How is this still trading? I could of bought a 2018 C7 Corvette with the amount of funds I lost on this scam. The last time I spoke to Tony was during one of the failed tests which he claimed would be resolved and they would receive the certification which we all now know was a lie. Now he's CEO? Wake up people...BLTA isn't going to fly and I wish I had a 2018 C7 'Vette.
Totally agree Mit. Management had no business telling investors to keep buying into their scam promising revenue flights which will take the PPS much higher. I basically bought a 2016 Chevy Corvette and torched it with the amount of money I lost in BLTA.

Out of curiosity, how is BLTA going to go on with operations if they don't plan to dilute further? Where is the cash coming from? What is the company's burn rate per month? I wasn't at the ASM but would of asked those questions. TIA...

Choov I've always respected and believed your posts. Unfortunately I don't see how a pass was provided by the FAA and BLTA not PR the event to prevent further deterioration of their stock price. I just tried calling again to reach out to Tony and their phones keep ringing, not even an answering machine. Tony was adamant that BLTA would PR a successful mini the day it was awarded, the last time we talked. GLTU...

My source from Willow Run. As much as I wanted BLTA to succeed due to the amount of money I had in it, I had to pull the trigger. I will get back in at a much lower price point.
According to my source it does:
"The FAA didn't provide a decision yesterday on the appeal and with the holidays coming up plus the lack of funding, don't expect any answers till the second or third week of Jan/2016".
I was really hoping for some positive news and it looks like those that still own shares will have to wait a little longer. Again BLTA is still moving forward with certification.
BLTA is still working towards certification. It's going to take longer now that the FAA certification lost its funding. BLTA anticipates the second to third week of January before funding resumes. Once that happens the FAA will either give a pass/fail or require mini #8.
I'm out. The info I received is pretty disturbing and I might as well keep w/e I had left. I'm out $55K but it's definitely an expensive learning experience. I will buy back in when BLTA hits trips because after the ASM it will.
BLTA management is all to blame and not the FAA. Lack of transparency, the unwillingness to just schedule another mini instead of just hoping to receive a pass, is inexcusable. I was so pro BLTA, to hear that the FAA didn't provide a decision, and now it's looking like the second to third week of January before the FAA does ANYTHING, ie, pass/fail and/or a mini #8 will only drive the PPS lower.
I will continue to watch but time is not in BLTA's favor and more dilution is obviously coming.
Besides we were talking about rolling the dice as it pertains to BLTA and not throwing money out the window.

Why would the FAA pay BLTA a visit if everything you just mentioned is coming to pass? Why not just send a letter or call BLTA's HQ's stating the results and inform them that mini #8 is never going to be scheduled? It works both ways. Another possibility, and yes it is a possibility because the answer you provided is also one, would be that the FAA is scheduling the remaining processes including the proving flights. If you're going to speculate a scenario then don't be so closed minded about someone else's scenario.
If BLTA doesn't announce something about the mini the PPS will tank further. Only reason we are staying at this level is anticipation of news about the mini and further progress. I'm confident management has considered that scenario.

Logically it didn't make sense. To claim BLTA didn't have money to renew space but have the money move people, equipment, and services is absurd. I don't fly much but moving to a terminal leads me to believe take off soon.
So they have the money to move to terminal 4 and lease that space? Sounds more like they are preparing to fly.

You're right..the rumor of nothing happening week in and week out and speculating more dilution and then bankruptcy is getting old.

Nice don. I too have stopped and currently sit with 3m, after picking up 100k yesterday, in my 401k and 500k in my etrade account. I will be one happy camper to see this move to .25 to .30 in the coming weeks/months.
To many assumptions. I would welcome a R/S as long as the fundamentals are there. This company has very little debt so a share buyback would be ideal once revenues start. Even if a R/S is to happen, as long as there are strong revenues and potential for growth, it wouldn't affect it other than BLTA listing on a higher exchange. A 10:1 R/S would yield an AS of only 600-690M shares and BLTA can easily see $1-$2 per share even on one plane.

Who said anything about an appeal/waiver? Where's the proof? BLTA will get certified...only two more steps and LT paid for the fuel for proving flights.

Not one person here knows the FAA procedures and guidelines when it pertains to the mini/exercise. BLTA is only following protocol which guidance was provided thru the local/regional FAA officials. Don't blame BLTA for following the rules...take it out on the FAA.
Well all other failures have been known immediately. There was no paperwork to submit. This is obviously different. I don't care what the negative people on this board is saying this delay works in BLTA's favor.
Right...I just got paid today and won't see any funds in my 401k till Monday so even if we don't hear anything today or tomorrow i'll be able to pick up another 100k shares Monday morning inching my way closer to 4M total. Still a good buying opportunity.
Spoke to Tony and the paperwork is in for either an approval or disapproval of the mini. The ditching exercise was scheduled for last night but since HQ/Local FAA didn't receive word from the national FAA they canceled it. It's a waiting game as of right now. The idea of a waiver to get the mini passed is not true according to Tony. Everyone at HQ remains upbeat and positive. He is readily available so give him a call if anyone has any doubts or questions.

All I can say is call Tony. Now IMO yes we passed the mini because the FAA wouldn't schedule the following step if the first failed. The ditching is scheduled and as someone that posted before...paperwork, paperwork, and more paperwork when dealing with a very large gov. body like the FAA.

The selling is from people who believe silence is a sign of a negative outcome. BLTA didn't come all this way with the FAA, employees, maint. crews, ect to fail this mini.
