OMG, can anyone help me? I began buying ILNS stock in 2005 -- or maybe it was 2010, after Dr. Chain wrote that he expected to have a useable treatment for AD in two years. But that of course was pre Pfizer. But anyway I continued to buy stock until I had a nice healthy supply.
Now that nice healthy supply is worth only pennies inspite of Judge Oing's several statements about delayed settlements. What's a lot worse, my husband who had been diagnosed with AD, died in June and I need more than a few pennies to care for his final medical care and funeral expenses. So what I want to know is will Pfizer be allowed to pocket the proceeds of my two million-plus ILNS shares or do I have an alternative to securing some of that money for myself.
I will certainly appreciate your help.
Wow Deals, that's fascinating reading material. If I wasn't nearly old enough to be God's wife I could certainly damage Mr.
Pfizer's reputation, to say nothing of his pocket book!!!
Does anyone know if the next court hearing has been scheduled?
But Deals, aren't rules in place somewhere that make these maneuvers by Pfizer illegal? Face it, this is vertually flat
out stealing. I once had a nice accumulation of ILNS stock worth
some interesting money, but now it's all gone.
Even worse, stockholders like me bought into ILNS after Dr. Chain wrote in 2010 that he expected to have a cure for AD in another two years. Of course that was before Pfizer entered the picture. Which then let us sit back and watch our loved ones slowly succomb to the horrors of Alzheimers. I'd love to see Pfizer's
Alan Reid watch his family member die of it.
But what I still don't understand is why Judge Oing doesn't step in and put a stop to this rubbish. Millions of people world wide are suffering from AD, enough to make all kinds of profits for greedy Pfizer, but they seem intent on squeezing out the very last nickle. And so what if it's taking all these years.
Admitedly I lack legal training, however I certainly don't begin to understand how and why these court dates are continually extended. I'm now moving into my sixth year with nothing to show for it except some nearly worthless penny stocks that I strongly suspect Pfizer laughs happily over! Anyone know why and how Judge
Oing appears to being shoved around?
Hey Deals, can't you guess what Dr. Chain is thinking now? Makes
me remember the long wait his father had after he had finished his
work on penicillin before they finally broke down and granted him
the Nobel Laureate. I guess we're just faacing another instance
of history repeating itself!

Thanks very much, Deals. I've been reading your posts for a couple of years now and always enjoy them. Just wish I knew as
much as you!
Tell me Deals, isn’t there some kind of criteria or ruling that prohibits the Pfizers of this world from cheating stockholders like us indefinitely? Can this really keep going on and on? What might determine Judge Oing finally saying enough is enough?
Does this most recent postponement mean that as each week passes
we're getting pushed into another week of waiting?
Good grief! Five years later and they're still diddling with this.
I'm beginning to wonder if I'll live long enough to reap a dime or two!!!

But Deals, is it possible that consequential damages will apply to me? I began buying ILNS stock in 2010 after Dr. Chain announced he expected to have a cure for Alzheimer's in two years. My partner had been diagnosed with AD and we were desperate. But of course Pfizer then entered that picture
and two months ago my beloved friend died after waiting five years for some help.
Does anyone know that's become of Judge Oing who once came on like
gang busters? We long time stockholders who daily spend long hours caring for AD patients are growing very weary of this Pfizer
enduced wait.
I’m not knowledgeable on legal matters, but I do know that I’ve
been waiting since 2012 for Judge Oing’s pronouncements on ILNS which means I’m headed for my sixth year. Does anyone know how much longer I must be prepared to wait for Pfizer to get its act together?

Good grief, I began buying ILNS in 2010 after Dr. Chain wrote that
he thought a solution for Alzheimer's would be available in a couple of years. But of course that was before the Pfizer mess.
Now five years later I'm still waiting and wondering if Judge Oing
has any sympathy for those of us who are running out of patience.

Hear, hear! Scollar
I began buying ILNS in 2010 after my partner was diagnosed with
Alzheimer's and they announced they'd probably have an AD cure
in two years. But now, 5 years later, my partner died last month and nobody seems to be winning except Pfizer. Should I just kiss
off all those bucks?
I truly thank you for your thoughtful reply. Alzheimer's is such
a terrible affliction, I'm grateful beyond the telling for the hope you have given me.
I began buying ILNS the autumn of 2010, in part wanting to offer encouragement to Dr. Chain who I've admired for many years as well as to increase help for my friend with Alzheimers. But alas, it's now been nearly four years and I'm still adding to AD with little change in sight. Is Pfizer winning after all? Are they going to walk away not only with my money but with my friend's dreams of improvement? Will there ever be a settlement that non-knowledgable investors like me can participate in?
Yes, please listen to this. I've been buying bits and pieces of ILNS (as much as I can afford)since autumn 2010 hoping to offer some support to Dr. Chain while praying for a solution to my dearest friends Alzheimer's. If you don't know from personal experience I can certainly say this is as awful an affliction as anyone can have. And to see Pfizer holding everything up for money
when so many people are suffering is unspeakable.
Can anyone give a definitive answer to the date of the next court date?
Didn't some know-it-all once declare that all things come to
he who waits?
I'm sure there are all kinds of people like me, not just with ILNS
stock but also with immediate family members who suffer from Alzheimer's, who are HUGELY grateful to you knowledgable guys for sharing your expertise. More thanks than I could ever say. Honest!
Come on, Buck Eye, don't be so beligerant. I clicked on "Disclosure Statement" and got the Playbox info, then lacking playtime I went about my business. Not at all complicated.
Problem is, the information in the disclosure statement is for
PlayBOX -- PYBX -- which appears to be a Las Vegas entity and well removed from Intellect! Or is it just me?
Always grateful for your interesting posts,buckiii2. I had a quick look at USPTO with ILNS's request number (10/084,390)this morning but haven't a clue how to pursue it for possible information on the likelihood of Dr. Chain finally getting their nod. Can you help? It's been a long time since 9-2010!
And I would rather use this marvelous opportunity to increase my holdings!
In your opinon is this an indication that the FDA is about to annoint ILNS? If not why these moves?
Don't forget, bound by non-disclosure agreements and strict corporate gag orders, not even Intellect Neurosciences has been allowed to publicly discuss key details of the licensing agreements to their own investors.
How odd, I can't find any reference to Intellect Neurosciences or either of the Chain brothers on any of the Alzheimer's convention pages. Any guesses why not?
Charlie, admittedly I'm only a novice investor however I'm VERY impressed with ILNS's management by the son of the man who shared Alexander Fleming's Nobel Lauriate for penicillin -- Ernst Chain if you don't know. His wife, Anne Beloff, was no intellectual slouch either, another way of saying that Daniel G. and his brother Benjamin probably grew up in a household consumed by neuroscience and related topics that are now manifest in ILNS. Some speak of a posssible buy out, but my guess is firmly to the contrary on grounds that when (not if) the Chains finally succeed in their Alzheimer's quest they will be firmly in line for another Nobel prize. Apparently they have some remaining mountains to cross, but I'm willing to bide my time because I truly think this will be a huge winner.
What's going on here? First thing this morning shares were at .0015. A couple of hours later they had moved up to .16 but now are at .08 albeit D-free. Is this to be expected, even a reflection of Dr. Chain's address in Panama City yesterday? Please someone, enlighten this uneasy stock holder.
If that pactice is good enough for the FDA, why not the patent office?
Will we ever learn details of the patent office rejection?
Question: on either Monday or Tuesday morning when ILNS is widely expected to finally post publicly, will the figures appear first in London? Remember both Chains were born there, Ben teaches at
the London School and many in the British scientific community must be aware of the stock's potential. If so, does that mean that when our markets open will the London activity be reflected in the price?
And don't forget that Dr. Daniel and Dr Benjamin Chain's mother was Anne Beloff -- that's Dr. Beloff -- who had an international reputation in biochemistry. Her family was also widely known for their achievements in biology. In short, Intellect Neuroscience is headed by scholars with a STUNNING assortment of creative genes
and more than their just share of business sense plus brains enough to tap Elliot Maza to handle the more obscure aspects that often sink others. So no matter what some of these nay-sayers are coming up with, NOTHING is going to persuade me to dump my shares -- in fact the morning that I got word of the reverse split I grabbed another 1/2 mil shares and wish I could afford more. Oh yes, and please note that Boris Chain wasn't just nominated for a Nobel prize, he actually shared Alexander Fleming's achievements in penicillin making him a genuine Nobel laureate rather than an also ran.
I've seen ads for Choice Trades that say they accept stops. I'd like to have it in place when ILNS finally decides to list share prices next week.
I'm new to this, just learned scottrade won't handle trailing etc
stops on OTC and BB stocks. Does anyone?
But don't expect any information from American Stock & Transfer.
I bought my shares through Scottrade but because they didn't pass my social to the company I'm definitely persona non grata! Their only suggestion, try calling next week.
