Kirby, I'm in the military and I can tell you, when we buy equipment, we buy the best and a lot of it. Most companies, if they needed say 100 units, would buy 100 units. The military will buy 200 units and stockpile the backups. I'm not trying to pump the stock because I've seen it slowly slide and without a RS this stock is not likely to move. Just my opinion on the matter.
Fstarr, as much as I want to be optimistic about the increase, the cost to sell the products outweighed the profit and they lost money. I hope the trend increases as well, but as long as the cost of selling the goods is tagging along, we're going nowhere.
I think I'd like to just be a repeat caller and keep asking what the hold up is
Alright, now you're just sounding desperate. I want UNDT to skyrocket as much as anyone, but claiming that they didn't file on time because it was a down day or to add to the suspense is ridiculous. UDNT needs to be responsible and file by the deadline.
Really? 15 days? A little dramatic. They have 5 calendar days after the 15th. The 10-Q has to be filed before close of business on the 20th. I'm not saying it isn't annoying but everyone's a little dramatic about this.
It's super annoying that they haven't filed a 10-Q on time since 2009
I think he meant the NT 10-Q. Not actual news
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/763950/000101968711002676/udt_ext.htm
I agree. What kills me is that the guy didn't even put in a NT 10-Q to say the 10-Q would be late! Just didn't file it
Nope. Anything filed after 10PM EST is considered next day's business. A day late already.
It is important. Waiting for the 10-Q to see if it's make or break time
Assuming the 10-Q might be late. They've only had 3 filed on time in the last three years.
5B down to 2.5B which is 250M after split. They are technically reducing the AS more than if they were to just do a split
Gents, merger completes in 3 and a half hours
No. I'm not saying it's gonna skyrocket tomorrow. It all depends on how well they do business. But I'd rather go through the split, have the reverse split make the OS and float manageable and take the risk than to stay down here in sub penny land. If you're not willing to take a risk, you'd be better off investing in bonds. This isn't the place for you.
Whichever way it goes, it doesn't really matter that much. Come 3PM Eastern (I'm assuming Eastern because they were based out of Florida and that's where the paperwork was filed) tomorrow the merger is done. However, I would rather take my chances with the reverse merger putting it at $.20 PPS and chance strong revenues than to hope it stay sub penny.
Thanks. You pretty much just called panther and dh out as bashers and admitted you associate with them.
I don't think it really matters when they say they're going to finalize. The paperwork filed stated 11 AUG and had all of their signatures. As of 11 AUG, China Food Services should be done, gentlemen.
Oh, I didn't know that. How could I have missed the typo? Wait...I didn't see your name on that document. You were there, right? You know so much about the merger you had to have been there. Please, tell me you were there!
there is no conflict
What conflict are you talking about?
Free up shares? THE AS ARE GOING TO BE SPLITTED TOO! No shares are freeing up.
One purpose of a reverse split is to raise the share price to make it more attractive to bigger investors.
Thanks. We usually keep in contact, investor wise. He was a regular visitor at my OTC/Pink stocks website.

Matthew,
Sorry for the delayed response. It has been quite busy getting all of the moving parts put together. There have been a few final detail that needed to be worked out but, we should have everything all set here very soon.
Thank you for your patience,
Jeffrey Crittenden

That's best case and I hope it's right. But on the flip side, UNDt could be broke.
Jacques Tizabi( The CEO)said " In research and development ,where a good portion of the work has been going toward future threat. A good portion of the work has been done .Expanding product line, testing, being vetted by government agency, name recognition, distribution, and now building the sells force in distributor base to execute our plan."

Looks like ol' Jocko was telling the truth.
First, the products aren't ineffective. The BSM-2000 technology was being used on Mars rovers.
Second, the phone works. I've called many times. (310) 248-3655
actually it is still offered

In a related development, JPL recently entered into an agreement with Universal Detection Technology, Beverly Hills, Calif., a public company specializing in environmental monitoring technologies. The agreement, to mutually develop a commercially available anthrax 'smoke' detector, will combine JPL spore detection technology with Universal's aerosol capture device. The partnership with Universal Detection Technology is possible through the Technology Affiliates Program, one of many Commercial Technology Programs aimed at transferring JPL knowledge to the private sector to improve public quality of life.
As I stated before, UNDT HAS created and developed equipment with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The only other person to buy the equipment from, other than UNDT, is NASA and CalTech. Good luck going to NASA and buying the BSM-2000 or the Anthrax Smoke Detector. Let me know how that works out.
First, you don't divide the PPS for a reverse split you multiply it.
1:1000 reverse split means 1000 shares with PPS of .0003 will be converted to 1 share with PPS of .30
Second, what are you basing your claims of a reverse split off of?
It's called DEVELOPMENT! It clearly states in the article that they worked with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory on it. And OBVIOUSLY they wouldn't work on it in Beverly Hills. That's their office, not a test facility. They currently hold licenses to two patents they contributed devolopment to. I swear it's as if some you people have heard of google or if you're just too lazy to do DD.
They also developed their flagship product, the BSM-2000, with NASA JPL as well.
This is an article on NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and UNDT from 2003:

Never invented anything of their own?
August 15th. On that day, UNDT is set to release their 2nd quarter financials which should include profits from ramped up sales
oh and the portal monitor tender is worth a pretty penny too
So, I have been in touch with the Singapore Civil Defense Force, or at least the guy who's in charge of logistics, and he's finding the info on the tenders that have been won for dosimeters and portal monitors (refenced in this article http://sites.google.com/site/bullishpicks/company-profiles/otcbb-profiles/-u-names/undt) Hopefully it's good news because the contract for the dosimeters was over $1 mil USD. Weird that even after good news they still slipped from #2 in thier industry to #50 (also shown on the page listed above)
