I believe the bottom was Friday, due to skepticism on ER. Now that ER was solid, it should continue its upward movement.

Technically speaking, yes. But from a more hybrid basis (fundamentals included) I really think this one will run. The ER was phenomenal. And Zohydro ER is just getting started, since it was just approved in March.

I think we're all frustrated with the PPS at this point, but selling at this level is like giving it away at the bottom. The 200-SMA is acting at support at this level and I believe we will close well above it today. Sell at resistance and buy at support, not the opposite. Just my two cents.

I did not sell. But I'm also not going to hold something "forever" if it doesn't turn around shortly. Protect profit and limit losses, play it smart. I wouldn't be surprised to see a swing back to green tomorrow, bouncing off the 200-SMA.

That I do not know. Just going based off the recent PR, which was sent out last night. I doubt it though, I assume they are just publicizing the initial placements. Once placements become a much more frequent, I'm sure they will only PR large orders and not each and every placement.

If you have two percent change values for adjacent time intervals, they compound rather than adding up. So 50% loss then 50% gain is base amount times 0.5 times 1.5. Which is NOT base amount minus 50 plus 50. But that isn't an "effect" it's just math. So yes...you can lose all of your gains (e.g. 300%)...but math equates any loss no more than 100%. Hope that helps a bit.
