SMKY: Definitely a good and surprising show of strength in the midst of a very weak OTC market.
MEEC reports Form 4 sales
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/728385/000094583611000033/xslF345X03/primary_doc.xml
$302,859 worth of shares sold by Richard MacPherson/Nova Scotia Limited.
For Company or personal?
Looking forward to a great 2012 here for MEEC.
Call it what you want, I'm not jumping ship - just always looking for more DD and research. The better informed I am, the better decisions I can make.
This is a good forum for posting material information, whether positive or negative.

A while back I was asking the same thing - "effective" does not qualify as "official."

No one can tell you what to do with your money.
Here is what I have experienced personally with R/S AFTER a R/M:
One dropped slightly after the R/S and then rose to a higher level. A weak shell found a good company.
One spiked up for 3 days and then went on a continual downtrend after the R/S for a couple months. The weak shell sold to a weak company.
The other dipped just a little after the R/S and then rose strongly and has stayed there. The weak shell sold to a strong company - but volume has been very low even though pps has been very strong.
I normally swing trade, so I usually don't stay in any stock very long. The pennies are different for me, though.

Oh, I don't see what's so wrong about that.
My favorite stock cake recipe is 3 cups of AAPL
4 oz. F
1/2 lb. X
But go very light on the BAC.
Mix it all together and you get a very profitable dessert.
Although EXACTLY what profit it is...I haven't a clue, now that they are all mixed up. LOL
Sorry, I feel badly. You're not the first person here who mentioned they had been burned by SNRY. I never even heard of it until the R/M speculation.
For your sake, and many others, I hope the new company which comes in here will really take off and allow you to get your position back.
All The Best
Sorry, I disagree.
Everything we have put together here in the past, we have done together and it has taken a lot of people with a lot of different perspectives and a lot of searching - not just one of us. And if I was such a genius, I wouldn't have lost as much money as I have.
I don't know any verifiable information which has changed too much...but when one starts listing events the sum does not total up properly.
1. 4/26: PharmStar entered into a contract to purchase the building - I have not read where the deal has been closed.

Thanks, SPMAN, all comments regarding SNRY are very welcome here - positive OR negative!
To my knowledge, no one has been hyping this with false claims - many of us here have done A LOT of homework on Mark Lev and from that source have connected the dots to SUPPOSEDLY some good candidates - while other possibilities turned into dead ends. However, all R/M trades are very risky and very speculative just by their very nature. Until we see something substantive, we are all making our most educated guess.
Keep your eyes peeled for an 8-K soon, you may want to get in when you see the Super 8.
All The Best
Of course, ANY R/M IS SPECULATIVE, however I think you can piece it together for yourself.

OK, so I am perfectly clear and I'm not trying to deceive anyone. I didn't want to be included in the share count because I trade as I see fit and will continue to do so. I have posted it many times before.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=69533047
I am NOT a shareholder in PHAR currently, but am waiting to see what is going to happen with all the selling of shares and whether the funding is complete.
Yes, I am still pulling for PHAR & Mr. Phykitt just like previous times when I had sold before and was waiting to get back in.
I have repeatedly posted that I try to trade pennies and not invest in them. So far, this is the only stock where I have lost money every single time I have been in it.
I was planning on selling here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=69709899
But didn't. I kept trying to think something good was still coming.
I'm not gloating, because I lost too much, here, to gloat. I plan on staying around looking for another re-entry point, as long as my research tells me I should.
I'm also not going to try to sound like I'm the DD king of the world and infer that everyone still invested here is an idiot. I have purchased when I said I did and am still hoping that Howard comes through on this big time.
All The Best
Why are you trying to throw Raj under the bus?
Man, you sound like you are gloating that so many are down so far.
Unless I just don't understand your posts.
Are you looking at CHWME or CHWM? It is CHWM now.
Looks nice, today.
I hope so, too.
So far, it is still speculation - so I am trying to speculate on what little I know about Howard's reputation and character, since he has spent 70+ years building it.
Thanks, because when I Google Map the address on their website, it sends me to a Boxes Etc. building.
I have used them for a business in the past, too, and also used the "Suite XXX" as well.
Sorry, MILK MONEY, I respectfully disagree.
I think most scam companies would lie about those things, I haven't caught Howard Phykitt in a lie, yet.
We will see on the Yearly Report, which is due Friday, if the share structure has changed.
All The Best
Same address that is on their website?
Is it an office building dedicated solely to GSP, or is it a large office building where GSP has headquarters?
Sorry for your loss position, hope your trades in the new year will go much better for you.
Thanks for sharing the info with us, no one is under any obligation to do so. It was nice of you.
All The Best
Can't disagree with that.
I agree that is important that Howard communicate with his shareholders. Many of them are wary and if the silence continues, many may become former shareholders.
Updates on company events does not constitute as 'insider information' and should, therefore, be clarified for all the investors.
Hope you enjoyed the holiday with your family.

Just to 'whet our appetite' for the Super 8, here is the latest article about Arava Power (owned by Global Sun Partners):
http://www.jpost.com/Sci-Tech/Article.aspx?id=251304
Slow day today in the penny market - only 5 Tidal Waves have even traded any volume today.
All The Best
Me, too.
I'm surely looking forward to the BIG ONE today, tomorrow or Friday!
I, too, think Mr. Phykitt is doing all he can to get the product to market.
But, if you can 'guarantee' anything in the pink sheet world, you are a much better man than I am.
All The Best
I think most people are going to hold until good news comes out.
All The Best
Good Morning Wave Riders!
May be a slow week, unless SNRY pops out with the Super 8, as they have announced in their filings.
All The Best
Why would a company speculate on 'potential possibilites and avenues that will lead to revenue' in public without just pursuing them privately?
Also, I didn't know it was any company's job to educate their potential shareholders.
Yes. Any company which does not communicate in a proper and professional manner is not representing itself properly.
All The Best
So, you can guarantee me that when I short stocks I am NOT borrowing from the broker or the company itself?
If the shares came from my broker, that institution is giving me permission to borrow them.
I am certainly hoping that you are right and I would LOVE a January bounce.
I still think all predictions, TA and/or experience in past stocks doesn't really apply to PHAR until the selling dries up.
And, for me, the sign of selling drying up is an uptrend for a week or more, not merely a one-day uptick.
All The Best
Well said, MOJO.
The danger I see most often in penny stocks, like KBLB which show great potential, is that shareholders become emotionally invested in the company and its officers, instead of just financially.
For nearly 9 months I have read this board how Kim is either the biggest idiot in the free world or how he is the next Warren Buffett in the making.
I just think he has a great idea which may finally become profitable, both for the company and for me.
When TA or DD indicates for me to leave, I will be gone to the next company. I invest in some Big Board stocks, but I only trade the pennies.
All The Best
Milliken & Co. is a PHENOMENAL company! Completely private and tremendous.
If KBLB would get involved with them, I would probably flip my lid.
All The Best
It's amazing how an illustration of what commonly happens in the market place is irrelevant, however your example of the real estate market is not.
Hilarious.
I guess it is so because you say it is?
I have better things to do than inundate the board with this nonsense.
All The Best
I don't see it as immoral.
If I own a distribution company and have a purchase order to tomato growers for market price per bushel, and then sell those tomatoes to local grocery stores for a set price of $12 per bushel when they are actually harvested - I am hoping that the crops are going to have a great year.
I have probably checked to see there was not a drought, plenty of good weather and known the locusts have not come. I am planning on the market price for tomatoes being $9 per bushel.
If my research is right and the market price of tomatoes is $9, I have made money - even though I never had any tomatoes in my possession. If I was wrong, and the market price is $14 a bushel - I have lost money.
If it is OK to do that in the food market, why is it immoral to do it in the stock market?
Wow, that's a stretch...comparing shorting stocks to slavery.
Disagree completely.
I sold about 3/4 of my shares then baught them back.
I've baught shares several times but during run ups so had a high PPS average. My average is now around .11ish and down 34%.
Much better looking than before. Its hard to see all that red.
The tax loss was the big reason why I did it but some of the PMs I've gotten makes be wounder if my tax consultant knows what she's doing?
Looking foreward to a better year.
OK, how many spelling and grammar errors can you find?
MANICSON, thanks for the info - I know you didn't have to even make that post.
I am thinking we all should hear news of the R/M before the R/S, so it may be a 'non-point' for many in the future.
I am only in this for the R/M, myself. IF the new company is very strong, I may stick around for a while. We'll see.
All The Best and Happy Trading
