Generation Iron's is streaming the Arnold Festival this year.
Good Luck with that!! Maybe in about 5 years!! I would love to just see it hit .01 cent. That would pay off about $20K in credit card debt! lol
I HAVE ONE QUESTION ABOUT CBD HEMP OIL!! Can you pass a drug test with a Hemp Oil that has no THC in it? Or will you still fail it because of chemical makeup of the plant itself?
The rate it's going, I don't think we're going to see 10 cents
You know, back in the day, when a stock had great news coming, stock prices flew off the shelves! Now, whenever there is good news, the stock price plummets! Which leads me more to believe that the stock market is rigged. They get everyone hyped up to buy and the day the great news comes out, the powers that be, pulls the plug! They make out like kings and we make out like pawns! But that still doesn't mean the stock will crumble, it just means that it's going to take longer to make money.
If your getting the emails, it's because the run already started. Usually by the time someone like you and me get these emails and they convince us with there flashy language and videos, the stock is already about ready to top out. But their not going to tell you that, because they want you to jump in with everything you have, just in time for them to sell it all. They win big, you loose. But, you will make a little bit, if you know when to sell.
Listen up peeps!
Don't let other people on here try to convince you that this stock is a scam. You need to invest the way you want. Listen to your own gut, do the research, and tell these yahoo's to go F themselves. They are either crying because they don't know how to invest and lost money on the stock, or they are getting paid by someone else to slam the stock.
You have to remember that this is a stock that big pharm doesn't like. They will do everything in their power to make this company and every other company that has medicines that actually CURE" diseases, rather than just TREAT them. Big pharm is not in the business to CURE anything. Big pharm is in the business to make and they don't care how many people have to die for them to do it! Big pharm doesn't care about this stock. They would buy it all up just so the CURE couldn't come out!
Moral of the story: Don't let big pharm win! Don't let these self respecting investment guru's get under your skin! The best thing to do, is to get off this board completely and listen to your own gut. Believe me, your investment life will take a turn for the better!
I used to browse this site looking for advice for about 3 years and I lost money time and time again, listening to these guru yahoo's convincing everyone that they were right. After I lost so much money listening to them, I called it quits. I never bought another stock for almost a year. Then I did something that they didn't want me to do. I never visited another stock board again and started investing with my gut. I've made 10 times the money in stock than I lost listening to these fools.
Listen to yourself. Listen to your gut. Research these companies yourself and don't let anyone else tell you that your wrong. I'm not saying your going to be right all the time, but you will definitely be better off!
BeDub.
I don't know. It wasn't like they didn't have any products. I've not only seen the products, but I've used them and they are real! lol. They actually worked too! That's why it's hard to believe that it's more than just poor management.
It's been a long time since I've been on here or even seen what Fuse Science was doing.
I checked into what it is doing now, and do I have this right, that they are not even working on the same products anymore??
WTF is up with that? How do you go from making energy products and having a new way to receive medicine, to working in drone technology? This makes no sense whatsoever!!
Does the company still exist, and are they still putting out the products, or what's the deal?insert-text-here" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >insert-text-here[tag]insert-text-here[/tag]
Skinny Water is not out yet!
They have an exclusive distribution agreement with Kalil Bottling Company as of November 03, 2014. They have changed all their packaging for the better and everything is looking up. It may take it awhile to get back where it was, but at least they are still in business.
Kalil Bottling Company is out of Arizona and operates distribution centers in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, and El Paso. Kalil distributes soft drinks, teas, and waters throughout Arizona, parts of New Mexico, the Durango area of Colorado and the El Paso area of Texas. Major brands handled by the company’s 750 employees include RC, 7UP, Diet Rite, A&W, Sunkist, Snapple, Arizona Tea, Canada Dry, Squirt, Vernor’s, Yoo Hoo, Big Red, Fiji and Monster Energy. Kalil Bottling Co. offers a full line of fountain, vending, and cold drink equipment. Kalil also packs private-label beverages for customers throughout the Southwestern U.S. and has shipped soft drinks to customers in 14 different countries.
Part of their advertising budget should have been spent on a nice Super Bowl commercial. After all, Fuse has half the atheletes in their corner already!! lol
DON'T PULL YOUR MONEY OUT YET, BOYZ!!
As of today Skinny Water is getting a $15 Million dollar bailout!!
Here is the article:
Skinny Water (SKNY) Lining Up for a Reverse Split (Or, Why I Cancelled My Pending Order for SKNY)
Jesse Lawson is the editor-in-chief for Lawsonry.
Skinny Water may be a sought-after product, but I’m not entirely ready to jump on board the SKNY bandwagon just yet.
Everyone on the stock market message boards from Yahoo! is excited about the new $15,000,000 in financing that was just announced. This tells a lot of people that SKNY will finally be able to start filling those orders that it has to keep turning away, but hidden inside the SEC filings lies some dirty little investment banking deeds (and these dirty deeds are not done dirt cheap!).
I just cancelled my pending order for 50k shares that I would have bought and held for a few years depending on their ability to attain solvency. Before you jump in – and before you decide to really stick it out – I encourage you to read up on some due diligence that I’ve recently managed to compile.
Looking at the 13D just filed, a few things jump out:
“At the third closing (the “Third Closing”), the Notes sold at the First and Second Closings will convert into additional Equity Units, and, in addition, Trim will purchase $5,000,000 of additional Equity Units such that, after the Third Closing, Trim will own $9,000,000 of Senior Preferred and 65% of the Third Closing Fully Diluted Common Stock.”
Trim Capital, LLC, a company that holds shares managed by Dachsund, LLC, a company that manages investments for a Marc Cummins (who is the principal for both companies), will be owning the shares, as will Dachsund and Cummins, but
“Marc Cummins is the sole member of Dachshund, and Dachshund is the sole managing member of Trim. Therefore, Mr. Cummins will have voting and investment control over the shares of Common Stock to be held by Trim, and may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of such shares.”
If Cummins is all private equity as the 13D states, then he’s positioning himself to make a lot of money off of this. Please note that the multiple entities owned and controlled by one very rich person is not a new concept, so there’s technically nothing really fishy here about this.
“The Notes bear interest at a rate of 15% per annum and are secured by a first priority lien on all of the Company’s assets, other than the inventory and receivables of the Company for which Trim’s lien is subordinated to the lien held by the Company’s senior lender. The Initial Note is due and payable on the earlier of June 28, 2013.”
The noteS (plural) will bear a 15% interest rate. The initial note of $1M + interest ($150,000) will be due on June 28th of next year.
“Effective as of the First Closing, the Company entered into a consulting agreement (the “Consulting Agreement”) with Mr. Cummins pursuant to which he will receive a monthly consulting fee of $10,000 during a term commencing on June 28, 2012 and continuing in effect until the Notes are paid in full or converted into Equity Units (unless earlier terminated in accordance with their terms).”
For a company that isn’t generating enough revenue to keep up with debts, they sure are quick to enter into additional financing and paying a $120k/yr consulting fee to Cummins.
“It is anticipated that Mr. Cummins will be elected as a member of the Board as a nominee of the holders of the Senior Preferred in connection with the Third Closing.”
Doesn’t sound too bad now, but unless they have a master strategy to get out of debt, adding on additional debt is going to be useless.
“Michael Salaman, the Company’s CEO and a director, is a minority investor in Trim Capital.”
Well then.
“The Senior Preferred will carry a cash dividend of 15% of the original issue price per annum, which will be cumulative, shall compound semi-annually and shall be payable on the earliest of (i) the closing of a qualified public offering, (ii) a liquidation event, (iii) the redemption of the Senior Preferred, or (iv) semi-annually to the extent that funds are legally available therefor. No dividends may be paid on the Common Stock or any series of preferred stock ranking junior to or pari passu with the Senior Preferred unless all accrued but unpaid dividends on the Senior Preferred have been paid in full.”
So in addition to the 15% interest on the notes, the $9M in equity financing has a 15% div yield on top of it, paid out “semi-annually to the extent that funds are legally available therefor” (read: semi-annually as long as the company isn’t about to declare bankruptcy).
But in accounting class I remember that an investment which states 15% nominal rate and compounding 2 times per year results in an effective rate of 15.562%.
This puts an additional annual liability of $1,400,580 in preferred dividends. And if you’re an optimist and think that the first few dividends wont have to get paid out, then please understand the last line from above: “No dividends may be paid on the Common Stock or any series of preferred stock ranking junior to or pari passu with the Senior Preferred unless all accrued but unpaid dividends on the Senior Preferred have been paid in full.”
So already we’re up to the following:
$15,000,000 in new financing, with an obligation of
$1,400,580 per year, dividends on preferred shares
$1,150,000 once, due on June 28th, 2013
$450,000 per year, interest on second (“Remaining”) note
$120,000 per year, consulting fee to Marc Cummins
This totals our new PER ANNUM additional liabilities to:
$1,970,580
Additionally, the securities were sold by Bryant Park Capital for the sum of $400,000, $50,000 of which the CEO is using to pay himself back for a loan he gave to SKNY. So tack on another $400k (see this SEC filing for details).
If Skinny Water is as popular as everyone is raving, then the company has a solid future.
But I wouldn’t expect scrap metal to get me to work and back until it was manufactured into a car.
A disaster would be a stock that keeps falling and falling and falling.
This on the other hand has remained stable for the last 3 months, no matter what anyone has said.
So I will not sell, and I will buy more.
They need to hire a host of sales people throughout the nation. This will get the product out there faster than a few retail chains. I would love to be one of those sales people. I've introduced EnerJel to more consumers than I think Fuse Science did, and I don't even work for them. I should at least be getting paid for advertising. lol
All I have to say is, there is certainly an awful lot of trading activity going on here in the last week or so. The chart doesn't show it, but it jumped 400% the other day.
Is there any insider information rolling around out there for this sudden jump?
WoW!! Story of my f&^%$# life!! Walk out of the room for an hour and this jumps 400% from when I bought it on Tuesday!!! Then when I come back to check again, because I had that feeling ya know, it's back down to where it started.
I have a half of a million shares. I'm holding.
Skinny just changed their symbol back to it's original SKNY. They dropped the "E" that was added a month or so ago.
Amen brother!
All these great atheletes that are signing on with Fuse and everyone is afraid!
Don't think for one minute that these (atheletes) made this decision on their own! High paid financial advisors, accountants, lawyers; all of which have been around the block 10 times more than us, are giving these (atheletes) the go ahead to sign on with this company!! That speaks volumes.
Don't think that these professionals didn't do their homework before all of this was done. These are not uneducated people here!!
I already did.
I talked to a financial advisor who does work for my multi-millionaire brother in law, and he said he is all in at Fuse. So that was good enough for me.
I also know a lot of people who work for Edward Jones, and they are all in. They should know. They even turned me on to some other stocks that they are promoting, that aren't doing anything right now either.
They are looking at this company for long term, not short term.
I haven't even tried their new products yet, other than EnerJel and nothing has me scared. Just because the stock dropped 3 cents, doesn't mean it's doomed. It can drop another 5 cents and it won't bother me.
You all know how the stocks are these days. Every time there's good news, about anything, the stock price falls. It may take time, but it will go up.
I think for the most part, people are just too afraid to invest in anything right now. This country is so close to a dollar collapse that it's not even funny! This is having a big impact on the way everybody spends their money!
But then again, this is what got us into trouble in the first place. If everyone would have just left their money in the stock market right after 911, we would not be going through this right now. You have to keep spending the money you earn, or everyone looses.
Good.
Let it drop. I want to buy more
Was the Fuse Science in Time Square up during the New Years Eve celebration?
It's should be tasting even better, because they have plans to use Stevia in the near future, as long as they don't go bankrupt first. LOL.
But I'm with you. I'm in for the long haul. I'm already down enough money not to worry about loosing anymore.
I wish Dr Pepper would get off their ass and just buy them out!!! Even if they only want to give us half of what our stock is worth; it would be worth it!
OK, we all know in this day and age that good news is bad news for stocks.
I am expecting some really good news at the first of the year! LOL
Then I'm going to buy the shit out of it!!
I actually don't care if the Fuse's stock drops. I'll leave what I have in there and buy some more even cheaper. Cause I know next year it will be up enough for me to profit from it.
No. It was article on a news site. I could have swore I put it in my bookmarks. I will try to find it again tonight. I have to run right now.
Dr Pepper is looking into it, according to an article that I read last week. They never said for sure, but it's definitely on table; which is good no matter how you slice it!
Someone is still buying. Early this morning the stock fell all the way to zero, and now it's back up to .0015. I know that's not a lot, but it means they are still in the game, and that's good enough for me.
OK, I'm confused! I'm fairly new to trading stocks, and I have about $1000.00 invested in this one.
I just got on etrade and noticed that my account had dropped drastically from this morning. I looked at my stocks and Skinny Water was actually double from what it was yesterday, but my Etrade account is saying that it's a 100% loss.
Why is that? Is this something I should be taking up with Etrade, or is this something that happened to Skinny Water itself?
Please let me know.
Thanks
CHECK THIS OUT!!!
BALA CYNWYD, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE) Dec 12, 2012 – Skinny Nutritional Corp. (OTCBB:SKNY), today announced a new distribution agreement with Dr. Pepper 7Up Bottling of the West. This agreement will service counties in California, Nevada, Idaho and Wyoming. This agreement with Dr Pepper 7Up Bottling of the West complements existing distribution agreements bringing Skinny Water® to a total of 28 distributors. Skinny continues to build its number of chain authorized accounts, currently over 2000 stores, nationally in all Target Stores and regionally with Acme Markets and Giant in the Mid-Atlantic, and Albertson’s in Arizona.
Hopefully this will work out well for Dr Pepper and they can take the next step in a buyout or at least national distribution.
$$$$$
Same here. I don't have a whole lot of money invested, but it's a whole lot to me.
So I'm going to sit tight and ride it out, because I believe in the product.
God help us all! lol
If I can find the article again. I will post it. It was in a business journal. And it was posted yesterday.
I just read an article yesterday, and this is no bull, but Dr Pepper is looking into Skinny Water.
It seems that John Kilduff, one of Skinny Water's advisors worked for Dr Pepper for over 20 years, and was a big part of their growth over the last 20 years.
The article said that Dr Pepper hasn't made a firm decision yet, but they are a definately looking.
Hopefully, some more news will come out over this. Even if Dr Pepper decides against it, the news alone could do wonders for us.
I wish someone would. They have a great product, just not enough revenue to advertise like they should.
If they could get into Wal-Mart, heavily advertise the product, they would have it made.
Then why does the chart show a 5 cent drop after hours?
I'm going to hang in until it goes bust. I've already lost so much money, that loosing what's left, isn't going to matter!
I think everyone thinks this is going to be a win win situation no matter what; especially if Fuse Science continues to prove they can do what they say.
I'm all in and I'm not selling, even if it drops. Because I know this is a winner. Even if it take 5 years to do it.
I see this being at least a $20.00 stock in the future.
Monster and most of the other energy drinks had posted right on their cans (not) to drink more than 2 a day!
Some of these morons out there drink them like water, and then let children do the same!
I confronted I guy once after I seen his kid drink the 5th red bull in just a few hours! He told me to get lost, and that it was his business! So I told him when his 10 year old goes into cardiac arrest someday, I hope that MF goes to jail!
