Who wants to be the first to launch under the Right to Try legislation. If, there is a Big Pharma player out there...with the right stuff, why not discredit the smaller companies. Think big on this, either a Pfiser, Novartis, Merck, J&J or other 'in the vein' Big Pharma that wants to make sure 'they are the chosen one' for regenerative science and the $$profits that will soar in.
I question, if inspection was done in march/april...and report is only being released now--who had a hand in that, and why. So major insurance co or big pharma is pulling the strings.
$$USRM is making waves with some heavy hitters.
I was just thinking the same thing....
I think their calling out the FDA!
And...who in BigPharma wants a piece of the Stem Cell pie.
The swamp runs deep.
I would agree, with Right To Try coming up in both senate and house--with more than 40 supporters in each branch. I appears a 'cautionary tale' as the FDA is delayed in issuing guidance--and once given the 'right' people will flock towards all sorts of treatment centers. Stem Cell/Regenerative Med, is ahead of the curve and therefore the one that will receive the reprimand first.
I think other 'holistic' and 'therapuetic/homeopathic' centers will be next.
US stem cell was an easy target--as they were already in the rdat process.
MHO.
Wow, exciting news....if that 'go daddy' thing is a pump. It's the lamest pump I've ever heard.
Please do your DD before you invest! The CEO is chief cook and bottle washer of multiple shell stocks. Pumps his own stuff, and delivers on NOTHING.
I've been here an eternity--(yes, I'm older than dirt)--just waiting to take an out on this POS without significant loss.
Don't be like me! LOL
Here's the latest from the Commonwealth of MA regarding MJ Bill.
http://boston.cbslocal.com/2017/06/22/senate-passes-marijuana-bill-revisions-law/
From the quick globe article I received this morning, it looks as thought the Ma legislature has passed the MJ bill, leaving the 12% tax in place. I'll try to find the actual article and post here momentarily. Bill now moves on to state senate.
Having bought both LGBS and IBRG owned/operated by the same CEO...Please do your DD people. For more than 5 years I've held, watched reverse splits, and price points fluctuate with no real 'product' 'service' or materialization.
Don't blame anyone else if this p/d scheme cost you! Do your homework, know what you own, and be vigilant with news and other items regarding this and other so-called stocks this CEO owns.
GLTA!
Once the MA legislature 're-writes' the laws, establishes taxation level and receives approval I have a feeling this will remain at lower level. I also live close by and can attest they are 'in process' and getting everything ready to roll.
OTC market watch put out a 'blog' about companies under direction of Bill.
I believe we got scammed.
Bad feeling here--outed CEO has another little company 'shell' that recently ran on 'rumor' of merger only to have 'merger fail'.
No guarantee new CEO will operate any differently.
Hmm...so because everyone else jumps off a bridge i should too? Sorry, babe, don't think so.
It may be up over 200% but, the company 'makes nothing'. Sells nothing and has been implicated by SEC along with others.
Tell me--where exactly do you think this is going?
Based on what? Air?
This thing should not be moving. SEC filing incriminated all of the owners of this and other pennies.

I have been invested with USRM for more than 5 years...I entered strictly with the purpose to make some money. I have other 'potential' FDA biotechs and pharmaceuticals in my pipeline. I will be selling all but 25% of my holdings in USRM tomorrow morning. RMAT designation was a big motivator for me. Do I believe in the stem cell treatment--absolutely! Timing however, on my part, prevents me from sustaining any future losses. Based on your own situation-make your own decisions. This is mine.
I think my town taxes are probably the lowest in the state! And, having lived in several other states, I love my state of MA!
GLTA $$USRM!! From Massachusetts, too!
https://www.fda.gov/default.htm, You can go here and 'follow FDA' or sign up for news notifications.
Today they approved a new drug for the treatment of Parkinson's.
No word on USRM. GLTA
HH, you never cease to amaze me with the research and documentation you find. Thank you! Awesome and substantial reading--if you like technical/medical stuff, like me.
Everyone plays their stock game differently.
I came very close to selling my entire position this afternoon, as well. Remember I've been here since 2011, suffered the reserve split, and then bought back in- I have not yet taken profits.
I may tomorrow, or maybe not. Either way when I'm out-- I'm out!
Can't get too emotionally attached to 'profit' chasing.
Happy Power Hour everyone! GLTA!
Owned a 'small' piece of this since 2011! USRM is rocking my world today! GLTA!
With Murphy as CEO, and having companies already purchased by J&J (who is interested in stem cell therapy for heart/diabetes) does anyone want to speculate with me regarding who the potential buy-out may come from? Murphy already has the knowledge and connections to make this happen. Just thinking out loud. But, could be HUGE!
Anyone wish to join in a GREEN Beer? Wishing you all the luck of the IRISH and a share in the 'pot of gold' in USRM land.
I agree, not only did HH provide great due diligence but also was instrumental in encouraging folks to go find out for themselves. If you do the work yourself--sitting here while your little penny goes to new 'sky high' limits is very rewarding. So, Thank you as well, HH.
I know. Drudge had it this morning, Fox picked it up this afternoon with no further explanation. Talk about shady!
Long and strong! Hold on! It's going to be a wonderful ride!
Greetings and welcome, Hungry Hippo has been a wealth of information regarding due diligence on URSM. He along with the other moderators have valuable insights and information that present logic and worth. Start here and do a lot of FDA, Google and news articles to support.
GLTU...I've held long and strong for years. I remain, long and strong.
folks would only be upset by the 10K if they shorted the stock and LOST! Amazing the amount of crapola being slung out there tonight. Ay, Caramba! LOL
Oh good grief, people: Do you believe in what you invested in, or are you just here for the jollies. If you've done your DD, know the company, and the promise of what it offers--medically and scientifically you shouldn't be trembling now at the 10K or articles posted from years passed.
I find it curious, the timing on the 10K and CEO blog. One followed the other. My gut (for what it's worth) is telling me they are hoping to 'shake the tree' of any skeptics before they move UP to the next leg. Those that see "negative" in the 10K will promptly jump shift. Those that put the 8K,10K and blog in perspective will be loyal followers. Sometimes, timing is everything. IMO
;) me too!
Then, when FDA approves, and $$ rolls in-- I'll retire this year!
How's that for positive! LOL
Where the 10K talks about 2016. the 8K talks about the ventures of 2017 so far! Revenue IS (or will shortly) be generated.
Item 2.01. Acquisition Or Disposition Of Assets.
On March 3, 2017 , the Company entered into an Asset Sale and Lease Agreement with GACP (General American Capital Partners) Stem Cell Bank LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“GACP) to sell to GACP fully depreciated equipment (the “Equipment Assets”) related to the segment of the Company business involving collecting, growing and banking cell cultures (the “Human Banking Business”) for an aggregate of $500,000.
Simultaneous with the sale of the Equipment Assets, the Company leased back the Equipment Assets for a term of three years. The purchase price for the Human Banking Business was Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000) for the actual equipment, plus $50,000 for non-equipment assets specifically related to the banking business—plus another $50,000 for customer contracts related to the bank . As consideration for the lease back of the Equipment Assets, the Company will pay base rent of Twenty thousand Dollars ($20,000) per month plus a graduating payment of percentage rent for each of the three years.
In addition, GACP has contractually agreed to invest an additional Two and a half Million Dollars ($2,500,000) to open ten (10) stem cell clinics in the United States within 3 years--with a penalty provision to the benefit of the Company for shortfalls if less than 6 clinics are opened within 24 months.
Covers fY2016--Don't forget what we already know about 2017~
Don't forget about the US Stem Cell blog post! Off to a great start!
http://us-stemcell.com/ceo-blog-u-s-stem-cell-inc-is-off-to-a-great-start-this-year/
"Today, we contend that U.S. Stem Cell is a combination of opportunistic business enterprises. We estimate that the products and services we offer through US Stem Cell Training, Vetbiologics, and US Stem Cell Clinics has the potential, although we cannot provide assurances as to if and when it will be accomplished, to drive up to $100 million dollars in cumulative peak annual revenues. What we are establishing is a foundation of value in the products and services we are selling and plan to sell from US Stem Cell Training, Vetbiologics, and US Stem Cell clinics. Our strategy is to expand the revenues generated from each of these operating divisions and to reinvest the profits we generate into our U.S. Stem Cell clinical development pipeline."
I found this very promising. Any thoughts? HH
I believe, my opinion only, that the FDA ethics guidelines create a 'hands off' for FDA employees. Imagine what would happen if you knew every little circumstance regarding a pending approval, fast track or RATD--and happen to coincidently buy into the companies involved. You would make millions and no longer need to work for the FDA or any other agency or company!
HH, I saw that earlier, wanted to post but didn't quite know what to make of it! Thank you for your DD and interpretation. If all goes well, maybe i'll retire this year! LOL
