As soon as I read about the RS I got out for the most part. I do have some left. You can spin it any way you want, but the current shareholders are always being destroyed by a RS. And now with an AS increase to 1 billion, although not all will be outstanding, who says he can't continue increasing the OS, just because he can't get financing? This thing could go back to a penny and then sub penny again..
Keep your eyes on the main things here:
-Uplisting and fully reporting by the end of the year.
-Ramping up production to 500 tpd by the end of next year.
All other news should be seen as a bonus...(SRGE).
I received an e-mail stating that Southridge will be delisted on the Berlin Exchange.. The Pink Sheets is not a regulated market under the Berlin Exchange rules, so it will be delisted as of October 19th...There's no link with upgrading to a higher tier..
About the penny stock website pumps and dumps..Why do people pay so much attention to those sites? Those sites are irrelevant for the long term and if the company shows good fundamentals and it delivers what it promises, it would trade higher anyway.
Stay focused on the fundamentals. Also good to see that the issue of the ownership of Cinco Minas has been solved..
Still waiting for the company to get current with audits/taxes and upgrade to a higher tier..That will be an important event if it happens..
I thought about that, and that's possible, but still speculation..
I inquired about this, hoping to get an answer..
The pdf notice was placed on September 19th..
I checked Southridge Enterprises on the Berlin Exchange and went to this link when I searched for Southridge:
http://www.boerse-berlin.com/data/publications/Publication_36058.pdf
It says delisting as of October 19th, effective October 22nd.
Been following this for a long time. Next step for SRGE is the uplisting and full audits/filings etc. We'll see if they go through with it..
Looks promising..
Good news :)
If you go to http://www.cologold.com/investors.htm you'll see a projection of their timelines for revenue. It's for 2011, but you can still extrapolate that to 2012:
August 2011 - Certify the Mill for operation
September 2011 - Accept ore processing from nearby properties (first revenue), continue exploration programs at CGFI owned properties
October 2011 - Process ore from Company mines
December 2011 - First operating revenue
You get 5 months with this, but just how much extra work needs to be done, is uncertain. It could be more months work or less.
If they get the conditional approval for the permit, they can already proceed with the 8 approved portions of the Environmental Protection Facilities. Meaning they can proceed with their plans and do real work on the mill.
Page 8:
"Rather than deny AM-03, the Division determined a conditional approval was warranted whereby the Applicant may proceed with the approved portions of the plan while further pursuing the approval of the Environmental Protection Plan for the Mill Tailings Repository through follow-up Technical Revisions and/or Amendments."
I don't know if they can get this last Technical Revision done before August 9/10th though. 2 1/2 weeks to get the last thing done and approved seems very short time to me.
I don't know if that's included in the 300$ costs. If it's not included then you would subtract 4.680.00 $ - 270.000 $ (salaries management 2011) = 4.411.000 $
4.411.000 $ / 1.000.000.000 = 0,00441 $ / share without the net earnings multiplier. So it's not that much different.
Of course if you have 2.000.000.000 shares outstanding then divide every number by 2.
The 300 $ costs/oz isn't much. Check out this article by Jim Sinclair who writes about the costs of mining. 750 $ /oz max and then to have 300 $ /oz for the costs of mining is really low. It's a good deal.
http://www.jsmineset.com/2012/04/26/not-everyone-who-writes-about-mining-knows-about-it
Best case scenario: cashflow/production beginning of July Q3 2012.
Worst case scenario: cashflow/production end of September Q3 2012.
I am patient and willing to wait to see how this will work out.
A good article and pictures about the process of artisanal mining.

I calculated a price per share projection for year 1 as per the presentation sheets of the press conference
on May 17th 2012. I've also used posts from EasyBet post #65410 and from H3Capital post #65960
for the information.
1) price per share Dutch Gold
1a) price per share Dutch Gold including the net earnings multiplier
1b) price per share Dutch Gold including the remediation projects revenue (sheet 10 press conference)
1c) price per share Dutch Gold including the remediation projects revenue (sheet 10 press conference) and net earnings mutiplier
2) price per share Dutch Gold per sheet 10 press conference May 17th 2012
2a) price per share Dutch Gold per sheet 10 press conference May 17th 2012 including the net earnings multiplier
2b) price per share Dutch Gold per sheet 10 press conference May 17th 2012 including the remediation projects revenue (sheet 10 press conference)
2c) price per share Dutch Gold per sheet 10 press conference May 17th 2012 including the remediation projects revenue (sheet 10 press conference) including the net earnings multiplier
Disclaimer: These are calculations/projections and not an incentive to buy or sell this stock.
Assumptions:
.3 oz /tonne
100 tonnes/day
20 days/month
1600 $ (spotprice gold, rounded)
1.000.000.000 outstanding shares
net earnings multiplier
year 1 cashflow starting July 2012 Q3
30 oz * 20 days= 600 oz / month
600 oz * 1600 $ = 960.000 $ / month
cost of production = 300 $ / oz
600 oz * 300 $ = 180.000 $
960.000 $ - 180.000 $=780.000 $ /month
JV 50 % ==> 780.000 $ / 2 = 390.000 $ / month for Dutch Gold
Multiply by 12 months ==> 4.680.000 $ / year for Dutch Gold
1) 4.680.000 $ / 1.000.000.000 shares (outstanding) ==> 0,00468 $ / share Dutch Gold
1a) Net earnings multiplier 0,00468 $ * 20 = 0,0936 $ / share Dutch Gold
Add remediation projects revenue: 6.000.000 $ (cash flow projection sheet 10 press conference)
4.680.000 $ + 6.000.000 $ = 10.680.000 $
1b) 10.680.000 $ / 1.000.000.00 shares (outstanding) ==> 0,01068 $ / share Dutch Gold
1c) Net earnings multiplier 0,01068 $ * 20 = 0,2136 $ / share Dutch Gold
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Per sheet 10 press conference May 17th 2012 it would be:
2) 5.000.000 $ / 1.000.000.000 shares (outstanding) ==> 0,005 $ / share Dutch Gold
2a) Net earnings multiplier 0,005 $ * 20 = 0,10 $ / share Dutch Gold
Add remediation projects revenue: 6.000.000 $ (cash flow projection sheet 10 press conference)
Per sheet 10 press conference May 17th 2012 it would be:
5.000.000 $ + 6.000.000 $ = 11.000.000 $
2b) 11.000.000 $ / 1.000.000.000 shares (outstanding) ==> 0,011 $ / share Dutch Gold
2c) Net earnings multiplier 0,011 $ * 20 = 0,22 $ / share Dutch Gold
I wrote in my earlier posts that this will be trending higher until the day of the press conference. It didn't trend as high as I thought it could. But this is good news. How many times have we seen stocks run up to multiple pennies and stocks being dumped on the news and tank afterwards?
This has not happened here. It didn't get the run up as you normally get when stocks are being pumped.
This hasn't even gone up to a penny yet so the downside will be limited. Even when this goes down, there will be a lot of bidsitters sitting around 0,003 or 0,002 to get a hold of these shares.
One thing to remember is that the news is going to be POSITIVE. DGRI has the opportunity here to leave their past behind. Yes, mistakes have been made in the past but that is not guaranteed to happen in the present or the future as well. Be aware of the past and aware of everything that happened in the past, but also remember that every day is a new day with new opportunities. Circumstances change, and with it, possibilities arise.
Let's all have a great day today.
This is what I'm talking about..Attract the bigger investors..:)
Great news..
Agreed on that one..Of course I meant that they wouldn't need pumping if they delivered..:)
If DGRI comes up with the goods on May 17th (i.e financing+JV) then they won't
need to promote it. The financing alone should be enough to attract investors.
And a reason they want this press conference at NASDAQ Market could be to attract the
major/big investors.
It doesn't make sense to announce a press conference there and come up with nothing..
I'm looking for substance...
Remember, what happened in the past doesn't mean it will happen now as well..
Circumstances change all the time..What happened then is not a precursor of what's going to happen now..
Stop living in the past and focus on the present..
Go DGRI ..
Agreed.. This will trend higher until May 17th.. And on May 17th we'll know where we stand..
Yes,
After the weekend the pump and dumpers will arrive. This is on radar now ... Trade accordingly...
Conix,
Can you put the press release in the DD box?
Thanks,
That wall @ 0,0017 is gone..After 0,0016 I see 0,0018.
There's about 1.5 million @ 0,0016 left as of now..
@ 0,0012 and it's in red, which means it was a sell..
For those new here: check out their Powerpoint presentation listed in the DD ..
Also check my post #55768
Pay attention to slide 17 in the presentation.
This could be the news, but for the real news we have to wait until May 17th.
While I'm writing this we're #9 on the breakout board
Dutch Gold Resources, Inc. (DGRI)
#17 on the breakout board Dutch Gold Resources, Inc. (DGRI)
I guess we won't be under the radar for much anymore now..:)
Exactly..:) (DGRI)
0,0014 's up already ..Going faster now..
You wouldn't do a press conference there if the news you put out would be all fluff..There must be some substance in it!
DGRI still under the radar for now..
How the NASDAQ Marketsite works ..
http://money.howstuffworks.com/nasdaq-marketsite.htm
Ok, my mistake..So they'll have this press conference on May 17th and afterwards a conference call on May 18th?
I do hope they get it right this time.
Press conference instead of a conference call..:).
They must be up to something..:)
If they have news, they should PR it before the CC..And then expand on it during the CC. They shouldn't be waiting for the CC to put news out IMHO..
At the rate this is going down, I would say they have a week/maybe 2 weeks at most to come up with something substantial..
Check out slide 17 of their Powerpoint presentation. I believe this is the most important slide of that presentation:
Management believes that it has access to sufficient capital to build value in Q2
So they're saying they have enough money to start building value.
Also:
Close one acquisition/JV that will be cash flow generative in Q3
This one confuses me a little. Does this mean they close a jv/acquisition in Q2 so that there will be cash flow in Q3 or close a jv/acquisition in Q3 so that it will generate cash flow after Q3? I believe it's the former, because the title of the slide says "Q2 Management Goals". That would mean a jv/acquisition before the end of June. If anyone knows more, please correct me it's wrong.
Any way you look at it, between now and half a year we will see where Dutch Gold will stand and if they kept their promise. Until then, I'm willing to wait.
I'm liking the consolidation here..:).
What a day :).
I'd like to see some consolidation between 1 and 2 cents before news hits. It's going up too fast again..GDSM is too strong to hold down, it seems..:).
It's good to see the board getting somewhat back to normal again.
After reading those posts after the big shakedown, I have to say something about it.
People on this board ( you know who you are :) ) do a great job to provide DD about the company.
After these big shakes, people started bashing the ones who provided the DD, essentially blaming them for getting in and losing money.
I would like to remind you, that you and you alone are responsible for doing your own DD.
You can get information from the DD here, but you're responsible for making that choice and
living with that choice.
After GDSM being the most read board a lot of people came in here and wild price projections flew around.
I still see some price projections now and then, but if we can keep this to a minimum, people's expectations
wouldn't be so high and the fall in share price wouldn't be such a surprise to them.
We have to give GDSM time to prove themselves to us. Where will they stand half a year from now?. Will they deliver what they promise?.
If not, move on. If yes, stick around for more.
Just my 0.0117 $cents worth on this Saturday morning :).
Good luck to all of us :).
What a day! I've been following L2 especially the last hour.
Issuing these warrants means that the funding investors will do everything in their power to get this stock over 0.15 to make a profit. Oherwise they will lose money when the stock stays below 0.15. That's how you should read this "supplemental information".
Holding long and strong :). And I never say no to making some money :).
There are more eyes than ever on GDSM so I wouldn't expect any less volume. Most people just wait until it's safe to get in and that's what I see happenning now :).
Yes, financially :)
I would also like to say to people not to sweat the day to day stuff. Stocks go up and down all the time. Think longer term instead of only daytrading. It will ease your mind which is also better for the long term :).
I'm a free member here for now, so I can't post much, but you can be assured that I'm reading each and every post here :).
Hello everyone,
I've been lurking for a long, long time and decided to post just now :). I'm in and I'm holding.
I have time and patience. No need to rush :). This stock could be a lifechanger.
