Congrats, great call on LEE.

Thanks, UMIAK, for the info on the company.
Always like to hear about good prospects, here!

Sounds great, can't wait.
Thanks & All The Best
LTG, your post on SAPX encouraged me to go ahead and check it out.
I'm glad I did, I am averaged around the low .30's and it has been running like crazy lately.
Thanks & All The Best
Post Saved.
First time I can remember where you actually gave links!
Thank you.
Here are a few 'missing links'
Between #1 & #2 - Ben Hansel (by June 2006) was no longer CEO of Texxon, Claude Buchert was the CEO. So, over one year later when CSC assisted with their restructuring it would APPEAR that Ben Hansel was out of the picture.

Between #4 & #6 Ben Hansel left Texxon and a new management took control in May 2006. So, "Ben's company" is an incorrect label for XXX Acquisition Corp. since another team is managing it. Ben Hansel was no longer running the company by then.

No, didn't miss anything.
One thing led to another and it wound up being just musings about the validity of 'awareness programs.'
(To All:) What is happening with SMKY and the pps is typical for any small float. It can move up quickly, but once a large portion of the float is held by many long-term people, liquidity takes a sock on the chin and when either:
a. Larger shareholders sell
b. Shares enter into the 'effective float' from the actual float or other places
The illiquid nature of the stock succumbs to the downward pressure.
I WILL NOT purchase shares in a stock which claims an 'effective float' numbers versus an 'actual float' numbers without being fully aware and preparing myself that the 'effective float' will ALWAYS be increasing.
Just my two cents worth. Still long, still holding all my shares.

This one popped on my scans last night - I had thought this company had been left for dead. LOL
YRCW may be a potential for a bounce/spike, there are just too many other good opportunities for me right now. Still, up 16.9% in one day may be enticing for some. The larger chart is not very enticing.
But a chart without the large drop off looks much better to see trends/waves. The downtrend is definitely broken and is beginning a pretty strong uptrend. Also the 10 & 30 are getting ready to intersect, volume is very strong and MACD has plenty of room.
I would have to look into the financials, etc. to see what a projection would be for an exit point - but potential looks strong. My first thought is that a company which was trading in the hundreds of dollars just a few months ago, may have plenty of strength to go from 13 to 25 or even 40 bucks. I'll be checking this out for myself in more detail later. Just thought I would share a potential swing for someone to check out and decide for themselves.

Pulled the trigger on REXX at 10.18, even if it dips a little more, I don't want to miss a good entry point.
All The Best
Been bottom-fishing on REXX today, hopefully I will get all I can under 10.30 - looking for a good bounce and a possible 2-3 month set of nice swings. Not expecting to take it all the way to analyst's projections of 18.25; just a good entry point and playing the chart for the ride.
I have done very well swinging REXX in the past and didn't think I would catch it again around $10.
Many coal-fired power plants are refitting to burn natural gas instead so they can pass the new EPA regulations.
Also holding MEEC, a new upstart with a license agreement to market cutting edge technology from the EERC to reduce mercury emissions, now that they are law. More of a long-term 2-3 year hold on this one because of the tremendous potential. Management of MEEC is top-notch.

Well, I'm originally from Cleveland and have absolutely no idea what you guys are talking about. What is this "Super Bowl" that I keep hearing about? LOL
No problem, sorry for your loss.
Hope this new year holds some good trades for you.

Thanks, MANSHOON, the more information I can get the better decisions I can make.

This site explains it much better than I ever could.

Man, G, congrats for a good find there.
Since it has been so long that the stock has been at these levels, I have some questions on the support/resistance levels. Most importantly, I'm sure you know that OTC stocks move much stronger on news than many of the large caps do.
Looks to me that it is a strong level at the .80-.83 area, so you may expect a pullback then. Usually the 3rd wave is the strongest, so the next couple may not be as strong. However, keep your eye on the news, if another strong PR came out, it may continue to soar.
Like you said, keep an eye on the volume MON/TUE in case the selling begins. The candle shows that some selling took place on WED, but still opened strong on THU.
Personally, I have wasted more gains by holding too long than I have by selling too early. You have to trade it as you see it, but if there is not strong news I would be selling around .80 to .83, myself. If you look at the large uptrend last summer, the volume wasn't nearly as consistently strong as it was this time - so that is an indication that it may be on an uptrend and be a good swing candidate.
Obviously, you don't need to say how much you bought, but $1,000 around .40 would be 2500 shares. Sell at .83 and you have $2075. Buy back at .65 and you have 3192 shares. Sell them around .95 at the next level and you have $3032. Buy all back around .80 and you have 3790 shares. Sell them if it goes up to 1.10 and you can walk away with turning $1,000 into $4,169. Not bad at all. A good 66% fibonacci retracement may even act like a slingshot and send it just as strong.
Of course, I'm not predicting it will hit those levels, but if it moved on support with continued good news and revenues, it just may.
Tell us how it worked out - don't be afraid of 'blowing it' because you have already made at or over 100% and anyone here would be more than happy with that. If you are unsure - keep all of your original investment and just swing with the 'profit' - that way you are GUARANTEED that you won't lose money at all.

I'll do it for you, I have 6 email addresses and use each of them when I am requesting a chart - usually get it within a couple days.

Not me. I had more fun than this in high school! LOL
I approach reading this board each day like going to the dentist - I don't like it, but I feel it's necessary.

Anyone have any pertinent information on one of my favorite swings: REXX?
They just put out an 8-K & PR explaining:
10-4 on that, Over.
Have a great weekend, all.
I'm so stupid, that after 3 months on IHub I finally asked someone what "eom" actually meant! It certainly seems redundant to me.

Well, rats. I guess I should have sold KBLB yesterday in the low .07's instead of buying a lot more! What could I have been thinking!
Have a great weekend everybody.
Public Service Announcement: Watch out for falling rocks - especially when they are up 8.5%!
What else would one expect from an OTCQB, fully-reporting SEC stock.

Only $262 took it up another tick to .0016
It will be interesting to see if the MM's slowly move it up as we get toward that R/S - I wonder what the target price is that the company has...
Yes, I've been watching that, too. And the interesting part is that it has been going up on low volume, too. Only $265 took it up another tick.
Good, then I will call my broker, too - instead of just emailing them.
I'll catch them next week.
In another follow up email, Scottrade was clearly indefinite as to a 'normal' timeframe of reissuing shares.
But I have been able to trade them quickly before, so I anticipate that I will be able to do so again, especially when they have made the appropriate announcements well in advance.
All The Best
I'm tired of guessing any more.
Well, the thing to remember is that EVERYONE will be 'frozen out' at the same time. I would imagine if the R/M is announced while the stock is 'frozen' it will only serve to build up some tremendous interest when it opens again to gap like crazy - a benefit for those of us who are already in.
Also, the Delaware SOS requires any other change in amendments, share structure, name change, etc. to be in writing 30 days before it is implemented - so we won't get caught unawares like they do in the pinks.
All The Best
I have been through 3 R/S before - but one was included with a name change. That particular stock did not trade at all for nearly 20 days.
The 2 R/S which DID NOT include a name change lasted 3 days on one stock and 2 days on another.
NO ONE traded ANYTHING on those stocks, they were basically 'CLOSED FOR BUSINESS' for that time period. No buying or selling at all.
So, now that we are closer to the R/S, it MAY BE POSSIBLE that they will announce the R/M during the time the stock is 'shut down' for trading. If so, everyone will be on the same footing and the R/M news will come to a float of only 7M shares.
Answer from Scottrade regarding trading SNRY:
Because when you go through a name change, they slap the D on you and you cannot trade for 20 days.
Yes, I did last Friday.
They are current with their filings about the R/S - but no other filings yet.
I paid the extra $20 to check out their filings
A Delaware corporation must submit it in writing to the Secretary of State 30 days in advance.
I have seen it happen in some pinks, but I thought only a name change would make the 20-day halt in trading.
You most certainly may be right, but I am on the other side of the fence with that one.
I don't WANT this guy still involved. If we are going to actually have a R/M, then get it over with and get the guy out. He wasn't that good, IMO, to run this company into the ground in the first place.
Why should a guy who doesn't even have a corporate phone number and has had his business HQ locked up for months - then uses an empty building as the corporate address even be speaking at an investment convention anyway? He ought to be listening and taking notes! LOL
Not taking it out on you, just a little frustrated.
All The Best
Yeah, we'll see. Been waiting a while, but all indications point toward this company going into the phone booth and emerging as someone else - just hoping it's Superman and not Super Chicken!
All The Best
I can't imagine that someone would really waste their time with only $1900 worth of penny stock to bother shorting it. With the pps during that time frame it only moved around .0004, so that would be a profit margin of around $590 max.
I doubt it was even worth the actual trouble to think that someone actually shorted it. I think it's often the MM's selling what they don't have and needing to buy some back.
The problem is that many of us are already down too much to consider selling now anticipating the R/M.
I'm not trying to get anyone to buy or sell, I'm just tring to figure out who this new company may be - and cannot find any signs indicating who it may be.
All The Best
Thanks for the confirmation, SPMAN.

Yes, but the link I provided claims they were removed from the IP address in April 2010 along with solarparkinitiatives.com at the same time.
However, solarparkinitiatives.com is now back on the same IP address and solarenergy.com is not.
Je suis désolé, vous semblent être corrects.
Continually looking up the domain names (since that's all we have to go with) leads to the same IP address.
http://www.webboar.com/www/solarenergyinitiatives.com
If anyone can make heads or tails of this, I would appreciate it.
It would appear that solarenergy.com and solarparkinitiatives.com and solaruniversity.info all use the same Google Analytics account.
Also, the following websites are found at the same IP address:
renewthenation.com
solaruniversity.info
seidealer.com
snry-us.com
solarparkinitiatives.com
solarenergyinitiatives.com
snrysolar.com
Interesting, but I can't find a link to solarenergy-us.com
