To put today's volume into perspective.....approx. 204k shares moved so far. At the pre-split numbers that translates into 204 MILLION.
Looks like about 195k of those are sales, and a tad over 9k are buys. Company is back at it, pouring shares into the market as fast as they can print them.
My bet is that the company will have well over 200 million shares issued by the end of the first quarter.
As I mentioned yesterday....pump is gearing up on this one. Watch for a pr next week, followed by another 2 or 3 the first week of Jan. Biggest question will be: after two reverse splits, how many people will fall for it all again. The number HAS to be dwindling!

Nah, didn't forget Circle K....but I think Circle K forgot BBDA, as it is not in any of the stores in my area.
I just figured Circle K under the "other" category...and to be honest, I don't know what sds is.....
Merry Christmas to you also, and to all here!

Once again.....pump gearing up on this one....and after the pump--da dump!!

Millions of shares to be sold here--soon at a discount to today's price!!
You are about to hear it all again: major "distributorships" signed; JLo video; article in O magazine; "dominate" brand awareness of the segment; Walmart (lol); "real product"....and more! It's like a three ring circus but with just the clowns......
Many on here have tried to warn.

Pump gearing up on this one, folks.....hold on to your hats, it's all about to repeat.....I feel sorry for any new investors.....
**********************************************
Just my opinions, of course!
Very true....and now after the r/s look for more of the same! My guess is in about two weeks--after the dust settles...however, it could be immediately, as they have a racing dinner to pay for coming up within a month!
**********************************************
Just my opinions, of course!
Did you notice this statement in that pr?
So much wrong with that pr it is not even funny.
Trotting out the buyback yet again. I'm still waiting on the last buyback they promised, lol! Didn't happen then, and won't happen now.
As far as his claims that "collections of Wall Street groups" are driving down the price so they can buy and sell higher....that is just laughable! Most of those Wall Street guys are pretty sharp. Why gamble and buy a stock that dilutes like koolaid in the ocean when they can jump into a bull market the likes of which hasen't been seen in years, and secure real gains?! Ain't no one on Wall Street paying any attention to this tiny turd!
Oh....BTW....speaking of the "massive growth curve", lol.....they pretty much blew that out the window when they screwed up Walmart!
My bet is that the SEC, the IRS, the State of North Carolina, or the FBI will put this one in the history books in 2015! It takes awhile for any government agency to move on something, but when they do it is heavy, and inexorable, and I just have a gut feeling that it is coming here soon....
*************************************************
Just my opinions, of course!
Doesn't really matter what the A/S is....the management has already shown that it is a number only, and not any kind of commitment at all. A/S will shoot up like fireworks on the 4th of July!
***************************************************
Just my opinions, of course!
The next 30 days will be very interesting here.
I am sure that they are aware of the crackdowns on the penny stock scammers that the SEC has been pursuing lately, and that has to be at least a small concern on a daily basis. Yet, they need funds to perpetuate this, and management hubris and ego have just promised more racing for 2015.
They are spending money hand over fist on "advertising and marketing" promotions obviously designed more to stroke upper managements egos than actually move product.
After years of no real game plan, and no real discipline, the company now finds itself caught between a rock and a hard place.
They only consistent source of funds has been the sale of stock, and the O/S is knocking at the door of the A/S now.
I see basically five options for the company right now:
Under option one, if the company raises the A/S, then the gig is pretty much up. "No bid" status will hit almost immediately, and that means no funds for the company via stock sales.
Under option two, a reverse split will bring more room for stock sales, however the stain on the company would be irreversible. Yes, a few new investors would show up for scalping, however due to the company reputation it would be very few. Any with even marginal dd skills would be staying away in droves after another r/s. Thus--again--limited funds for the company via stock sales.
Option three....as I see it....would be if they took the company private. However, this is really a non option IMO, because at that point the company would have to stand on it's own two feet to fund the racing commitments it has made, and that would mean dramatically increasing sales, reducing overhead, etc. IMO, don't really see that happening.
Of course, there is option four, which would be the "new company uplisting" that management brought up at the end of last year. I could explore this in a bit more depth, however....as this option would require opening the books for auditing--something I seriously doubt will ever happen--I really don't see this as a legitimate option at all.
The fifth and final option--as I see it--would be the dissolution of the company....probably via some sort of reverse merger. Remember--the CEO stated at the first of the year that he would be ending the company and it would not continue to exist under it's current name. The guise under which it would be ended is pretty much irrelevant right now, however it could be important if/when the time comes. They lease the formula from DLR on a yearly basis, if memory serves. We are at the end of the year. Another shell would be found, the company merged into it, etc. With a name change of the company--keeping the KOMA brand--and a few other tweaks, the new company could be selling stock for probably at least a couple more years before rolling into their first r/s. This is the scenario that I believe we will see unfold here as desperation begins to take it's toll.
Good luck to all!
***************************************
Just my opinions, of course.
Lack of ethics is a understatement, lol!
IMO, also calls into question the ethics/character of anyone who would defend them!
Also, not to mention how much it says about the company that employs them. I cannot imagine any legitimate publicly traded company that would continue to employ someone who was caught posing as an investor on a message board so they could try to pump the company's stock price. To me, that by itself speaks volumes about the management of this company.

Just my opinions, of course!
Thanks for the info...you're right--that foams up a lot!
From watching that video I can't help but believe that that stuff is nasty for your body! Think I'll pass....
****************************************
Just my opinion, of course!
The company mentioned buybacks in a pr before....with a time frame. I believe it was in 2011, and I believe that they actually did buy back around 20m shares....of course, with a stock price next to nothing, the buyback really didn't cost that much--maybe 3 or 4 thousand or so. Probably sold enough stock off the pr to easily pay for that!
As far as the pr is concerned, I've never even heard of this "Sparkling" home soda company. I do know some people that bought that "soda stream" system, but they don't still use it, so I am guessing that there will not be much revenue generated here at all--if any.
*******************************************
Just my opinons, of course!
Interesting point about the Mexico and DR press releases.
Remember--the company issued pr's in--I believe--2010 and 2011 about distributors in Africa, and other foreign countries. HOWEVER--remember that a couple months or so after they announced the Grupo Kosako distribution agreement (in Feb. 2012.) they then announced that they had finalized and received the licenses and permits for foreign distribution.
Which begs the quiestion--how could they have been distributing to Africa and other foreign nations if they did not have the permits? You think that just might qualify as an obvious falsehood?! Could it be that issuing distribution pr's without even having the proper licenses and permits might be pretty solid proof of intent to deceive?
********************************************
Just my opinions, of course!
There have already been pr's about distributors on the west coast....in fact, according to those pr's the west coast should be blanketed with Koma by now!
So.....surely there will not be a pr about a huge west coast pepsi distributor will there?! After all, that is handled already--right? LOL!

Just my opinions, of course!
......and of course, that email apparently originated from the walmart headquarters in Bentonville, Alaska, lol!
Wow....that is a bunch in the past two days! I agree with you--definitely appears to be something going on!
Ya know....you might just have something there....wouldn't surprise me in the least! Sure seen crazier stuff around here, lol!

You are probably right....he must have a lot of traveling planned!

Writing is on the wall here folks. These extra 2 billion shares will not be used--interest is drying up here. Another small pump or two is about all this one has left.
Next step is an r/s in a few months when it gets to around 8 billion.
Of course....if the lawsuit makes headway, and investigators begin snooping around, this may all come crashing down earlier. Interesting times coming, IMO....

This is a riot!
OK, now a Halal approved product. Can't find anywhere to purchase it, but by golly it is apparently now Halal approved....so if the Koma bus stops by your neighborhood distributing free, nearly expired product, then you can drink it with a clear conscience.
Can't wait for the rest of the "blockbuster" press releases, lol!
Ice cream anyone? Oh wait....product is delayed....again....and again, lol!
I agree with others here....sell at the high while this pump is going strong!
*************************************
Just my opinons, of course!
I agree....the assets are obviously there....yet they are not disclosed on the financial statements that have been filed!
What's wrong with that picture?!
Thank you for helping prove my point!
**************************************
just my opinion, of course
There are no assets, buildings, etc. on the financial statements, therefore no money has been needed for those.
************************************
just my opinion, of course
"Proof?" There have been tons of links posted on here that link right to videos of the CEO making statements that have never come true....links to press releases by the company about distribution agreements that have never come true....press releases by the company about international import/export agreements that have never come true.....press releases about product upgrades/new products that have never come true.....press releases about audits that have never come true....press releases about the stock structure that have never come!
These are all readily verifiable and issued by the company itself!
Holy smokes.....How much more proof does anyone need???? How is pointing out the company's own press releases--and the ensuing results--bashing??
It is not--it is simply the truth. Those that choose to ignore it are the true sheep here.
GLTA!

Hope the insurance was paid up.....
Oh, my....is this going to be todays pr?
KU spreads to Korea? Bringing the relaxation revolution to our Asian friends?
Looking like a pump day today, lol! 200m shares to be served?

Circle K on wiki shows:
"In July 2010, Circle K had dropped down to fourth rank in number of stores (3,455)"
I was basing my remark on the 300 stores listed in the pr, with the 400 to follow. Surprised that the Pig only has around 600 though. I learned something there--thank you.
Regardless, the number of stores is a moot point if the product never reaches them, and such is the basis of my post.
It would not surprise me if the product makes it to a few Circle K stores. At this point, it would surprise me if it makes it to all 300 of the stores pr'd, and would astound me if it shows up in the next 400 in the pr. Actually staying in those 700 stores for a period of longer that 2-3 months would constitute a miracle nearing the magnitude of the parting of the Red Sea, IMO.
Just basing this on the execution of past pr's. As I said before, the proof is in the pudding.

Circle K now, huh....I have a business trip scheduled to one of those states at the end of next month, and if memory serves they DO have a circle k in that town. A month and a half should be plenty of time for them to get stocked up, so we'll see if they have it!
OK, serious question here from a TA perspective.....what is it that makes you believe this is going to pop soon?
Granted, rsi is moving up--on a standard chart I see 52.78, and on a 5 day short term chart I see 64.09....both nice.
MACD shows a new cross up....on a standard chart it is still below 0, but on a short term 4,9,3 it show above 0 today....both nice, except for the fact that the macd bars have been above 0 since late April, and it has pretty much done nothing but go down since then. Shakey, IMO.
Full STO looks nice on both charts, as well as the stochastic rsi.
So far, so good....and I'm with ya.....but.....
Accum/dist is plunging on both charts....not good, IMO.
CMF is plunging on both charts....not good, IMO.
And the big one--for me--OBV is flat as a pancake on both charts.
Not trying to argue with you....just wondering what I am missing....yes there are positives, but just don't see much upside here. Much risk for little reward, IMO.
Thanks!
Just to report in on my prior post below from 6/11. Said I'd let ya know, so here it is.
Back from the trip. We checked 8 different locations--no Koma....shots or cans. One walmart, and several convenience stores. Still none at any of the walmarts in the area I live in. Walgreens? Nope....they looked at me like I was from another planet. Plenty of Neuro all over the state though.
