FINALLY!!! The kind of solid news we've been waiting to hear for far too long. Spring is just around the corner...
You mean to get started? I don't think so. Doesn't sound like anything is going on there.
...holidays?
That's encouraging. Word is slowly getting out...

We should be just a month or two away from hitting the TSX. That should turn a few heads!!!
Seems to be at most a 15 week process, and we're half way there since the PR.
I’m inclined to agree with you. You can only “cry wolf” so many times before people start questioning your ability to accomplish what you set out to do. Seems like there is always something getting in the way of reaching their goal. The company is really thin on credibility right now.
The website seems to have been updated.
All references to the Baton Rouge project are gone and replaced with Natchitoches. Hmmm. Moving on, I guess.
Interesting activity... almost like someone knows something. Hmmmm
I hope so. Would hate to see Drax cut out the middle man and make their own biomass fuel. Not good if they could be a potential client.
Time is ticking Jim! Give us an update. Where do we stand???
Hopefully they signed, otherwise they might get bumped by the likes of these...
Biomass Magazine link...
Very quiet around here for a company that's about to make some major progress.
Hope the company puts out some great news soon and takes advantage of the Christmas socializing to spread the word of mouth. Hint, hint, Jim.
And then on the last trade of the day it goes down again. I'm no expert but it sure looks like someone is trying to keep the price down. Wonder why?
You're right. Here it is...
"Agenda Item 10 - Consideration and appropriate action on a proposed Option to Lease Agreement between the Port and Biomass Secure Power, Inc. for approximately 90 acres of property located at the new Inland Rivers Marine Terminal.
Mr. Johnson addressed the Commission by stating that Biomass Secure Power is a company interested in constructing a wood pellet facility on 90 acres of property located at Inland Rivers Marine Terminal. The Option to Lease would allow them to proceed with securing financing for the project. They will make a presentation and present a lease for consideration to the Board in December. Mr. Johnson and staff recommend approval.
On a motion by Ms. Hurst, seconded by Mr. Tilton, the Commission unanimously approved a proposed Option to Lease Agreement between the Port and Biomass Secure Power, Inc. for approximately 90 acres of property located at Inland Rivers Marine Terminal."

The math is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is if you can find someone to buy your shares from you at $1?
Why would they?????
I think this is a very positive development. Why else go to all the trouble and cost of fixing this issue. Especially since those who spoke to Jim seem to be hinting at news soon.
Fingers crossed - it's been a long time coming!
Finally... the Cease Trade is off!!!

Mine seems to say September. Hmmmm...
"I think next week is going to be really good here!"
Not trying to be a smarta$$, but that's what you said last week.
What happened here is proof that charts and trends do not apply to penny stocks. Someone dumping his shares yesterday screwed up all your plans. But there is always next week right?... until some pumper dumps their batch.
You all seem like smart people so I'm sure that you realize that to get this stock up to the 10, 25, 50 cent range (which is what some posters here are predicting) someone will have to buy tens of millions of shares. And since everyone here already has their shares, who will be buying these additional shares? (apart from the PR people Jim hired). Furthermore, the moment the PPS goes up a little, all the pumpers will dump and we will be back to this level.
I have been in this stock for a while but I'm getting tired of these childish "train is leaving the station" predictions. I do believe that this stock has the potential to go up...over time. But all the pumping here is just ridiculous. Hundreds of meaningless posts just to be on the InvestorHub's Most Active List. Pathetic! All of the "support level" and "bounce is coming" comments. Seriously???? Do you people really think that the rest of us don't know what you are doing?

Now, let's see how long this message lasts before it is deleted like my last one.

NEWS on the website:
"...Biomass Secure Power Inc. Announces 2015 Income Projections of $650 Million"...per year!!!!!!!!!!
They have a news update on the website that may provide some information...
NEWS - November 2, 2011

I believe that it is FOB port in BC.
The are perfectly located to ship to LG. I guess if they ever want to ship to Europe then they will have to go through Panama, but that is usually on the client's nickel.
Hope to hear the details very soon...
Nice number crunching Phillip.
The only thing I would add is that the price you used for sell price of wood pellets is far too low. I have seen it quoted between $150/t and $275/t depending on the volumes and bulk vs end user. There has been a big increase in demand over the last year and there is no sign of stopping. I think that pellets are currently trading around 170-180/t.
This article reports:"$275 per ton selling price for wood pellets"
Bottom line is that the numbers look very good and profits should be at least twice what you detailed. The future looks very good.
Cheers.
First of all, if you lived 20 minutes from it and went there then you would know how to write the town's name properly. Second, there is no plant. Nice try!
What plant are talking about?
It's mentioned here too!
RISI Wood Biomass Markets
It's even better than that. The $37,500,000 agreement is for 10 years, making it actually worth $375 million in total. Not too bad at all for the first contract! Shouldn't be a problem to get funding for a new plant with the guarantee of such a huge customer.
BMSPF would obviously have to satisfy LG that they can supply the pellets by next year, and of course they still need to deliver on that promise. BUT, I would think that LG has done their DD before signing, and something must have convinced them that this will happen. They would certainly be privy to Jim's plans before we hear about them.
I did as you suggested and called my brokerage. Turns out that to protect investors some brokerages do not allow automatic purchase of penny stocks. You can still sell electronically but you just can't buy without their review. It has to do with people getting burnt when they put in an order for the asking price. Apparently the MM can fill that at any price they want, even many times higher than the last ASK. So lesson is to always have a ‘Limit’ on your order.
(Still wish that the OTC would post news about the Cease Trade Order being lifted. BMSPF OTC Market News )
Why is it still not trading electronically? Also, the OTC website is only posting news about the original Cease Trade Order, nothing about the lifting of it. Are you sure about this?
It would be an opportunity for a lot of people if only you could trade it. Come on Jim, remove that BC cease trade order! Still can't trade it through TD Waterhouse.
The stop trade is for British Columbia only. You can still buy it if you are from other parts of the country or US.
"The U.S. Postal Service purchased more than 30,000 ethanol-capable trucks and minivans from 1999 to 2005, making it the biggest American buyer of alternative-fuel vehicles. Gasoline consumption jumped by more than 1.5 million gallons as a result."

Shouldn't that say:

TR,
This is just a guess, but I would think that WRAP machines would also be done by AGES since the application is sludge and they are in the E.U. (I believe E.U. is AGES territory).
Thought Folder, cont...
Your cost of the power plant is grossly over estimated. It would be about half that.
I also didn't notice you include the cost of savings on waste disposal. It can be about $1 to $2 Million per year. Add that to your income/savings.
ptrey, TR, Hongcouver
ptrey, Nearly complete... Testing in about a month.
TR, glad I could help... LOL. I didn’t mean to take away from the excitement, I just had a fact to offer (in the interest of accuracy).
Hongcouver, you are right that FASC should have phrased that differently. (oversight?). The AGES release talks about what the new machine "will" do.
It's not installed yet.
Setonian you wrote: "I bash ..."
WHAT!!! You bash? Nooooooo...
And you had me convinced that it was just your realistic point of view ... LOL
setonian,
Why do you keep referring to Mitsui like they are working for (or with) FASC?
Yes it is the older version of the KDS.
The large 3000 model isn't finished yet.
