My apologies to Douglas Cohn and Michael Black for a recent post. Mr Cohn is not associated with HNSS.
HNSS is following all the rules set out by the SEC.
It is my hope as a long time investor and supporter of HNSS that the current chill can be removed and HNSS can once again grow its business. I look forward to the completion of the Microfill machine once that occurs and the revenues it will bring to the company.
There was no intent on my part to alienate the management team that represents us.
Did they show up in your account or were they mailed? Are they restricted for one year or two? Thanks.
Hopefully HNSS was able to sell technology and patents of Microfill. This could pump needed cash into the company and provide big pps increase.
Many who use ihub as their DD also invest with money they cannot afford to lose. The pink market is too volatile for that type of investor.
Black has put himself into a position where he must perform. It may take another 6 months, but he has no choice. I will continue to buy at the low levels just because I am convinced that Black and his management team are too smart to put themselves into a position that could only mean jail time if they do not meet the expectations they put out in their pr's.
Many of those crying the loudest now did not have the ability to stay the course.
HNSS has been around for almost 10 years and if it were a scam it would have disappeared long before now.
Buys all day and then the bid whacker strikes with a 5000 share sell. Must have needed that $1.00 to buy a coke.
This certainly seems to be setting up for a squeeze. If folks would start hitting the ask, the pps could take a sharp turn north very quickly.
The volume of shares shorted over the last month is incredible.
It's free on e-trade if you do 30 trades per quarter.
Not sure what the intent of HNSS was on giving shareholders an extra 10 days to buy HNSS so they could get free INAR shares. It obviously was not to give the company time to dilute. Volume over the last 10 days would indicate no dilution.
Maybe there was another reason Black was encouraging shareholders to hang on and we will get the answer soon.
Bid whackers back to scare people into selling. 5000 shares sold for $3.00. You can't even buy a cup of coffee for that.
Looks like everyone is waiting until tomorrow to load up and get the free shares. Should be an interesting day.
Bid whackers. Unbelievable
5000 share bid whack. MM's refuse to let this run.
.0007's up already. Looks like folks are going to be taking advantage of the stock dividend.
Ask and bid just jumped. Investors taking advantage of stock dividends being given to HNSS shareholders of record May 10, 2012
I think a DTC chill just makes it restrictive for brokerages to transfer shares. This could be the reason HNSS was difficult for some shareholders to trade last fall. Also, could explain HNSS transfer agent issues last fall as well.
Thanks. Looks real thin if we can bust through the .0008's
My e-trade pro just crashed but it looked like we already had 14m in trades. Is that correct?
Not just answers, but good answers. The company is telling shareholders what the future holds.
MicroFill will be finished with new capital or technology sold.
Crowdfunding to be big part of future revenue.
Glad I have been loading at .0005
Many here seem to forget that this is a pink stock. Management owes you nothing.
Current state of HNSS reminds me of a pink I was in two years ago. I had been buying for months between $.003 and $.005. Nothing new came from the company for 9 months and the stock settled in at $.002. Longs no longer posted and the constant barrage of negative posts by bashers almost made me sell. Hung in and was rewarded by a run that went to $.10 I made out quite well and often wonder about the shareholders who were scared into selling.
HNSS has put out all the info they care to divulge. We all would like more, but HNSS is going to move on their timetable, not ours.
If you are going to invest in a pink company, please do your own DD before you decide. Do not make buy or sell decisions based on the posts here.
IMO
Bid whacking starting early today. 150 shares sold at .0004 for $.60.
Incredible buy at this price. Very little risk and lots of upside.
I agree. My point is that CEO's with over 10 years experience don't make critical mistakes. Not putting in the forward looking disclaimer would be a huge mistake. In the OTC world, it is unthinkable.
Expecting MicroFill news soon.
Black is a college grad with degree in finance. Cohn is grad of West Point. It would be an extremely critical mistake to be made by both of them.
You have to think they are smarter than that.
HNSS has put out many pr's in the last five years. All of them have the forward looking disclaimer that keeps CEO's out of trouble with the SEC. All except the two below that deal with the launch of the MicroFill-2160. HNSS has a joint venture with US News Corp(owned by Douglas Cohn, a professional writer) and US News corp writes the pr's. Douglas Cohn also owns several OTC companies. Either Black and Cohn are incredibly incompetent to leave out disclaimer on such important pr's, or we will soon have the launch of the MicroFill.
Who Know??
Healthnostics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNSS) is moving the launch of MicroFill-2160 to the 1st Quarter of 2012. The Company is delaying the launch to accommodate the inclusion of additional patentable design features. This time change will have a minor near term impact on the Company, and a significant positive impact beginning with the launch.
A Company spokesman said, "R&D involves many complexities, and the Company will not launch a product until it is ready for market. MicroFill-2160 is such a revolutionary product that its launch is expected to have global implications. It is literally a game-changer, and we want it to be as close to perfect as our best minds can make it."
The MicroFill-2160 is a state-of-the-art fill-and-seal machine designed to produce 2,160 medical pads per minute -- which is nearly three times faster than competitors' machines in use today -- and it is adaptable for use throughout the packaging industry, including cosmetics, household products, and personal hygiene.
To tap the expanded market, preliminary pricing of MicroFill-2160 has been set at $285,000, a competitive and profitable price point that is expected to generate significant sales.
MicroFill-2160 has a small footprint, requiring less floor space, fewer operators, and less energy consumption than competitor machines. The all stainless steel construction simultaneously decreases maintenance costs and reduces product exposure to impurities caused by corrosion and rust on other machines.
These speed, space, maintenance, energy, and labor benefits will significantly reduce manufacturing costs and increase product safety.
Design alterations are being incorporated into the Company's upcoming patent filing.

(PINKSHEETS: HNSS) will launch MicroFill-2160 at MinnPak, "the packaging and processing solutions Industry trade fair," and the concurrent Medical Design & Manufacturing shows at the Minneapolis Convention Center on November 2-3, 2011. The combined shows connect more than 700 exhibitors with thousands of potential customers in one of the nation's premier packaging events.
Healthnostics' state-of-the-art fill-and-seal machine, MicroFill-2160, designed to produce 2,160 medical pads per minute -- which is nearly three times faster than competitors' machines in use today -- proved to be highly versatile and adaptable, making it capable of employment throughout the packaging industry, including cosmetics, household products, and personal hygiene.

13 million traded already. Could get interesing
INAR stock is a wild card. Who knows. I am willing to give Black until the end of May to see what happens. At this point, speculation by anyone is just that, speculation. If there is no Microfil, we all know where the stock is going. If there is a Microfil, then pps is going to skyrocket.
Only time will tell. Risk at these levels is very low. HNSS in some form will probably always be around. Look at it's past history of pps rises and declines.
Hope everyone will just let this play out and then we will know for sure the character of Michael Black, one way or another.
This could make HNSS spike today like INAR did yesterday
I agree. If Black would give some definitive information on any of the pr's from the past 18 months, HNSS would see a dramatic increase in pps.
Verification on the Microfill-2160 alone would push this back to the pennies.
INAR has jumped 167% in 10 minutes. 20M in volume.
Looks like it could add value. Wish Black would just launch Microfill.
May depend on the timing. Don't see how the two companies can spin-off before the end of the month.
Hey LANNES, any idea on what is going on with the pps? Are you still in HNSS?
Michael Black controls the future for both HNSS and himself. He has been in pinks for about 10 years and is very knowledgeable about the laws concerning pinks.
The last two pr's about the Microfill including the gamechanger pr were both absent disclaimers. Many investors made buying or selling decisions based on those pr's. To not include the disclaimers means the Microfill is real and will be launched, or it was an obvious attempt to mislead investors.
Most longs are still hoping that Black has produced the Microfill. If not, most are willing to see this to whatever legal ends necessary. Only Black currently knows the truth.
18.2 million shares in first 90 minutes
Pr's have been very specific about the ability of MF. If it is announced in some other form than what was pr'd, then it is no diferent than if it wasn't real. You can not promise a BMW and deliver a Yugo.
Black and Cohn have put themselves into a box that will be very dificult to get out of with the SEC if there has been deception.
Have proof?? Of course not.
My postion on HNSS all along has been that Black and Cohn were too smart to blatantly deceive shareholders about the Microfill. This machine had its roots in SNDH and can be traced back to at least July 2006. SNDH had a contract to supply alcohol swabs and was building this machine first in Canada and then in Florida.
Somehow, HNSS was given or sold the technology for the machine(if it exists). HNSS has put out two seperate pr's with no forward looking disclaimer about the launch of the Microfill. It is still hard for me to believe that anyone is that stupid to not cover their ass in a "pink" company pr.
If there truly is a Microfill, then I can see absolutely no reason to wait this long for an announcement.
At this point, nothing written on ihub is going to make much difference in the pps. Only a MF pr will get this moving up again.
I hold many millions of shares and bought several million more last week. I will not sell anytime soon, but I don't have much expectation now of this going far from where it is without something very positive and credible from the company.
IMO
There can be no logical reason for not announcing the launch of the Microfill except it does not exist. Black has had enough time since the last pr to make any improvements or apply for patents. If the MF does exist, making shareholders wait until the last minute does not instill any confidence in the minds of the shareholders(bagholders?)
Specific pr's of the past could well come back to bite management in the ass.
IMO
Gut feelings and DD make a great combo. At this point when you add logic, you get the following:
1. Microfill launch is important not just for what it represents in revenue, but it also validates everything Black has been saying for the last 2 years. MF launch pushes the pps into the pennies because of the credibility it gives to the other HNSS pr's. Conversely, no launch without a very, very good reason will cause Black to lose all crediblilty.
2. Black and Cohn are both smart and savvy businessmen. Both live in the DC area and the ties between the two are evident. Black is a finance major and Cohn is a West Point grad and DC journalist.
3.Either Microfill is real or it is well fabricated lie carried on by Black and Cohn for over 4 years. I have to believe that with the current SEC atmosphere that they are both too smart to try and decieve shareholders. The consequences are just too dire.
Looking forward to the launch
IMO
More of the same for trading HNSS. It is a shame that shareholder could not hold out for a few more days. The pps if no MF announcement is not going to fall much more. If there is a MF announcement(feeling about 75% that there will be one) then someone just lost lots of $$$.
I think people are not aware that HNSS has been making money without the MF. Risk at these prices is fairly small.
IMO
