It's a penny stock play for risk verses reward. You shouldn't own PSPW if you cant afford to loose. That's the game.

Falak has changed directions but has not given up. I know for a fact Filings were held up due to audits. I will hold my shares until end of year. I have a large chunk of gains I dont want to pay taxes on so PSPW will off set it. We are not dead yet.

looking forward to Filings soon too but gut feeling September. ill be overwhelmed as long as its this year, if not then the ship has sunk.

I guess it is some SEC rule for keeping the ticker alive. I did speak to SEC over a year ago and they weren't worried about PSPW due to them not diluting and bleeding the market. All we can do is wait it out and see if Falak uses the PSPW shell for something.

Great summary and many have the same scenario . It's been a long road but I can say we are slowly moving forward. Nothing is dead but wheels are turning. This is definitely the year for closure good or bad.

Will June be our month for Filings?

It's a lottery play. I for one was following the Billionaire's and looking forward to Falak working the PSPW shell. It seems they have failed and made many mistakes along the way. I now feel they thru PSPW under the bus and in the back of the pile of projects. It happens a lot in business . Who knows what this year will bring but you are correct with no proof of a reverse merger. All I do know is they have been working on files for the last two years that makes no sense in the timeline. All I want is closure whether we win or not. I'll hang out until year end and write off my losses going into 2025. It's been a great year in the Market with many having strong gains. No one likes to pay taxes on realized gains so PSPW will help that problem. Have a great weekend.

I would say PSPW has not been a priority to Falak. It definitely could make them a lot of money but who knows what their next step /direction will be?
