What should be noted is someone bought those shares.
Less then a year ago it went north of .008. Am I missing something???
Looks like a good start to the day, let's see if we can just keep tic'ing up, 2 steps forward one step back still get's positive yardage.
If you read the article, it's not the gov't, it's Monex. Monex, the bank, seems to have had employee(s) pull a fast one. And as any corporation anywhere, they are trying to pay a dime on a dollar to get out from under. On the contrary, the gov't looks like the only way these expatriates can get any solution to this fiasco.
False accusations = ulterior motives,
JMHO
hmmm, someone(s) is buying up shares at .0002. Figure at least $10,000 past couple of days. Why not, seems like a good bet.
In order for impatient to sell, you need buyers. And it's a good entry point.
Also a lot of accusations has been said about Jan, I just want to point out that one only needs to look up his past accomplishments to realize how good he really is. Not saying he has not made a mistake here or there. But the big picture is he is successful, and that's huge in my D&D.
You make money off of people that are impatient. I'm ok with that.
Completely agree. Remember a study about kids being offered one marshmallow or 2 after 20 minutes. Guess what the majority chose. Society as a whole has lost all patience. If you can be patient, you will be rewarded.
Well, this stock has made me money. And my gut says we're due for another run. Patience is the key. I picked up another starting position last couple of days. I have faith Jan takes 2 steps forward and 1 step back is still moving forward. There is no denying the property, the assets, or Jan's drive. After pulling bad cards out the deck , pulling a good card is inevitable. I trust in Jan, he's been slowly putting this together for years. Just my honest opinion.
"Separately, government authorities requested our assistance in reviewing the requested road addition from El Rosario to Cielo Mar early last week. We met with State engineers and drove through the route with them.
We learned that the plan is to possibly add our road as a smaller sub-project prior to the larger project for expanding the highway (to 4 lanes from Ensenada to Guerrero-Negro"
you're kidding, right????
Fantastic, just briefed over it. Looks like some progress being made.
news imminent?
looks like some interest in BTGI. All Aboard!!!!
I believe a run was instigated by someone willing to spend a couple of thousand to cash in on 10x that amount. Just sayin.
The beast stirs
Any thoughts on the idea that all those shares given to employees ,way back when, have all been put back into the market? Got to believe a lot of them cashed out because they were not knowledgeable of how the stock market works. I feel pretty confident and picked up a couple of grand's worth today. Let's see what happens. GLTA
My money is on that they found a partner, and the news is starting to leak.
K"no"w panic
You will see it jump right before news comes out. The name of the game is making money. You won't see anything fly without some insider buying right before. That should be your starting gun going off. I've got another huge buy poised at .0033. I love playing these silly games :)
Excuse me if I'm wrong, but I'm seeing a lot of signs :) Happy to have this Fat Calf in my portfolio!!!
This is normal churning. No guts/ no glory. People taking profits from when they got in early. This still has plenty of legs to hit .007 by EOW!!!
agree, to much in the pipeline to write this off. Gotta love these bargain basement prices though. I keep averaging down, and accumulating.
So let me get this right. The shells are worth money. He wants money. Looks like a win win, right???
it might have something to do with the celebration of Mardi Gras?
Well, somethings up. Someones accumulating. It's obvious.
I believe being dependent on stats that might be wrong, just saying if the numbers don't move, maybe the counter is not working? What's the chance of something being wrong in the counter. If the number is 0, I believe there is a really good chance. Also I'm going to guess that once accumulation is where one wants it. The cheerleaders will come out the woodwork. wink wink
Have not posted here in awhile. Just checking in. Looks like my posts about this tird were correct. Hopefully people paid attention, and were not lemmings.
WHAT DOES 15-12G MEAN?
"When a firm “goes dark” it deregisters with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and delists its shares. Deregistered firms are no longer required to make SEC filings such as annual reports, proxies, 10-Ks, 10-Qs and other important documents. And they’re no longer required to have annual meetings or elect outside directors.
To deregister, a firm files Form 15-12G (Securities Registration Termination) with the SEC stating its intent to deregister, usually by a certain date. Once that date arrives, the stock exchange or NASDAQ prohibits future trading in the shares. The firm’s shares are then relegated to the pink sheets, where liquidity is usually much lower. Although the actual process takes some time, the firm’s share price typically will decline immediately after the “going dark” announcement, since many institutions are prohibited from owning shares of firms that don’t file with the SEC or trade on the exchanges or NASDAQ.
Shareholder Action Plan
The lessons here are several:
If a company you own announces plans to deregister, don’t panic. If the fundamentals are intact, the shares are probably worth owning. Even in the less liquid pink sheets, shares of firms with improving fundamentals will appreciate. However, you should call the firm immediately to assess their plans for ongoing communication with outside shareholders. Ask the same questions we did of Southern Energy Homes—which gave the right answers. If you receive answers that indicate communication will be lessened, there may be some governance issues relating to the treatment of outside shareholders. For example, we would find it difficult to own shares of a company that provided only an annual report and had no annual meetings or election of directors.
Make sure the fundamentals are intact. Use the deregistration announcement as an opportunity to perform a thorough review of company prospects. Often a firm will deregister to help hide a deteriorating financial condition, bad accounting or other ailments
Fortune favors the bold. To be a successful investor you must have the courage of your convictions. That means if you’ve done your homework, don’t be afraid to step up to the plate, especially in the face of consensus opinion that’s going the other way. "

Thank you for your honesty, and for not getting my posts deleted. You are a rarity!!!
Also going to give you a mark. By the way an adult is only a child with money :)
Fantastic. Obviously you are not in the group that lost money to someone that did something not usually seen in the market. I read your post about companies getting delisted. They usually have to because of the SEC shutting them down. I stand behind saying what happened here was VERY UNUSUAL!!!!
appreciate you standing behind R Roach doing the right thing. <(sarcasm)
Please don't say no cash was distributed. The value of the stock when he shut it down was .01. At least that was the last transaction on L2. What if we wanted to sell our shares to a risk taker at .0001? Should we not be given that ability? So is he still a hero in your eyes for warning us, if he pretty much shut down how the market is supposed to work??
also, this is not a common occurrence in the stock market. Please refrain from making it seem that way.
What nobody is mentioning is that the way they shut it down , the only one walking away unscathed seems to be Robert ROACH. Everybody else that believed in him got thrown under the bus, he rolled out of here with our money!!!! Please stop with the broken record about how he warned that he was shutting it down. Let the market dictate what it wants to do!!! You just don't take peoples shares and give them nothing!!!! Yes, he took the shares by initiating making them worthless!!!
Yep. Just points out there were signs that made this a calculated risk, with a huge reward. Well, rub some dirt on it and get back in the game!! GLTA
well from what I understand when someone loses money someone else makes it.
So what I paid for a share went where?
A lil confusion in what you are saying. Let me get this right. The stock that I owned had no value to them?
I appreciate you being honest and taking the blame, I also feel at fault. I do want to point out that it feels rather ugly that a stock that was trading between .01 and .03 can just shut down and keep all the profits. The idea that someone just pocketed our shares, still leaves a bad feeling about how this was handled. I been lucky and was here for over 2 years and flipped numerous times, yet I am stunned that a stock selling at .01 just shut down. usually scams work by running PPS into the ground. What happened here was something completely different. Again, thank you for being honest.
