I had a few concerns about a moth ago and go lucky and sold about 60% of my position between $1.25 and $2.00. Still holding a good chunk but with an average cost of 12 cents I suppose I don't have much to lose.
My current concerns are as follows:
1) they have moved the weekly usage updates to monthly, at the moment we have no idea what the usage numbers are but it is fair to assume they viral increase has slowed otherwise they would be shouting this from the mountain top, they are great marketers so don't tell me they are holding great numbers back
2) facebook likes have slowed to a crawl, seems like they may have hit a critical mass at this point, with slower growth comes lower valuation
3) This dealfrenzy things seems like a weak way to play the goup buying fad, hence the market didn't give much weight to it, simply futher dilution with little promise of a profitable revenue stream
4) All of this expensive promotion doesn't seem to be translating into large user increases, in some ways, I feel they are promoting to the wrong people, NA is not the market yet we have NA based promotion.
Just some quick comments but still anxious to see how this develops. They are great marketers, we just need something more than fluffy news releases to move the stock price higher.
