Haaaaa....Nice! Let's crank up the volume here as we take off....
ECDC
ECDC
ECDC
ECDC
ECDC
ECDC
Welcome to the ECDC party gail... You'll be enjoying a steady guaranteed profit with the rapidly gaining potential and momentum of Earthsearch and it's innovative unique technology...as soon as we conquer these shorters that pps will fly...
Great job on the ECDC research Sharky Marky... I agree that everyone should also make the same phone call as you did and file the same complaint. We should also send the CEO an email to make sure he is aware that this issue could be happening again. We have a solid team of longs here, so let's consolidate our efforts together and break down this wall to put the pps where it deserves to be...
Yeah, this definitely needs to be looked into. I'm in for the long haul too, and this will correct itself sooner or later and is guaranteed to take off at some point. Problem is it should have launched already, but is being prevented for some of the reasons you outlined. I suggest you contact the CEO and make sure he is aware of this issue. He's a nice guy, and responsive. I emailed him last week about something and he got back pretty quick. His email is kayalade@earthsearch.us. Let me know if you hear anything back...
I saw that too but wasn't sure what to make of it...
Definitely...I had a feeling this lull in PNGM wouldn't last for long, pps should be picking up quick with the recent PR release and huge potential ahead of us...
Great. I agree everyone should do the same...these numbers make no sense whatsoever...
Yeah, PNGM is looking real good. Glad I held long on my previous shares, and about to swoop up some more at this low pps before word spreads of the updated PR...
Yeah, it's ridiculous. FLNTF is trying to take off but they're preventing it...should be illegal.
Nice...some new PNGM news:
Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Completion of Acquisition or Disposition
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/110516/pngm.pk8-k.html
Oh yeah, the sales will come. As much as everyone here complains about management, we at least have a solid product for a penny stock with this low of a pps, rather than some fly by night "company". I'll be holding long on my shares and continuing to wait patiently because there is plenty of potential with MSLP:)...
Haven't heard any CEYY PR recently, but I'm sure something should be out before too long. They were on quite a roll with all their PR regarding their new insurance agreements, coverages, new clinics opening, licensing their product into existing licensed medical clinics, private negotiations with medical factoring companies, etc., so I'm going to continue holding long...lots of potential here. Their NT 10-Q should be out soon, as of today looks like it was going to be submitted late...
I agree, astute investors will see the potential with FLNTF regardless of what else is happening. This is a solid outfit with multiple projects in multiple domains in multiple territories:
-Godslith Lithium Project (Manitoba)
-Valleyview Lithium Project (Alberta)
-Vermilion 15 Potash Project (Alberta-Saskatchewan Border)
-Lewis Strike Gold Project (Yukon)
-TEELS LITHIUM PROJECT (Mineral County, Nevada)
-Mollie River Gold Project (Ontario)
-Whitesides Gold/Base Metals Project (Ontario)
The main attraction to FLNTF for many has been the fact that their Valleyview lithium properties are estimated to hold billions of pounds of lithium (5 of their 46 claims properties were the ones optioned out to LEXG), which means they have explosive potential to skyrocket when this is tapped. However, with their gold (very active as recent posts have pointed out in terms of moving their drilling closer to a gold exploration company recently), potash and other trade metal projects, those are the icing on the cake here. FLNTF is a win-win company, and I'm holding my long positions to stay on this train as long as I can because it will no doubt continue picking up full steam ahead...
I totally agree, this ECDC shorting is ridiculous. However, as we continue to gain ground with more long holds and more control of the float, it will continue driving the pps upwards and all the shorters are going to be really upset they didn't grab a big solid long position in ECDC at these prices when they were available. The bottom line is that this stock, company, and innovative technology have no where but up to go. Regardless of what pps everyone on this board bought into (and should keep buying at this low pps if smart), patience is guaranteed to pay off here in ECDC land. It's a matter of "when" (likely to be soon), no longer a question of "if" ECDC will take off at this point. So I'm just sitting here enjoying the ride in the meantime through the peaks and valleys, feeling bad for all the shorters and all the cash flow they could have been in on had they taken long positions...
There are quite a few that I follow, I'd have to run through my follow list to put them all together. However, if you put ECDC in the Twitter search for tweets you'll see some of them as you scroll through...
High alerts and stock watches all over Twitter for ECDC... Starting to rumble...
Great, thanks for the link! I've been waiting patiently with my shares of AUMY to start an upwards trend...
Agreed. I had already invested in ZSTN previously based on their March/April ranking in the top 150 on the 2011 Forbes "China's Best SME", and their target price of $14. This was even before any of the talks were rumored with ECDC. I also plan to get more since their pps is unbelievably low at the moment...
ZSTN is definitely not a fraud, and ECDC recognizes that, otherwise they wouldn't have put the letter out since this has been an ongoing "controversy". This will all blow over, the truth will be clear, and lawyers playing their lottery game will go home empty handed IMO.
Yep, I'll be casting my ECDC net out tomorrow as wide as possible to catch what I can too. I snagged some more deep discounts Fri, but wishing I would've picked up twice the load I did now, could be the last dip we see into the 03's...
Sweet crude, are you able to re-post the lengthy post that SuperC had put up this morning? It was excellent, clearly took a lot of time and effort, and I think a lot of investors would significantly benefit from reading it. It was extremely informative and very convincing of why ECDC is such a solid investment, explaining why people should get on board while they can... It would be much appreciated and it would benefit all of us, thanks!
Yeah, I read it on the Earthsearch website Fri after market close. Great news for all of us longs, should be a great week! SuperC had posted a great post regarding why ECDC is such a great investment and I think a lot of readers would benefit from reading it, as well as helping to help eliminate doubt anyone may have about getting on board while they can...
SuperC, can you please re-post your post that you had put up this morning? It was excellent, clearly took a lot of time and effort, and I think a lot of investors would significantly benefit from reading it. Sorry to see you and Sharky Marky got into it earlier. From reading the back and forth posts, I think there was a complete misinterpretation and misunderstanding because you're both clearly on the same ECDC team here... Anyway, a re-post would be really appreciated, because I'm not sure where it went. Thanks in advance and I hope everyone has a great week here on the ECDC train which is rapidly gaining momentum...
You're right. Really wishing I would've picked up more ECDC than I did on Fri at this pps in the .03s. One thing I've enjoyed on this ECDC train has been their PR timing... Always makes for a long weekend in anticipation of Mondays...
It must have been after market close Fri because I read it on their site Fri evening. I almost posted it here last night but didn't know if it was new since it wasn't dated. No where but up and forwards for ECDC fellas...
Thanks, I saw that letter last night on the Earthsearch website, but didn't know if it was new either since I didn't see a date on it...either way, blast off is imminent at some point...
That's what I'm holding out for too...just a matter of time and patience...
For sure, I stockpiled more Fri and am about to do the same Mon morning. The great thing about this penny stock is that all of us longs realize there is no where for ECDC to go but up with the solid innovative products that will driving it by continuing to explode globally...sooner or later, without a doubt, patience will be a huge pay off here!!!
I have borrowed a couple excerpts below from author MarkSharky (Sharky Marky, assuming this was you on the Yahoo blog??) which are insightful. This whole "controversy" turned out to be for the reasons below, as well as from some shorter's game plan to make cash.
"There are several legitimate reasons for SAIC reported financial statements not to match those numbers filed with the SEC. First of all, the SAIC is the business registrar and not the Chinese equivalent of the SEC. The SAIC does neither review nor audit financial statements submitted with the annual inspection report. Most companies see the sole purpose of an SAIC filing in getting their business license renewed, and some even hire a third party to do the filing for them."
"Another reason is the difference in accounting principles. Chinese documents are audited under PRC GAAP, while SEC filings are based on U.S. GAAP standards for financial reporting. There are many differences between those standard, starting with how revenue is recognized. I can't get into detail here but the bottom line is that certain key numbers don't have to be the same in order to still both be correct.
Roth Capital points out several other possible reasons for divergent filings:
Business Consolidation: In China every legal entity has to file its own annual inspection report with the SAIC. This includes every individual division or subsidiary of the U.S.-listed company and a separate report from the parent company. Sometimes the parent report is consolidated while other times it is not. According to Roth, inter-company transactions might be treated differently than in the U.S.: "For U.S. GAAP purposes, inter-company transactions are treated carefully to avoid double counting. However, for PRC tax purposes, PRC tax professionals may seek to use inter-company transactions in ways to minimize tax. This includes using different consolidation approaches and/or using inter-company transactions to allocated profits to entities that are subject to lower tax rates (including Hong Kong companies or PRC entities that have special tax benefits)."
I also borrowed this link from the Yahoo discussion board which describes the difference between SAIC and SEC filing, explains why there is a difference between SAIC and SEC filing of ZSTN, and gives more evidence that ZSTN is not a fraud.

On yeah brotha...I'm about to pull in some more, this ECDC pps won't last long...
Oh yeah...picked up another load at .031, these prices are a steal...
Per the FLNTF website (with associated maps and further details):
Valleyview Lithium Project (Alberta)
First Lithium has earned 100% interest in nearly 90,000 acres, including 10,496 ha under a 3 year option to Lithium Exploration Group (LEXG:OTCBB), with lithium contained in basinal brines of the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. A report by the Alberta Research Council in 1995 discusses the area as having potential for very large resources of Lithium within formation waters. The property acquired covers a large portion of the area deemed "producible" for Lithium by the government study. In the report, the Alberta Research Council provides a "historical resource estimate" of roughly 2.8 billion lbs. Li2O. The estimated concentrations of Li compare favourably with the known lithium brine deposits in Nevada, which are currently in production.
Projects
With lithium contained in both brines and pegmatite, gold quartz claims and a prospective potash deposit, First Lithium Resources is well positioned for the near future.
-Godslith Lithium Project (Manitoba)
-Valleyview Lithium Project (Alberta)
-Vermilion 15 Potash Project (Alberta-Saskatchewan Border)
-Lewis Strike Gold Project (Yukon)
-TEELS LITHIUM PROJECT (Mineral County, Nevada)
-Mollie River Gold Project (Ontario)
-Whitesides Gold/Base Metals Project (Ontario)
http://www.firstlithiumresources.com/Projects/Valleyview-Lithium-Project-Alberta/
So, as we can see, there is no where to go but up and IMO FLNTF will emerge as a leader in lithium. The additional gold, potash and other base metal projects will be icing on the cake for us and they're well on their way up...
This is definitely the lithium company you want to be part of wherever you bought the last couple days regardless of these short term swings. Hold long and strong, and wait for the fuse to light. It's a solid company with explosive potential and future gains, as people will easily recognize and regret their sellings...
Everybody needs to chill, lay back, and adjust your vision to be far-sighted for the distance, and ignore your near-sighted view. Remember, ECDC is a long hold play without a doubt. They have a unique technology which is clearly expanding globally and will continue to do so. This company is early in the game with no where to go but up. We all know ECDC is a great spot to be regardless of these short term drops. This is part of the game, healthy, and expected. Be happy for these low dips and take advantage while you can because we all know pps will steadily increase over time with continued expansion and partnerships, and these lows are temporary...in fact, it could very well dip even further. If it does, those of us who continue to understand the long term strategy of this play, will know to take advantage because down the road, these pps will never happen again once the train is full speed ahead. Those with the most patience who don't get ruffled by these big swings, the nay-sayers, bashers and fluffers are the ones that will be heading to the bank to cash in once the masses recognize the true value and potential with ECDC...
I don't think so, nobody's really been pumping this as far as newsletters, etc. This has been quietly creeping and will continue over the long term with intermittent high highs and low lows. The bottom line is that the facts don't change as far as the potential lithium load this company owns as outlined in previous links. With that being said, it's not a matter of if, but when it will take off...
For sure...keep the eyes on the prize...
Man...ECDC is at a steal of a price right now!!!...
Some CEYY PR that is...typing too fast!
Nice, we could use some CEYY, I'm still in for the long haul here...
You're definitely at a good spot with the buy in the mid-50's despite these temporary dips which are expected and very healthy in the longer term rise. The longs will be the ones coming out on top here without a doubt. This company has way too much potential ahead of it and a solid technology/product to back it up which should disperse any doubt or concern regarding the longer term gains we'll all see...
