Well....since there will be no going back from the reverse split, this is the new normal. No use crying and whining about the obvious. Anybody that is long can do the math.
Choicetrade
Anybody trading VRNG with Choicetrade?
The symbol is still not eligible for trading.
Wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
paranoid
Looks like ZTE is taking Exchange email storage lessons from our own Internal Revenue Service.
The people that bought the rumor are selling the news. Be patient.
Snooze,
I *think* it's the United States District court for the........
Southern District of New York.

Running Bull,
$12/share would be a dream alright, a dream as in a nightmare, LOL. $50/share would be considered a good dream to me........since we're dreaming.
Patience young Banger. You will be rewarded. Defending patents is not a game for weak stomachs and knee jerk impatience. It's also a big boys game where big money has to be spent to earn yet even bigger rewards. There are always Blue Chip stocks that you can trade if this stock is too much for you to handle.
A settlement from ZTE would be MUCH more realistic.
<sigh> Yes that makes sense. Thanks for setting me straight.
I believe if the conference call reveals information regarding a possible ZTE settlement (not likely), the settlement monies from ADT or a settlement with Tyco then the share price will pop. If the conference call is canned like it has been in the past, the share price will not change.
Thank you JJS for all you do.

As there is definitely a large focus on the Google case and all its ups and downs, to keep me from going nuts I am now looking at the affairs of ZTE in India, China and Germany to be the game changers of the increase in share price. I'm hoping and am confident that we will be well paid from ZTE. Then when the Google shenanigans has finally ceased the Google pay out will be icing on the cake to an already established and ever-increasing level of incoming revenue.

That would definitely not be the first time KP. If the Jan 22nd date is bogus as it seems to be then I hope a date is set quickly and way before 1/22/2014.

Hi,
From the information I read on Vringo Free forum, the date is January 22nd.

Holding until the end. Thanks Dade for all of your diligent effort in keeping us informed. I'm sure I speak for a lot of us here. We are better off and more informed because of you.
Still holding as well.
Dade, I too, am holding until the end.
Thanks for the info Dade. You always come through with great details and it's much appreciated. Still holding.
My order is partially filled this morning. I put in an order for 240k for .0008. 125k got filled. The rest is still waiting. I feel lucky to catch this dip. Doesn't seem to be a whole lot left at this price. Looks like the only way is up now. Good luck to all.
Sorry dade, littlerichie.
I see what you mean now dade.
Sorry.
Keep the good DD coming.
Thanks
dade, in your post that I replied to you asked if it was legal to trade during BK.
Here is your question in your quote:
would it be legal for the company to be transferring shares to freely trading during the Q?
I simply answered your question straight from the SEC.
If you knew all that then why did you ask?
I'm hoping that the shares take off. I just wish there was more transparency. I'm simply amazed as the DD that you and littlerichie are able to come up with. Very helpful. Thank you.
I wish this were the case dade, but I don't think so.
I'm in and holding and buying dips. It's a gamble, but
worth it to me. Please read below. Pulled from www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/bankrupt.htm
A company's securities may continue to trade even after the company has filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11. In most instances, companies that file under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code are generally unable to meet the listing standards to continue to trade on Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange. However, even when a company is delisted from one of these major stock exchanges, their shares may continue to trade on either the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets. There is no federal law that prohibits trading of securities of companies in bankruptcy.
Need to see if I'm interpreting this correctly.
Does the quote below state that our shares are safe because they can't sell our stock to the stalking horse? Or can the stalking horse (new owner) issue a new ticker symbol post bankruptcy thereby making our shares worthless? Can somebody chime in with more experience?
"As under Article 9, a sale under § 363 is most likely to be an asset sale. Indeed, if the business being sold is in bankruptcy, its stock is not an asset of the bankruptcy estate and generally could not be sold under § 363, although if the debtor is a holding company, its stock in its subsidiaries may be sold pursuant to § 363."
