to make sure I understand the MACD lines. Ideal situation would be for the 12 line to cross back up over the 26 line..is that correct?
I can live with a multi week/month run, but I have patience too. This is really the only stock I feel comfortable in.. even when it has the little dips.
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing beamin1! It's refreshing to finally see some real dd here instead of all the childish bickering!
This is not a pink sheet stock, it's on the OTCQB. There's a big difference in reporting. OTCQB has to have current SEC reporting, pinksheets do not.
There were two PRs (March 20 and 21) which covered the contract with Shore. The first PR was put out by Shore (had MDNT symbol) talking about the contract and the second PR, Medient confirmed they had appointed Shore. Neither PR had dollar figures.
Here's a link to all of Medient's PRs (which showed up on Ihub).

No problem Dr. P, you're allowed a few days off! HA
I love the news today. The movie has a lot of popular stars. It's going to take time for the news to make the rounds, but I think it will bring some new eyes to MDNT.
Cheers!
Sorry, but we are way past that conversation... we had that conversation weeks ago and we've done nothing but go up! Good Luck! LOL
I think you might be surprised the number of kids/adults still read paper comics. My 12 yr old grandson loves them. There are still a lot of collectors out there too.
I had to laugh about your statement about advertising "kid stuff". Do you have any idea how much is spent a year on advertising for kids?
When we went to a comic-con in Louisville two weeks ago, they handed out a free comic book at the door. The comic was printed just for this comic-con (had Louisville on the bottom of the cover). I'm sure they weren't expecting a million of them distributed at the door. It had several ads in it..electronic games, movies, comic sites, etc.
Many parents were buying their kids comics. However, there were also plenty of adults buying comics that weren't exactly geared for kids. I think the popularity of Marvel movies/TV shows, Walking Dead and Dr. Who has caused a resurgence of comics.
It was also amazing how many comic character toys, bracelets, posters, etc were being sold.
ROFL! EOM
The markets are ugly today.. even my big board stocks are red. MDNT is actually holding up better then most of the pennies today. We will probably linger around the .02s until we have a catalyst to take us on the next leg up.
Still expecting some more good news in April!
Thanks Dr. P. I would love an updated chart from you!
