"A minimum of two consecutive reproducible batches are generally required to be made before qualifying a product, process, and facility under c-GMP. In addition, we will also need to seek and obtain US FDA registration as a cGMP facility, after we successfully commission c- GMP-like production of at least one drug substance at this facility. "
Whoops.
What's the point of testing inconsistent batches anyway?
Why bother trying to select a candidate until any candidate can actually be made in consistent batches?
I see Seymour is feeding his pen pals more bullshit-flavored Kool Aid, and they're drinking every drop.
The SEC filings state no such bullshit.
NeverCides Stockholm Syndrome
NNVC doesn't even have a candidate yet we're supposed to be impressed by claims made by a documented liar on a previous candidate that has since been scrapped?
ROFL!!!!!!!
And it begs the question -- if the data was so great on a candidate, why did Seymour scrap it?
12 years and still not even a candidate and yet alleged partial data is presented as worth something on a candidate that's been scrapped and thrown away?
lol lol lol lol lol lol ROFL!!!!!!
Enjoy the rest of the slide to zero.
I prefer the more realistic way to present it -- "none of the past claims, even if the sociopath CEO isn't lying, mean shit since they were supposedly done with a drug candidate that has been scratched and NeverCides has never been able to make identical batches of any candidates hence stuck in the same place for 12 years."
Of course most INVESTORS in this scam don't have a clue they invested in a scam. That's the nature of the beast.
Thanks - the science is interesting and helpful.
Don't blame us for Seymour lying just about every time his lips move. We didn't force him to do it.
But hey look at this! A sociopathic liar put together this incomplete slide with a partial data point for drug they can't make a repeat copy for and a candidate that they won't even be using.
Bravo! Accomplishment!
ROFL!!!!!
Only Joe Sixpack investors are falling for data-absent graphs and calling that laboratory data.
If a broker or fund manager presented that laughable shit to his colleagues as "fact" he would be tarred, feathered, and thrown into an asylum for the criminally stupid.
What "fact" was that? A promo presentation by a documented sociopath liar CEO that was part of a presentation packed filled with billons in sales predictions slated for 2009?
Those facts?
LOL
If I were Seymour I would add flying unicorns to the slides for laughs to see just how many fools would then state flying unicorns exist because the "facts" were presented in a promo by Seymour.
Seymour's promo cartoon slides designed to sucker in the naive is now called laboratory data?
LOL
How is it that anybody falls for Seymour's cartoon graphs when he has been exposed as a documented liar on things far less complex?
Seymour said in 2014 NeverCides is just waiting for BASI to be ready for more FluCide and that's the only thing holding up the decade-long-awaited toxicology testing. We now know this was a bold faced lie -- why should any rational intelligent human being trust Seymour's promotional cartoon slides masquerading as data?
Why is there a straw man need to make up words that were never said?
You quoted him again and the words "won't " and "false" don't exist in his quote. His quote remains 100% accurate. So accurate in fact that one has to make up words that don't even exist in the quote to try to refute the irrefutable. He didn't use the word "wrong" either. Again, why make up what isn't there?
And, no, NNVC's cartoons are cute but they fail to stare how a code actually finds a virus.
As for antibodies vs. cides I thought the numbers spoke for themselves. Antibodies work better than cides due to sheer overwhelming power in numbers instead of a magic tiny number in a shot of a snake oil called Flucide.
As for not forgetting what' Seymour claimed about the human immune system and cides I'm sorry that's easy to forget because he has no evidence never mind proof and can't possible have any evidence since it's never been tested in a human being,
A person with the flu is said to have 100 trillion viral particles while a dose of flucide has a fraction of that number.
Antibodies produced will actually outnumber the viral particles and keep producing more continuously in order to win the battle and as we know they still lose a lot and people die from the flu.
Based on the numbers only (since this scam can't even produce a consistent drug) at best Flucide would be a minor help that is better than nothing (perhaps like thermaflu) but not the magic bullet being touted.
You're 100% incorrect again. The dude ASKS HOW -- he never said it does not. That's typical straw man bullshit to take a rational logical and excellent question and try to spin it into a rhetorical certainty.
He is 100% correct -- there has been no public explanation of how it works. It's cute that you added the word "won't" in his question and managed to twist it into a statement he never made. Why do that? Since he never made the claim that required you to inset the word "won't" for him there is basis to then attack an argument he never made. He said there has been no explanation on how the cides work -- the only person who made a declaration that the cides won't work is you when you made up a quote that doesn't exist.
Why do that?
As for antibodies, they are made continuously by the body and therefore there is an unlimited and ongoing supply being made literally every second. Random chance becomes irrelevant if you are allowed to roll the dice an infinite number of times. Unless a patient is continuously fed a nonstop supply of cides then the tiny dose of cides do NOT mimic antibodies.
He remains 100% correct. Context is king. Since he already said the body kills viruses the later statement you quoted out of context clearly referred to eliminating viruses enough to halt illness entirely.
So the repossession story was 100% made-up bullshit. Thanks for the confirmation.
WTF? He didn't say anything remotely like that. He questioned if the cides could kill ENOUGH of the viral load.
I always found that to be bullshit too. Supposedly all the cides do is mimic human cells in the circulatory system like a fishing hook without any bait, hoping each one will randomly attach itself to a viral particle before they attach to a human cell. Of course only a tiny percentage of the circulation is cides so by random chance only tiny percentage of viral particles would get attached to cides.
Oh I highly doubt it works otherwise any morally intelligent man would be screaming from the rooftops for help and pledging his own shares. He'd be 100% focused on eradicating viruses instead of 100% focused on message boards like Seymour.
They would be over-hiring and over-paying geniuses in a variety of fields to get this moving. Each day wasted is another day of people dying from horrible viruses. The excuse of this being a public company so thinking of the shareholders comes first is laughable considering the stock is in a death spiral for years and their "cautious spending" has gotten them anywhere close to anything that matters. Spending years being frugal but delaying billions in supposed profits is a joke.
I think several will ask or have asked but we will not publicly hear the bad news. We only tend to publicly hear good news.
This is a perfect summary of NNVC now and for years:
"The inability to manufacture 2 "identical" batches at any scale is the problem.
They can likely conduct Tox testing with 200g and yes, they can make marketable doses at 200g scale.
However, they will not ever get to market, nor will their Tox be admissible without the ability to manufacture identical batches.
Ask Seymour if they have been able to manufacture identical batches of any 'cide at any scale. If he says "don't listen to that guy, he's not affiliated with the company," remind him that was not the question. And ask him if materials have been delivered to Moffat yet."
Credit to Nanotoday.
Just like no bonds, no permits, no MSHA, no equipment, and old violations not cleared?
lol
Based on that bullshit, all that Alaska winter placer mining must be because it's hot outside there.
Given the false myth that a nonrebtal company repossessed rental equipment, perhaps the "pipe" that needs to be repossessed is the one filled with erb.
Interesting post. Thanks.
Interesting post. Thanks.

Has NeverCides ever made 3 consistent batches of any drug at any scale?
Advice from someone capable of reading the filings and understanding them (me):
None of that bullshit will happen before NeverCides solves the massive problem of consistent batches which is something that has plagued many other now bankrupt nanomedicine companies.
Oh please it's more strawman bullshit -- nobody disputes that a candidate NNVC can't make 3 useful batches of won't be selected. The problem is selecting yet another candidate for the 400th time doesn't help NeverCides get over the real issue Seymour has danced around for a decade and got nowhere even close to solving.
If that bullshit were true, the SEC filings wouldn't be saying 3 batches that are consecutively made and consistent with each other are needed.
Just down to selection than good to go? ROFL not even close.
What good is the "best" candidate if NeverCides can't make consistent batches of it?
Time for this board to face reality -- batch size and candidate selection are meaningless red herrings from an investors' standpoint. NeverCides has been in the same position for many years -- lack of consistent batches is an absolute show stopper.
EVERY SCAM SAYS THE SAME BULLSHIT
often people rhetorically wonder -- if this is a scam home come the SEC hasn't come in?
That rhetorical question is just silly for theee reasons:
1. Often the SEC is indeed busy investigating while people naively think they aren't.
2. Just like many speeders get away with not getting speeding tickets, many scams just quietly melt into bankruptcy while the executives get away with it.
3. Sometimes the SEC watches as a scam accumulates more evidence. Like a cop watching a speeder accelerate and is waiting to see just how far the driver will break the law, oftentimes the SEC let's a scam play out longer than necessary in order to score an even bigger victory while securing even more evidence.
WE HAVE ALREADY DEBUNKED THAT BULLSHIT
1. Having risk disclaimers in a 10K doesn't protect NeverCides when it commits fraud in public disclosures elsewhere.
2. According to SEC regulations, any forward-looking statements from a company must have a "reasonable basis." There is no reasonable basis, for example, for Seymour to predict they can make new drugs in weeks or that there will be human trials within a year for a drug that isn't even developed enough yet to make 3 consecutive and consistent batches.
Don't forget the claims of unmatched commercial success despite having zero commercial success.
