Real Estate, the best investment? no way! typically it has returned a modest 4.5% a year over the last 30 years or so. The returns have been a little higher in the last 6 or 7 years, only because it has been the most bullish housing market ever.

wanna talk about getting smoked. I was up @ 900 dollars today on RIMM, (bot a couple times and made like 2-300 each time, in seconds). Last time i bot @ 97.50 and it started to tank immediately, i mean it was down like 3 - 4 pts a share in like minutes and I couldn't get executed even @ market. it was then halted. it opened up around the $85 level and i was down like 2200 and change. sold immediately and took the hit. it really hurt.
