Bought some SXRZF (Uranium One) yesterday at 2.28 - gapped and running today. Only a chart play, hopefully 30% or more in 8-10 days.
All The Best
EK still on the move - up 45% from Friday's close. And I missed it...
All The Best
No. That was not up before.
It does answer a lot of questions.
I liked the National Geographic link, too. That's new also.
All The Best
I'm not an expert chart reader, but definitely the bearish channel has been broken.
Many good signs - most importantly the last 2 days of trading have closed ABOVE the 200, the 50 & 20.
If we drop down to .16 or .15 for a day or two, it won't necessarily be bad - it may provide energy for another uptrend.
Another tidbit, we have also had 11 days in a row where buy volume has been greater than the sell volume. Very encouraging!
All The Best
Many matters about KBLB should have been closed a long time ago.
However many get resurrected all the time on the board.
All The Best
Rats! I've been assuming EK was good for a swing/bounce - DID NOT BUY YET, and EK at HOD was up 26%! Still up 18% and will probably retrace by EOD.
I guess you can't get them all.
All The Best
Another recent Form 4, some shares sold to pay debts and about $250k was raised for company from selling some shares.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/728385/000094583612000001/0000945836-12-000001-index.htm
Form D filed 1/5, over $1M shares sold so far to 33 different investors. Over 1/2 way there.
All The Best
I don't think you'll be disappointed.
All The Best
LOL, thanks, MIKE, for the update.
A 'source' who gives the impression that some of the contributors of the PNAS article are just a random group of 3 dudes on the dole of KBLB! It makes it sound like they hang out in some back room waiting for a phone call from HQ ordering them to throw some PR on a piece of paper just so Kim can manipulate the pps.
Hilarious. I needed to start my day with a good laugh. Sure, sounds like a very credible poster!
All The Best
Yep, you're right. I bought and sold on the bounce, expecting it to fall again because of how the market would normally react to that kind of news - only to see it hold strong.
Live and learn - the jury's still out on JBII (the jury being the market not the zealots who are convinced every company is a scam) but JBII has consistently been proving them wrong.
Waiting for a signal to buy SXRZF (Uranium One) within the next couple days. Just a chart play, aiming for 30%, may get more, depending on strength of the run.
All The Best
Go to this link and you will see:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001421665&owner=include&count=40
On 12/9 they filed an amended 8-K to get the name right.
On 12/15 they filed an amendement to the 10-Q just to get things straight on how to account for Martin's Creek property.
On 12/15 they filed a 10-Q for most current quarter.
On 12/23 they filed the 8-K about the R/S (tried to sneak it in there around Christmas thinking no one would notice, I think).
On 1/3 they filed an updated 10-Q (to the one that was just filed on 12/15) just to make sure the interactive data was all in it.
So, yes, it does APPEAR they are getting all their filings in order (possibly because the accountants from the new company are checking it out carefully?) to hand the company over.
WHEN, beats me.
If you would like to help, HP, start looking up phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses for David Fann and Pierre Besuchet so we can bombard them for answers on Monday.
I think we have bugged Mark Lev enough for right now. If we can bug the actual company officers enough, maybe they will push forward with the deal.
All The Best
I hope that technology is a better band-aid.
Much of the investment community doesn't really differentiate between PK, QB & QX - they consider all 'penny stocks' as pinks and Big Board stocks (even if they are like EK that are trading at .40) as legitimate.
EDIT: Or, I should say the 'big money' investment community.
Now THAT is something I can agree with you about!
Hence, all along, the posting of 92M float.
I doubt the float has changed, but since this is a pink, thus a non-reporting company to the SEC, I would not actually know.
All The Best
That is a good one.
Let's hope someone can answer it correctly.
I only know what I was told on the board.

And what I heard in a CC:

And what I read in this announcement on May, 11, 2011:

Update on Pierre Besuchet:
He is currently listed as a director for WTWO

49 Front Street, Suite #206
Rockville Centre, New York 11570

516-977-1209 (fax)
I think we should find phone numbers, fax numbers, emails over the weekend and start listing them to flood these guys for answers beginning Monday.
Everyone jump in and try to dig up information and post what you find.
We can keep 1 big list and keep resposting it with updated information each time we add to it.

I have a question I would like to have answered:
"From a new investor to KBLB, could you please restate/update your detailed business plan for Kraig Labs? I would appreciate an indication of what you think my investment may enable Kraig Labs to accomplish in the next 2-5 years."
No, I'm sorry, it is ACCURATE to look at a company's inception date as the official start-up date for that company.
Just because my parents intended on having me when they were first married does not add another 5 years onto MY ACTUAL AGE.
I have a birth certificate, that's all that matters as FACT.
Pharmstar has a filing of corporation, that's all that matters as FACT.
OR by Q2 2012, PHAR will be the culmination of a long road to make a success of finally getting a stabilized TRADEMARKED property on the OTC pain-reliever market.
Ask Edison how many tries it took him to invent the lightbulb.
Personally, I appreciate his passion to make a bold attempt to try to see this through.
All The Best
It would be disingenuous to associate an individual's personal activity with that company's activity.
What Howard did as an individual inventor - the company is not liable or responsible for.
FACT: PharmStar Pharmaceuticals is 3 1/2 years old.
Then what is your label for a 3 1/2 year-old company, that was completely restructured about 1 year ago?
Wrong again, my friend.
Pharmstar Pharmaceuticals was incorporated in Nevada on 7/10/2008.
The company went public through R/M on 2/28/2011.
It is still a start-up in the public sense and has only been in existence completely for 3 1/2 years and would certainly still be in the developmental stage.
All The Best
Please find contact information for David Fann.
(I doubt very seriously if the solar energy website email works.)
David Fann, scheduled to speak in Las Vegas JAN 31-FEB 2.

According to this link on JAN 2, only 2 officers of the company are left: David Fann & Pierre Besuchet

If anyone is a member of spokeo, you can find his information here, email, address, phone, etc.

Manta lists a private company for David Fann of Solar Energy Inc.
Some sites list Solar Energy Inc. as a subsidiary of SNRY, I am unclear about that.
Notice the officers of this company. Interesting.

Good grief, you really had me going there.
I'm pretty thick-headed today. Been a long day and I still have a few more hours work to do! LOL
Yes, sign me up as one of the 'destroyers of fragile penny stocks everywhere.'
Boy, do I feel stupid.
Have a great weekend, I'm out.
Really? Selling shares and then buying more shares are 'trashing the pps?'
Don't worry, I don't drink cognac and don't smoke cigars and I doubt any person would ever throw a parade in my honor.
It is absolutely hilarious to think that knighthood will be bestowed on the longs, while anyone who sells and buys in a different manner deserve to be cast into the Bastille for life.
I'll tell you plainly what I plan on doing. Read and learn.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=70575075
I am a swing trader and make no bones about it.
I understand about stocks being fragile and would not want to damage an upstart company with real promise like KBLB. With a market cap of $55M & 573M shares, you would probably need over 50M shares to make the company crash. Just a guess, I've never tried it and I never intend on doing so.
All The Best
No, I respectfully disagree.
If someone threw a million shares at low-volume run, it would be a rally-killer. But the ups and downs are normal in every stock. Recognizing where those resistance and support points in any stock are, is key to react to what the stock does when it hits those points. If the stock stall and begins downward at that time, it is wise to react to what is happening.
Do you ever plan to sell your shares?
If you are consistent with your logic, you should never sell because it will hurt other people.
EARNESTDD, it's OK if you post publicly to someone else and ask them publicly how long they have KNOWN that Dennis McLaughlin has been somehow involved with PHAR.
EARNEST, I'll be truthful and honest to you, like I have been to everyone else.
I've tried to find out if DM was involved in PHAR for a long time. I've written Howard before and he told me that he had nothing to do with any business decisions at PHAR whatsoever. I have never found any validation that he was involved. I had only heard rumors that he may have been.
If you took the time to read past posts, you'll find that I have never liked TJ and if he had told me that it was sunny outside, I would take an umbrella.
The only thing I had ever heard from anyone who 'knew' was where you heard it, too. So, based on that very hearsay about 3 weeks ago, it was the last straw for me and I sold - again at a loss.
I suppose you should ask the person from whom you heard it how long he has KNOWN that DM was involved. I have never KNOWN, and to this very moment, as far as I know, it has been only hearsay to me.
I have never owned or even seen a cert stock of PHAR.
Sorry, you're barking up the wrong tree. What you took to be a slap at me was a veiled slap at someone else.
Although I have sold, as I had announced, I am STILL pulling for Howard and PHAR, and I suppose there are some who think I should turn into a naysayer and want me to post the way they see fit.
Truly, All The Best

KBLB closed at .098 - up 32.4% over last week's close.
Looking forward to PR about commercialization
Looking forward to PR about CC
Looking forward to CC

You'd be surprised at the number of people that can find out about KBLB over the weekend.
Through scanning charts for runners
Through reading tidbits on the internet
Because of news stories
Through word of mouth
Many, many avenues.

Some of the most misunderstood areas are Off Topic and Personal Attack.
You don't actually have to 'attack' the poster, basically just refer to him in some personal manner apart from PHAR.
Off Topic includes focusing on a poster or groups and their reasons for posting. It also includes posts about moderators and deleted posts.
Recently here on the PHAR board we have become more zealous and are now following the TOS very strictly.
Of course, no one is permitted to ask "Why," since that is Off Topic.
Just my public service announcement to help the PHAR board to encourage the free exchange of opinions and ideas.

I guess we could pay Stan Lee to change Spiderman's romantic interest from Mary Jane to 'Kim'...
No, never mind.
You just gotta love the new transparency with the MM's!
Yes, someone got it earlier, but thanks for sharing, anyway!
It's good enough to read again!

Pick up the phone and call. LOL
I DO NOT have insider information, but I have only been aware of 3 actual 'employees' of the company in the past.
Howard Phykitt (although I don't think he has been paid a dime by the company)
Don Watson - VP of Operations
Personal Assistant & Receptionist (I won't mention her name)
Strange, but I have never noticed the number of employees before on the OTC site. As recently as August I am not aware of 18 employees, though.
All The Best
A 'normal' (hard word to use with pennies) stock needs to consolidate after a run in order to prepare for a continued run.
I would consider even if we closed around .095 (not predicting we will or won't), I would consider that nothing more than consolidation, as long as the volume doesn't evaporate.
And, I hope that you mean "follow up" when you post "f/u" and not something else. LOL
